The earth is our home and e have the duty to take care of it for ourselves and for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realized these problems. Measures have been taken to cope ith these problems by the government. La s have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem ill be solved in the near future and our home ill become better and better.

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the orld. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make great noises and give off poisonous gas. Trees on the hills have been cut do n,and aste ater is being poured continuously into rivers. Furthermore, herever e go today, e can find rubbish carelessly disposed. The hole ecological balance of the earth is changing. Massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to mans existence.

We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our environmental problems. For instance, ne la s must be passed to place strict control over industrial pollution, the pub!ic must receive the education about the hazard of pollution and so on. We hope that all these measures ill be effective and bring back a healthful environment.

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

现如今我们的自然环境已经成为一个重要问题。世界人口增长如此之快以至于世界已经变得过于拥挤。我们在消耗自然资源的同时危险化学物品污染着我们生存的环境。如果我们继续这样下去，地球上的生物将不能生存。

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

相关人士在环境保护方面做出了一些进展。许多国家的政府已经建立法律来保护大气，森林和海洋资源以停止环境污染。

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve(保存) our natural resources and recycle(再循环) our products. 有一天，我正在写作业，一个老人从我身旁走过，我仔细一看，原来是时光老人。他问我要不要去未来，我立刻就答应了。说时迟，那时快，一道白光就把我带走了。

刚来到未来，我就大吃一惊。街道上人山人海，虽然人很多，但却一点嗓音也没有。汽车也变成了太阳能的了。虽然有很多车，但嗓音却没有，那是因为开车的人必须带上特制的耳机，如果谁想让前面的车开快点，只要说一句话就可以了。人行道上的垃圾也不见踪影，原来，是垃圾桶可以把周围的垃圾全捡掉。

森林长得郁郁葱葱，里面透不出一丁点阳光，人们尽最大努力让树木不减少，反而增加。如果谁要砍伐点树木，必须进过批准，才可以砍树木。

河水清澈见底。鱼儿在水里快活地游来游去，小虾在水跳去。空气清新甜润，我恨不得再吸几口空气。

工厂里的污水里被整治后才排出去，这样才使水清澈见底。排出来的烟经过一种神奇的装置处理后变成了清新甜润的空气。

过了一会儿，时光老人要我回去了，我只好恋恋不舍地离开了。这时，我突然醒来，发现自己刚刚在做梦。如果人们现在认识到了环境的破坏，立刻亡羊补牢，我猜不久的将来，环境就会像我梦中一样。

每天上街，街上的人都是很多，车辆也多，人走在大街上一定要小心，过个马路东张西望，要好长时间才能通过马路。每天一上街，我的脑子都很紧张，高度注意安全。

如果我们要是像小鸟一样会飞该多好啊!未来的交通我们就应该是在天上行走。避免污染，还可望尽天下美景。

我们是不可能长出翅膀的，那怎样才能在天上悠闲自在地行走呢?那就是在天上架起一座座绵延不断的天桥。

未来的我们房子都应该是整体规划，都要建的牢不可摧。然后把一座座楼的房顶都用天桥把它们连起来。两边都要建起高高的防护栏。这样空中的路就行成了。空中的路只能用来步行，这样空中的步行街就形成了。我们再把泥土运到房顶上，建起一座座花园果园。

我们要是上街，可以在地上开车坐车，也可以在天上的步行街走着去，如果到了地方，从楼顶的天窗下去就可以了。如果我们学习、工作累了，我们就可以在空中的步行街上像小鸟一样自由自在地玩耍，尽情地歌唱，远离一切污染，远离一切交通危险。

我多么希望未来的这一天早点到来。
