The development of the Belt and Road should mainly be conducted through policy communication and objectives coordination. 一天晚上，我梦被“时光老人”带到了未来的世界，那儿空气清新，没有一点儿垃圾，天空湛蓝深远，溪水碧绿碧绿的清澈见底。

“时光老人”首先带我参观了化学工厂，一路上，我想化学工厂的空气一定很刺鼻，水一定很脏。不知不觉到了化学工厂，我发现哪儿和其它地方没有什么不一样，清新的空气、碧绿的河水……“时光老人”看见我诧异的表情，笑着带我去参观一架神秘的机器，污水、废气从机器的一边缓慢地流入，从机器的另一边缓慢地流出，意想不到的是，流出的水清澈见底，吹出的空气清新宜人。原来这是一架“净化器”，有了它，人们再也不用担想环境补污染了。

汽车尾气污染：可想而知，是由排烟筒排放出来的。燃烧石油释放出来的气体，既费油，又污染环境，一举两害。改变有何不妥？试着用电车，电可以再生，可石油却是有限的。希望能够控制汽车尾气的排放，利用电资源：可再生能源。

工厂废水污染：有些工厂的废水，不经过任何处理，排放出来，污染稻田，菜地，饮用水……，直接影响人的生命安全，生命健康。做好废水再利用的处理工作，是目前一项艰巨而长期的任务。

过度的砍伐树木，导致水土流失。泥石流，洪水这两大项自然灾害乘虚而入，严重威胁人的生命财产安全。使自然生态不平衡，后果可想而知。
