窑湾云片糕是窑湾古镇当地的土特产，逢年过节当地人都会买上一些，自己吃或者送人都可以，寓意“一年更比一年高，步步高升”。

如今，我每次回老家奶奶都会拿出一整条云片糕，让我们小朋友一起分享，每人掰上一块，一片一片地撕着吃。那滋味，怎一个“美”字了得！

我住在安溪的一个小农村里。在我们安溪有很多特产，比如：安溪铁观音、莲美豆干、湖山面线。很出名，然而在我们村最有名的是山珍豆签。

豆签主要是由比黄豆小的米豆所制成的，它营养丰富，不论是老人和小孩都合适。山珍豆签历史悠久，是当代地群众招待客人的一不可缺的特色食品。它具有清凉可口、解暑祛热、四季皆宜等功效。

豆签它制作的过程很多，而且无法用机器来操作完成。在我们村，一个手艺娴熟的师傅一天最多也只能制作十多公斤的豆签。豆签的煮法它不像其他食品有那么多的做法它只有一种做法——做汤。

先将水烧开，然后依次放下豆签、虾米、或肉，芹菜、姜丝等调味品。熟了之后就可以食用了。

你如果哪天有空到我们村走走，我会请你尝尝我们的特产——豆签。

我的老家在樟村，樟村是个山清水秀的好地方。那里不但风景优美，还出产名贵的药材——贝母。它是当地农民的主要经济收入。

每当秋天，人们把地下的贝母种子掘起来，重新一行一行整齐地种下去。到明年的春天，再把一部分的贝母掘起来而把-另一部分依旧留在地里，作为种子。

听爷爷说：“一个贝母种下去只能生两个，原来的贝母却烂掉了。所以说贝母的发展特别慢，这也更显得它的珍贵。上几年每斤贝母能卖一百多元钱，使许多老家的农民发了财。

春天，远远望去地里到处都是一片绿油油的贝母干，开着把白白的花，绿白相间，显得格外优雅美丽!

Although it sounds like this dish seems to be difficult to get in good taste, but this dish is representative of Hakka peoples diligence and frugality quality.
