我是一名怀揣着梦想的体育生，每一个体育生都在追逐自己的梦想。顶着压力向前行。每天都在经历这可怕的死亡十分钟。

传球，转身，射门……。无聊的动作一遍又一遍的重复着反反复复。但是我们依然不畏惧枯燥，笑着跟自己说我是有梦想的，我不是一只咸鱼。我一定要突破这令人恐怖的死亡十分中告诉自己我一定可以胜利，有时我会幻想这拿着奖杯高兴的给家人看，想得到家人的一句你真棒但是现实总是残酷的，你总会得到家人的不赞同，顶着死亡十分钟的压力，不断前行这。

死亡十分钟对于每一个体育生来说最熟悉不过了。在突破极限时往往赢来的是即痛苦又恐惧的死亡十分钟。汗水没过衣服犹如一颗颗珍珠从你的耳旁留下，你来不及去应和属于你的夸赞，却默默的一个不起眼的地方，很怕别人看到你狰狞痛苦表情，脸色苍白无力，好似在跟地狱招手又好似在担心些什么。肌肉也在不停的表达些什么。眼睛也睁不开了，耳朵也不工作。外面的世界听不到看不到了。深深的沉浸在自己的内心世界，我仿佛看到了妈妈，我走过前去，想知道妈妈为什么会出现在这里。等我刚走过去时，妈妈那无与伦比的笑容让我有一种看到希望的感觉。当我想开口说话时。妈妈那充满慈爱的小手亲亲的吻过我的小嘴。用充满淳朴的话语对我说：你是最棒的。我好像要表达些什么眼泪一下子就涌了出来。紧紧的搂住了妈妈，在妈妈的怀抱里，度过了了令人痛苦的死亡十分钟。

死亡十分钟的痛苦我深有体会，我就是坚持不住这痛苦的死亡十分钟放弃了追逐梦想的机会所以我想对还在坚持自己梦想的体育生说一句，不要轻易的放弃自己的梦想，不要等放弃了，后悔时的热泪盈眶。加油怀揣这梦想的体育生去跟死亡十分钟做斗争吧。
