早晨起床后，去吃拉面一碗当一天之开始。正因为兰州人的此习惯，就有些厨师，做拉面的厨师，他们叫做拉面师。

一日，我前去细观他们的劳动。厨师先用十斤面粉做了一座“火山”，这山在铁盘中，有些高度。似乎“火山”太烫了，拉面师开始用水和自己的手对“面团”的外形进行改造。一手倒水，一手捏，“面团”慢慢开始变形。原先的“火山”收了水，便似如鱼得水，从不能直接做成面条变成能的了。渐渐的、面与拉面师“开吵”，后来竟“火药”四处飞。拉面师左手黑虎掏心，右手无影连环掌，面团还是金鸡独立。不料拉面师的双手一起泰山压顶，小泉流星掌。面团只能用老树盘根来“苟延残喘”。拉面师又……一共干了五六分钟，面团就被弄得光滑，拉面师成功“三光”(手光、盆光、面光)。拉面师和完面后，就用“罪恶”的菜刀结果了面团的生命。面团要被N“马”分尸了。面团将会组成拉面，美味的拉面。

面团分成了许多个大小均匀的小面团，像支军队……这时，一家人走进拉面店，说：“三碗韭叶”。拉面师一个转身，抓起一团“幸运面”，开始制作。我心中念到：“请开始你的表演。”双手像压缩机一样，向下压去。一秒过后，“幸运面”变成了饼状。旋即，抓住两头，一拉一折，一伸一扯，开开合合，像拿着拉力器一样灵活，强劲有力。几秒钟过后，面块早已“面目全非”，成了扁平状，粗细匀称，不粘不断的。面条又“跳进”了“温泉”之中，因为刚刚被拉面师在板子上弹了两下。等面条熟后，舀一大勺牛骨汤，捞几片萝卜，倒些油辣子，这就是美味的牛肉拉面，上面有一片片牛肉，香!

兰州的味道是什么?是手中热气腾腾的一碗牛肉拉面。正是因为拉面师的高超技艺，面条有了粗细、宽窄的区别，从裤袋宽到二指宽、三细、二细、毛细。吃牛肉拉面和看拉面，是舌尖和视觉的双重盛宴。

当春姑娘刚刚来到人间，大地上还存在一些残雪。别的落叶，树木还是光秃秃的时候，柳树就换上了新装。抽出了嫩绿的枝条。长出了碧绿的叶子。

在春风的吹拂下，柳条左右摇摆，就象美丽的少女甩动她那柔软的秀发。真美啊!这时我想起了贺知章的《咏柳》：碧玉妆成一树高，万条垂下绿丝绦。

夏天来了，雨水多了，阳光也更加充足了，太阳炙烤着大地，这时正是柳树茂盛的时期。它好像要把全部的生命力展示给人们。它的枝上又长了新芽，长满了细长碧绿的叶子，枝叶茂盛的密不透风，一棵棵柳树就像一把把大绒伞。小朋友们玩的满头大汗的时候，就来到柳树下乘凉，说着、跳着、闹着、笑着、多开心啊!老人们坐在柳阴下，有的在聊天，有的下象棋，柳树给人们带来了美的感受，生活的乐趣。

面条起源于中国，几千年来，在劳动人民不断丰富创造之下，形成了悠久的面条饮食文化。它既可以奉为正餐，也可以当作快餐。面的种类同样十分繁多：苏州的阳春面，重庆的小面，四川的担担面……而今，最令人耳熟能详的还属中国十大面条之首的兰州拉面。

已是深秋时节，秋网萧瑟，金叶遍地，如果能吃上一碗热气腾腾的面条，那是最惬意不过的事了。随意走进一家面馆，食客高朋满座，生意兴隆火爆。透过玻璃可以清晰地看到后厨师傅制面的完整过程。

雪白的面团铺在案板上，师傅先是双手各执一端，用力在案板上反复摔打，直至面团松软。然后手上沾少许面粉将面条均匀搓成长条。接下来是考验师傅臂力的时候了，看似松软的面团富有韧性，非一般人可以拉开。当面团被拉成长条时，一只手同时抓住面条两端，另一只手的手指伸入面条弯曲的中间，把面折叠后再拉长。如上述，这样的步骤被称作“一扣”，不同的拉面根据工艺不同、扣数不同。最后，拉面师傅还会即兴表演甩面绝技，几十根面条被放在两只手中，变出了千姿万态的花样。时而如气势磅礴的瀑布飞流直下，时而如灵活凶猛的银蛇上下飞舞，时而又好似一条神龙盘旋翱翔。然后，就可以下锅了。

没等多久，手脚麻利的师傅将面端上了桌。嗬，还真是传说中的“一清二白三红四黄五绿”，汤色澄清，白嫩的面条与红艳的辣油形成鲜明的对比，黄色的雪菜与绿色的葱花相映成趣，汤面上还飘着几片薄如蝉翼的牛肉，整碗面香气逼人。

记得《集结号》刚上演时，我们家就买了一张碟，有好多镜头，夹带着怒吼，冲击着耳膜，携带几丝伤感，牵引着泪花，在看到谷子地所带领的最后仅剩的几人都陆续的因不同原因战死之后，我感觉到了鼻子的酸涩和眼前的朦胧，那时我就已经知道，我的心已经被他们所深深折服了，那么，这其中又是什么让我按耐不住继而潸然泪下?

一分一秒的感动我也会时刻记在心田，初中毕业之前的分离总是让我触动点点，感动分分，眉头一皱，就飘下几行泪来，和初中语文老师分离之时，总在回忆往昔。可是，又是我总在想，我为什么就是忍不住，让自己泪流满面?

是真情，当我看到朴实文字时，会落泪，它有一种作者的“心”情;当体会到悲壮的场景时，会感动，它有一种战争的“友”情。我会因父母的体贴流泪，是因为“亲”情;我会因与老师分离而恣意流泪，是因为“师生”情。人间的真情，就这样在不同的场合，甚至跨越千年，神飞万里，不断着冲击着我的心灵，染红了我的眼眸。

Since the Sanlu Incident occurred in 2008, the entire society was increasingly concerned about food safety issue. It was in this context that the food safety issue has been referred to an unprecedented height.

Problems leading to food safety are as follows: 1) using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process; 2) adding toxic substances; 3) excessive use of food additives; 4) abusing of chemical additives and so on. 人的一生中，会遇到许多令人沮丧的事，这些事让我们时常想要放弃。

的确，面对困难与逆境，选择放弃，确实可以获得暂时的安宁，但是，这样只能让自己生活在平庸和懦弱中，面对挫折，只有超越自己，才能获得成功。

我学小提琴时，曾经有一段时间，老师留了很多乏味而高难度的练习曲，令我十分头疼，于是，我动了放弃的念头：这么枯燥的练习曲，还这么难，我为什么还要接着练呢?不如趁早放弃算了，反正无论如何我也练不好，现在这样这是在浪费时间而已，放弃了就解脱了。

可是，心底里又有一种声音，我是不是要坚持一下呢?放弃了，就等于承认失败;坚持下去，坚持自己的梦想，就一定会得到成功。但这成功的背后意味着，我要付出一切努力，用心练习曲子，克服一切困难……经过很长时间的思想斗争后，我选择了鼓起勇气，超越自己。于是我重新扬起自信的风帆，废寝忘食地练习一首又一首的曲子，手磨出了茧子，脖子被琴硌得通红依然坚持着……当我在老师面前将一首首乏味的曲子拉得如行云流水般，当我看到老师脸上露出难以掩饰的喜悦时，我知道，我超越了自己。

鱼，沉鳞竞越才能遨游汹涌澎湃的海洋;鹿，腾空而起才能飞跃气势磅礴的峡谷;鹰，搏击长空才能翱翔寥廓无垠的天空;人，只有超越自己才能成就灿烂辉煌的人生!
