首先，我喜欢吃！中国美食是中国文化的一部分。中国菜好吃，特别对我的胃口。新年那几天，我妈妈会去买或做很多好吃又吉祥的中国美食，比如：象征“年年有余”的鱼，“团团圆圆”的汤圆，“长命百岁”的长寿面，“年年高”的年糕，当然还有我最最喜欢的“招财进宝”的饺子，其次，我喜欢钱！春节的一个习俗拿红包是非常开心的事情。我从很小开始，每年过年都会去跟爸爸妈妈说：“恭喜发财，红包拿来”，他们每次都会笑着给我一个红包。说两句好听的话就有钱拿，这个传统太好了。除了有好吃的，有钱拿。春节还有喜庆热闹的春节晚会可以看。每年的春晚有最优美的舞蹈，最好听的歌曲，还有超高难度的杂技表演。可惜的是我看不太懂小品和相声类的节目。

我喜欢春节的美食，喜欢看春节的表演，更喜欢拿红包。我非常喜欢这个中国传统的节日。

“特殊”之年品味“变”之年味

以往，春节来临，即使相距千万里的亲人，都会跋山涉水、翻山越岭地回家过年。但是今年，因为疫情反复，全国各地陆续出台了一些政策，对聚会聚餐、红白喜事、休闲娱乐等活动进行了细致部署，一个“年味”，道不尽新春佳节之美，在这“特殊”之年注定要品味“变”之年味。

变“返乡过年”为“就地过年”，品味“远方”也是家。“十年旧梦无寻处，几度新春不在家。”十几年来，在我国南方有一支从珠三角出发向广西、贵州、云南、湖南等地返乡的摩托大军，他们构成了一道独特的“春运返乡图景”，在最高峰时摩托返乡大军超过100万人，然而这也仅仅是返乡过年人群中的冰山一角，据有关统计，在2019年春运期间，我国外出流动人口近30亿人次。当下，春节的脚步越来越近，但国内的疫情却呈现多点散发，大规模的人员流动和聚集势必会给疫情防控带来更严峻的挑战，在这种特殊情况下，就地过年实为更加稳妥。到目前为止，全国大部分地区都发出了就地过年的倡议，一些地方还准备了补贴、红包、年货等，可谓诚意十足。春节临近，身在在外乡的人归心似箭，但无论是父母还是子女，最大心愿无非是期盼身边的亲人平安健康，在这个特殊的春节，选择就地过年、减少外出流动，或许家人才会更加安心、更加放心。

变“餐厅聚会”为“家庭团聚”，品味“下厨”也是逢。“万物迎春送残腊，一年结局在今宵。”一顿团团圆圆的年夜饭，是每个中国人过年的头等大事。依稀记得在小时候，爷爷、奶奶、爸爸、妈妈、叔叔、姑姑等老老少少，拖家带口聚在一起，大人们围在灶台，有的炖肉、有的切菜、有的掌勺，最后大家聚在一起包饺子，孩子们则在屋里院内嬉戏玩耍。除此之外，除夕夜的春晚和爆竹烟花也是必不可少的，从八点晚会开始，一直到零点晚会结束，全家人都团坐一起细细品味，当然更少不了在烟花爆竹声中辞别旧岁。但随着时代的发展，年夜饭的形式也悄然发生了改变，很多人都会选择在餐馆里吃年夜饭，可是今年国内多地疫情形势再度严峻，大部分地方都出台规定限制聚餐人数，一些早早准备好各种各样菜品的餐厅也不得不取消年夜饭的预订。在这个特殊的年份，我们回归当初，全家老小齐上阵，一起动手做出一份“合家欢”的年夜饭，似乎更能契合“天涯共此时”的相逢。

变“上门拜访”为“网络互访”，品味“拜年”也是孝。“正月之朔，是谓正旦，洁祀祖祢，进酒降神毕，子妇曾孙各上椒柏酒于家长，称觞举寿，欣欣如也。”上门拜年，既是中华民族的传统，也是一种孝文化，是人们表达互相祝福的一种独特方式。每到大年初一，家家户户带上糖果、美酒、礼盒等年货，走亲访友、走门串户，互相拜年、互贺新春，在其乐融融中升华友情、增进亲情。但今年的春节和往年大不一样，“在家过年、减少聚集，就是为抗疫做贡献”成为人们默认的共识，准备举办结婚庆生等喜宴的，也都选择了推迟。可如果在这个最重要的传统佳节少了拜年，即使吃上再美味的佳肴，也会觉得春节变得索然无味。在科技进步的推动下，我们拜年的习俗也与时俱进，除了沿袭以往的上门拜年外，还增加了微信拜年、QQ拜年、视频拜年等形式，通过手机镜头，互致新春的祝福。今年，窝在家里“网络拜年”，必然会有别样的年味，虽然亲朋好友之间的走动少了，但情谊却会更浓，春节也会更加有意义。
