尊敬的各位代表：

大家好!我是一名中共党员，现任浙江省余姚市桐张香垃圾处理场副场长。在08年元月九日看到扬子晚报上的一篇报道：湖北省天门市的“垃圾之争”，城管执法人员打死人的‘命案’，让我的心跌宕起伏、久久难以平静。我经过深思熟虑，认为有必要将自己的看法与见解提供给两会的代表们，并且希望各位代表们能够将垃圾处理问题放在一个较高的层次上进行讨论。

一、消除垃圾污染和危害，是利国利民利全球的大事。

我国是世界上垃圾包袱最重的国家之一，每年城市产生的各类生活垃圾总量达“亿吨之多，且垃圾处理水平很落后，科技含量低。目前处理垃圾的主要方法是把垃圾集中到农村卫生填埋，这相当于把垃圾的危害转嫁给农民，破坏农村环境卫生，严重污染土壤、水体等，.如今农民闹事现象己很普遍。农民过去只知厌恶苍蝇，现在已经开始懂得污染的危害比苍蝇更可怕，若不尽快拿出行之有效的解决方法，将会深深的影响社会和谐、稳定的发展;将会出现更多类似于天门市‘垃圾之争’的事件。

二、“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法是今后垃圾处理的发展方向。

余姚市桐张吞是闻名的‘杨梅’之乡，每年杨梅成熟的时节，也是苍蝇的高峰期，也是我们全体员工无不担心苍蝇毁坏杨梅农民闹事之时。从06年至今，臭气熏天，苍蝇成灾的垃圾场环境彻底的得到了改善，当地农民欣喜地说：“‘科技办法就是多。’当初垃圾场臭气逼人，现今比其它地方还清净，原因是2006年初，我场得知安徽合肥使用“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，就与提供此项技术服务的丹阳市东南卫生化工厂取得联系，采用了他们的“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，很快就出现明显效果。

当年8月9日至10日两天，由余姚市有关领导亲自参加，共组织200余人来到垃圾场参观考察，还特地安排在距垃圾作业区约三四十米处就地用餐，整个就餐过程中没有一人有脏臭不适感，参观结束，所有人员无不称说是一大‘奇迹’。2007年，我们从所有的垃圾箱、中转站从源头就开始使用，结果整个城市几乎已闻不到垃圾臭味，垃圾场也几乎看不见有苍蝇。

★垃圾污染是严重的环保问题，国家创卫应把它列为重点内容。

城市的垃圾箱、中转站、垃圾处理场以及运送垃圾的车辆，每逢夏秋之时，无处不是“臭气熏人、苍蝇成灾”，甚至连奋战在垃圾处理一线的环卫工人的身体也占有臭气。这与光荣评选卫生先进城市应感到是一种羞耻。

实践已经证明：垃圾污染被清除，臭气、苍蝇就自然消失，空气质量也会提高，人民减少生病。估计可以节省的医药费用会是处理垃圾所需费用的千倍万倍。除有可能会影响部分医院的经济效益，其它别的应该是有百利而无一害。

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法不仅可以清除垃圾的臭味和苍蝇，还可以消除有机垃圾的有害物质和气体，还可有效抑制有害致病菌的生长繁殖，彻底除去污染源。同时还节省覆盖粘土达七倍之多，还可使有机垃圾减量30%。值得一提的是：该方法不含任何有毒化学成分，能从根本上消除污染危害。但目前尚未见在全国推广，本人了解有以下原因：

首先厂方考虑到垃圾处理需要低成本，顾及用户的利益，不愿在广告宣传中过多投入增加成本。

其次是发现市场上有不正当竞争现象甚至有类似香精等物制成的除臭品搅乱市场，影响“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的有效推广!

第三、我国爱国卫生运动过去几十年对环卫部门的要求只是消灭苍蝇(包括卫生评比检查)，农民闹事大多数也是因苍蝇而起，所以环卫部门对消除垃圾危害的要求认识还不够深刻，导致对垃圾处理的新技术不敏感。

三、消除垃圾危害迫在眉睫。

全国有数以万计的环卫员工和上千万居住在垃圾场附近的农民，他们的身体健康时刻在遭受垃圾危害的侵袭，现在消除垃圾的危害迫在眉睫。为此，我有如下几点建议：

1.建议相关代表能够关心一下自己本地区的垃圾处理情况，把

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法通报给当地政府的有关部门;

2.建议各级爱国卫生运动委员会把消除垃圾危害的任务列为和

扑灭苍蝇任务同等重要。

3、建议各新闻媒体多报道一些垃圾危害和处理垃圾存在的难题，

对“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的成果进行专访和如实报道。

4.建议大会将此信印发给各位代表参考。

为了社会的稳定与和谐，为了建设有中国特色的社会主义城市，让我们一起共同来解决垃圾问题，让生活变得更加美好!

其次，我们应该好好地治理水环境。让干净的河流、湖泊永远保持干净；不能把生活垃圾、工业废水排入河流、湖泊之中。不然的话这条河流就会变成一条又黑又臭又赃的河流。如果河流、湖泊中的水一旦被污染了，我们就得把污染的水源迅速地隔离开，并及时地把垃圾清理掉，以免污染其它河流、湖泊。

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. As forfamilies, it is effective to ride bicycles rather than drive cars. Don’t litteranywhere as you like. Graduation and Moving on

Graduation is a time when we move on, from school to university, or out

into the real world.

Before graduating from school, We usually have a variety of activities,

like taking pictures, leaving encouraging words to one another in memory of our

friendship, or giving presents to our teachers express our thanks and show

respect.

However, I have mixed emotions about moving on.I want to stay and have more

fun with my friends, but I will have to move on.Graduation means taking a step

forward---moving onward and upward.Thus I can learn more and will be more

skilled and experienced.

Graduation is coming whether we are ready or not.Lets make great efforts

so that our dream will come true.

家园，是我们赖以生存的地方。我希望它是干净、没有污染的，而且温馨又舒适。

亲爱的朋友，你可知道保护我们的家园有多么重要吗?我们的家园是由许许多多的东西组成的，它们都扮演着重要的角色。天上的太阳，是不可替代的，它给我们带来了温暖，地上的一切生物都离不开阳光。森林对我们来说也是不可或缺的，它可以释放出许许多多的氧气，供给人们呼吸。水呢，那就更重要了，一切动植物的生存都离不开水。因此，阳光、空气、水对我们来说都是必不可少的。所以，我们要好好地保护这些不可或缺的东西，保护它们也就是保护我们的家园。

大自然是美妙的，也是五彩缤纷的。它需要我们去保护它，呵护它。保护我们生存的环境：让我们珍惜每一张纸，因为那是珍惜森林和河流;让我们家家都用节能灯，支持绿色照明;不随意乱扔瓜皮果壳、不随地吐痰、不乱扔乱倒垃圾、不攀折花草树木、不践踏公共草坪;节约用水用电，不乱排污水，绿化美化环境，积极参加环保公益活动。节约资源、减少污染，在实践中领悟环保意义，提高环保意识，需要我们每一个人都行动起来。

现在，有很多人都特地买了几个能重复使用而且质量坚固的环保布袋，到超市买东西时就拿出来用，可方便啦!同时，也有的人翻出了她们的菜篮子，去买菜时也很少看见那些花花绿绿的袋子了。她们直接把菜装在篮子里，方便极了!可见，现在的人们对环保都有了新的认识。所以说：“保护环境，人人有责。”这句话我们要铭记在心!

让我们共同携起手来，保护环境，保护自然，创建绿色校园，共建美好家园吧!

在我们日常生活中，好的环境是非常重要的，但有的人们保护环境上并不十分重视。

比如说,我们小区的二十二栋，白色垃圾到处都是：一片绿化带的一株小树上，居然挂着几个白色塑料袋，十分刺眼；有一颗大树下经常躺着几个白色的塑料饭盒。夏天，天气炎热，这些乱扔的垃圾就引来了一些蚊蝇在那里飞来飞去……这样，不但破坏了二十二栋的形象，还对住在那里的人们的身体健康十分不利。

当然，为了我们能有一个舒适的生活环境，环卫工人们天天早出晚归，他们辛勤劳动着，不管严寒酷暑，总是那么仔细地清扫着。但还是有人喜欢去破坏，不注意自己的行为，我们一定要去帮助他们改掉恶习。

很多孩子做得不错，他们都养成了好习惯。就像我们上学的那条路，它总是很干净的，因为我们经常有学生去清扫。学校里也是亮堂堂的，干干净净的。反而是大人们太随便了。

我想告诉所有人，我们的生活环境对每一个人来说都很重要。我们要爱护环境，每一个人都来保护环境，保护地球。

春天到了，燕妈妈带着小燕子从南方飞回来了。

飞着飞着，燕妈妈感觉天空越来越来灰暗，阳光没有以前那么明媚。燕妈妈低头一看：大地披上了黄衣，小河垃圾成堆，臭气熏天。嫩绿的.树木也失去了往日的生机。

一条鱼儿吃力的游到岸边，奄奄一息的对燕妈妈说：“燕子妹妹快救救我吧”

燕妈妈惊讶的问道：“鱼儿哥哥，你的家人呢？怎么就剩下你自己了？”

“人们不保护环境，乱扔垃圾，水质越来越差，夺去了我家人的性命。”刚说完，鱼儿的身体就浮出了水面。

燕子妈妈再次飞呀飞，飞呀飞，飞到了一条小河边，这条小河的水全都黑了，只有一棵半死不活的小树，我只能在这里又住了下来。可是没过多久，我又搬家了。因为我在这里儿生存不下去了，这里的草、水都有毒。有一天我就食物中毒了，幸好，一场雨把我救活了。

燕妈妈痛苦的大声喊道：“保护环境人人有责！”

Humans have only one earth. He is the cradle of life, is the homeland of all mankind. However, the environmental pollution and ecological destruction have on human social and economic development and peoples normal life constitutes the real threat. Take good care of the environment, advocate civilization, is the human moral and responsibility.

We want to clean the earth, eager to healthy earth, eager to the homes of environmental protection, eager to green, health, community health... Let us use love to pay attention to changes in the environment, with passion to spread the idea of environmental protection, with actions to shoulder the important task of environmental protection. 人类只有一个地球。他是生命的摇篮，是人类共有的家园。然而，环境污染与生态破坏已经对人类的社会经济发展和人们的正常生活构成了现实威胁。爱护环境，崇尚文明，无疑是人类自身的道义和责任。

我们渴望干净的地球，渴望健康的地球，渴望环保的家园，渴望绿色，健康，卫生的社区……让我们用爱心去关注环境的变化，用热情去传播环保的观念，用行动肩负起环保的重任。从我做起，从现在做起，从身边的点滴小事做起，把环保承诺变为实际行动。

记住，保护地球，就是保护我们自己。

您好！

我7、8岁的时候，我们村的卫生以及环境都很不错，而且噪音也基本上没有，最多只有夜深人静的时候才会从山中传来几声不知道什么动物的声音，河流十分干净，甚至有些还可以游泳。

但是近年来我们村的卫生环境急剧下降，河流也变得越来越脏，每条河流都在哭泣，噪音也多了起来，有的时候我晚上都已经睡着了，可是却被这可恨的噪音给吵醒，弄得我第二天没精神。

河水变脏是什么原因呢？原来我们村的家庭小工厂多了起来，排放的废水多了，而且都不会循环利用，乱排废水村委会会说，所以许多都把下水管道出口设在河流中，所以渐渐的河流变得脏起来了。

噪音也多了起来，这是什么原因呢？也是因为家庭工厂多了起来，有些人为了赚钱，所以晚上拼命的生产、加工，所以现在的晚上和以前的一比较，差距还真是很大！

卫生环境当然也是这个原因，生产、加工后不是会留下一些没用的东西吗？有些人直接随地往山上一扔就完事了，因为放到垃圾桶里还会有人来收钱才会把垃圾收走，所以根本不会丢在垃圾桶里！

难道人们为了方便、为了赚钱，真的不为了生我养我们的地球母亲吗？

根据以上几点，我提出几个建议：

一、可以让水循环利用，加工、生产是许多用水都是防止火花溅出来的，所以可以给他们发一个机器，让水用完后回到一个地方，并且继续利用这些水，虽然手绘脏一点，可是谁都能判断，地球和你的手脏不脏，哪个重要，并且手脏了还能洗，地球被破坏怎么办？

二、请村长找人宣传，让人们意识到，晚上工作会影响到居民的生活，所以请他们晚上不要开工，影响到我们的休息！

三、还有垃圾也请让他们放入垃圾桶中，反正也才多少钱，他们总不会顾了眼前利益而毁了这个生我们养我们的地球母亲！
