Now there are over 30000 members all over the world. Since water covers most of the earth, Cousteau knew that we should keep the sea clean. We should not litter the sea, and should clean up the dirty parts. As water is very important to our environment, he encouraged everyone to take part in protecting our lakes, rivers, sea and ocean.

There are still a few people who are not protecting the water now in the world. For example, some factories pour waste things into the rivers, lakes or into the sea near by. The water there has become very dirty and we can’t use them at all. Although there are seventy–five per sent of water in the world, we can only use fresh water, that there is only a little. So we should use little water when we need to use it. For example, I do not use too much water when I am washing my face or having a bath… It is important for us to keep the water clean. You may ask yourself, have I ever poured or thrown dirty things into the water? If your answer is “No”, that means you have already helped to protect the environment. It is our duty to protect the environment. You may ask yourself again, have I ever helped to clean up the water? If your answer is “Yes”, that means that you have already done something useful to improve the water. If we use up all the water, it is difficult for us to get it from anywhere, including the universe. It is terrible to think that people are too thirsty to live! In general, there are two ways of traveling, private cars and public transportation. Chinese people should regard public transportation as their first traveling opinion.

All in all, Chinese people should take public transpotation into consideration first。

我以为已经大功告成了，可没想到，几张糖纸还粘在地上，这些“顽顾份子”似乎在对我说：“哈哈，看你能把我怎么办?”有了，用水一冲再扫不就行啦，我立马端了盆水，这招果然奏效，一下子全都被我消灭的干干静静，地面终于又恢复了往日的洁净。

虽然这次意外的劳动累得我腰酸背痛，但是想着我为地球环保出了一份力，让我十分高兴，只要我们大家爱护环境，世界一定会变得更加的美好!

As we all know，the environmemt around us is getting worse and worse .In some places，we cant see fish swimming in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink. So I think we must do something to protect the environment. But what can we do?How to protect our environmemt ?For example，we can go to school on foot or by bike . we can use shopping baskets not plastic bags when we go shopping，and we can use both sides of the paper when we write .In a word，if everyone pays more attention to our environment ，there will be less pollution and our life will be better。“There is only one earth”，I hope everyone will protect our environment well.

Last weekend, my family and I went to a beautiful xixi wetland.

上个周末，我和我的家人一同前往美丽的西溪湿地游玩。

那天，我拉着家人的手走了那小巧的摇撸船。我小心翼翼地迈出一步，踏上了摇撸船，一开始还摇摇晃晃的，但坐稳后，船便慢慢地平静下来，摇船者划着桨，平静的水面顿时卷起波纹。可是船一开到开阔的水面，水质则非常糟糕，只见水面不再波光粼粼，而是浑浊的油污漂浮在水面，包装盒和塑料袋等其他垃圾随地可见，原本清澈的水变得浑浊不堪。这时的我想，水这么浑，一定是包装盒的油污流进了水中，所以才会这么脏吧!

在回去的路上，我自言自语地说：“如果所有人都爱护环境，保护河流，那每一处环境都会干净、美丽，每一条河流都会清澈见底!"

We want to hold a green Olympic Games ,so everyone should do something useful to protect the environment ,whether it is big or small.

我们要举办一个绿色奥运，每个人都应该做些无论是大或小的有用的事来保护环境。

We should do something to stop people from doing bad things to the environment .We should put rubbish into dustbins instead of throwing it about. Everyone must care for flowers ,grass and tress in public .We shound collect things like paper ,plastic bags our neighborhood as well ,it’s necessary to plant more trees every year .

我们应该做些什么来阻止人们对环境做一些不好的事情。我们应该把垃圾放进垃圾箱而不是直接扔了，每个人都必须爱护公共场所的花，草，树木。我们应该收集社区的一些像纸，塑料袋的东西，每年种植更多的树是必要的。

It is everyone’s duty to make our neighborhood much better with our hands minds .Let’s make a contribution to protecting the environment and the Plympic Games successfully.

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. As forfamilies, it is effective to ride bicycles rather than drive cars. Don’t litteranywhere as you like. In addition, sorting and recycling the rubbish also playan essential role in the protection of our earth. We’d better call on everyone aroundus to lead a low-carbon life, as it may make a difference to the environment.

A few days ago, I saw lots of uncle aunt spitting in the street.

前几天，我看到了由很多叔叔阿姨在马路上随地吐痰。

这不，今天放学又看到了一位穿着黑T恤的叔叔，他很随意地把痰吐到了地上。我急忙上前阻止，没想到叔叔看都没看我一眼，继续往前走。

有时，家里的爷爷也会犯同样的错误。开车开得好好的，突然来个急刹车，打开车窗吐一口痰。我阻止他时，他却说：“没关系的。”但我并没有气馁，看到有叔叔，阿姨随地乱吐痰，我就会及时阻止他们。提醒他们下次注意。如果他们采纳了我的建议，我的心里会比吃了蜜还甜。例如，上次我和爸爸妈妈去公园玩，看见一位阿姨走进了草丛，吐了一口痰。我看了连忙阻止，阿姨友好地冲我笑了一下，说“不好意思，我下次会注意的。”那时，别提我多有成就感了。

每当爷爷不听我劝告的时候，我就会跟他讲道理。“吐痰容易传染流行性感冒，肺结核等疾病，危害很大，这样做不但自己不文明，还害了其他人，对我们的环境也会造成很大的破坏。”爷爷听了我的这一番话就再也没有随地吐过痰。知错能改还是好同志嘛!
