At one time, I tried to work out in a gym two or three times, but I finally gave up just because I had no time for it and always felt very tired after doing exercise. Once I tried going on a diet. However, after about a week, I could not go on because I felt so hungry that I was not able to continue my studies. Then I bought and took weight-loss pills in secret. Shortly after, they did work and I was losing weight fast. But soon I felt tired and weak sometimes.

I know those pills usually have bad effects on our health. Thus, I don’t know what I should do. Could you be kind enough to give some good advice.

一年后，在学习完成后之时，忽然想起了失联多日的MH370航班，忽然想起了什么。

随着音乐的起伏，我的情感也与之交相辉映，“无论你在哪里，我都要找到你”这一句强有力的歌词，又想到逝去的239名乘客和机组人员，我不禁热泪盈眶，再想想可能坠毁的飞机，有一种不知名的力量在心底。

海，是那么蓝，那么平静，而在那温柔的表面下，一定藏着无数飞机的残骸吧，里面肯定有一架，藏匿着154个中国人的灵魂吧!

歌曲放完了，仅仅几分钟的歌曲，寄托了我对同胞们的祝福，虽然音乐已尽，我的心早已离开了这里，跳出了内陆，进入浩瀚，深邃的海洋当中。

海，是那么蓝，那么平静，微风拂过，海面泛这微波，不时有船舶在海面上留下痕迹，如往常一样，水的深处，显现出很深很深的蓝色。但我知道，这风平浪静之下，留下的，是154个同胞留下的，未尽的心愿。

我来到河边，用双手轻轻折了一艘洁白的小床，上面写着：MH370back!轻轻浮动河水，小船顺流而下，渐行渐远。

所有河流终将流向大海，去吧小船，让这代表着我们对你们的祝福吧!

我相信，有一天你们的灵魂，一定会归来的!

海，是那么蓝，那么平静，小船在水面上飘了许久许久。

海为什么那么蓝，因为它是反射天空的颜色;天空为什么那么蓝，因为那是反射地球的颜色;地球为什么那么蓝，因为地球上有70亿个有着梦想的人!

为什么梦是蓝色的呢，因为它代表宽容，代表爱，还代表着希望!

失联的同胞不是希望国富民强吗，才远走他乡的吗?

他们又为何会回来呢?是为了回来报效祖国。让我们来成全他们的心愿吧!做改变地球的一代人吧!
