二是要立足岗位,建功立业。广大女职工要充分发挥自己的聪明才智,把个人奋斗与企业目标结合起来,把理想抱负与工作实践结合起来,深入开展 “巾帼建功”活动和“讲文明、爱玉门、树形象”活动,立足自身岗位,发扬巾帼不让须眉的精神,建功立业,努力为企业的改革、发展、稳定做出新的、更大的贡献。

三是要关爱家庭,奉献社会。对于广大女职工来说,在工作上是“半边天”,在家庭里更是“主心骨”。在做好本职工作的同时,还更多的承担着照顾家庭的责任,呵护着家庭的幸福和美满。上要照顾老人,下要教育子女,更要理解丈夫,还要邻里和睦,希望广大女职工能克服种种困难,工作、生活两不误。同时女职工之间还要互帮互助,要把扶危济困、奉献爱心等中华民族传统美德发扬光大,为社会奉献一份爱心。
