短暂的旅行结束了，接着就是烈日炎炎的天气了，妈妈给我报了我期盼已久的游泳班，这次我学的是自由泳，教练一开始教我快节奏打腿膝盖不能弯，后来教我划手，练了几次后教我练换气，一开始我换完气就往下沉，有时还吸不到气，经过几番琢磨后我找到了办法，再练一天就不会下沉了。我自由泳的速度越来越快，已经可以一次性横着游到头了。我在水里就像鱼儿在水里一样，开心快乐使我不忍离去。

快上学了，我们的野心该收一收了，我希望我们都有一个快乐的假期，快乐的童年。

暑假里，我的舞蹈班组织去大连参赛，我们来到大连，比赛后，我们得了第一名的好成绩。为了庆祝我们取得了好成绩，老师带我们去海边玩耍。

绕过一道一道的弯，穿过一片片茂盛的树林，跨过一条条小溪，总算爬到了蚕姑陀的山顶，此时我们是气喘吁吁挥汗如雨，但放眼望去郁郁丛丛的山峦尽收眼底，一道道梯田曲曲弯弯象油画一样让人浮想联翩。

回来时经过飞机场，远远的我们敬了个礼。

presently, a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner of our country. the concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste. it is such a significant project that i can’t wait to present my ideas on how to promote it.

on the first place, a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. on no-car day, neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. meanwhile, just walk, jump, cycle or run. use our legs and enjoy the fun.

on the second place, we had best not use plastic bags any more. no one can stand the “white pollution”. so, it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again.

finally, one thing that we should keep in mind: every big thing comes from the subtle. therefore, as students, we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave, turn off the tap in time, and reuse our textbook and so on.

暑假里的一天，我被妈妈送上了去合肥姨妈家的汽车。近两小时的颠簸把我折腾得如一瘫软泥，像经历了一个世纪的劳苦。一进门，我就倒在了沙发上，一动不动。

姨妈说要备一桌好菜为我洗尘。小表弟拍着我的脸嚷道：“哥哥，你没死吧!”“哎呀，我又不是纸糊的!”书房里姨夫叫：“刘畅，别皮，下午带你们去水上公园!”哇!我立刻一跃而起，浑身充满了电似的。

我注意起动作，可每次吸气，都会吸进水来。姨夫叫停说：“动作掌握得挺好……但要注意放松，注意呼吸，不要僵硬……再来!”

我又划了起来：抡臂、划水、转头、吸气、移臂、还原……。不知是姨夫教导有方，还是我悟性超群，我竟能一下横渡泳池了，还敢玩到了深水区!

“来，咱俩比比!”“比就比!”我拼了命划水，早已成竹在胸。果然，姨夫落后了!瞧，小表弟正抱在姨夫腰上呢!

不得了，我发觉我游上了瘾!直到七点多，姨夫才拽走了我。后来，姨妈说我睡觉时还在游泳呢!

今天天气晴朗温暖。我起得早，吃过早饭后我和朋友“李雷”去登某某山。乘公共花月一个小时才到那。那里有成千上万的人。我们一到那就加入到爬山的队伍。我们感到很累但仍然继续攀登。一个小时登上了山顶。风很凉爽，景色很美。我们吃完野餐就下山了。那天我们很快乐。晚上我上网，然后看了一本非常有趣的书。我几天过得很有意思很高兴。

今天一早，我刷牙洗脸后就走进了厨房。我站在厨房里思考了一会儿，是煮面还是下水饺呢?或者煮汤圆?最后，我决定煮汤圆吃。

我看到灶台上的锅中间黄黄的，就把它拿到水槽中清洗，用钢丝球刷了几次后，水便已经浑浊不堪了。我把水倒掉后又冲洗了好几遍，然后再把水接满，放到灶上开火，就完成了第一步。

在等待的过程中，我突然想到鸡蛋还没煮，就问妈妈：“妈妈，我烧水时没把鸡蛋放下去，要不要紧?”妈妈说：“没事，多煮一会儿就好了。”听完后我从冰箱里拿出4个鸡蛋，把它们拿去水槽轻轻地清洗干净，再把它们放入了锅中。

然后我回到客厅静静地等着，当我再度过去时水已经烧开了。我走到冰箱前，把冰箱的最底层打开，拿出汤圆倒下去了十四个。我再把剩下的汤圆放回了冰箱，回到厨房看时汤圆表面已经变紫了，随后我又回到客厅开始了漫长的等待。

过了一会儿，我去厨房看了下，汤圆已经浮起来了。这时我把火关了，将汤圆与鸡蛋捞了上来。我吃了一口，汤圆外皮硬硬的，但有些还是煮好了的。这次做的早餐失败了，下次加油吧!我在心里默默地鼓励着自己。

这次早餐的汤圆没做好，问了妈妈原因，是因为时间不够，而且将汤圆放下去后没有搅拌，下次我一定会记得这些地方!

暑假的一天，我在院子里踢球，球突然飞向了花盆，把爷爷的花弄坏了。我一看，小声说：“不好了，这是爷爷最爱的花，爷爷很严厉的，他肯定会骂我。”我开始惶恐不安，看看四周，还好没人，心里想：爷爷不一定会发现。我定下心，像什么也没发生过，悄悄回家了。

第一天，爷爷没发现。忐忑不安的我总算躲过了一劫。第二天，爷爷发现花断了。吃饭时，爷爷厉声问：“是谁弄坏了我的花?”爷爷用怀疑的目光投向我。我一听，浑身发抖，连忙低下头，一声不吭，只顾着埋头吃饭。

晚上，我躺在床上怎么也睡不着，我心里的天使说：“你怎么能不诚实呢?自己做错了事不要紧，重要的是要认错!”我知道自己错了。

第三天，我小心翼翼地对爷爷说：“花是我弄坏的，对不起。”爷爷抚摸着我的头，和蔼地说：“我早就知道是你了，就看你会不会自己承认错误，爷爷原谅你了。”我红着脸连忙扑进爷爷的怀里。

我心里的一块石头放下来了。晚上，我美美地睡了一觉。原来，勇敢承认错误，心里是那么舒服!

Early this morning,my mother and i went for a walk in the park.we were

having great fun talking when suddenly a wallet,lying in the path, came into my

vision.i picked it up and opened it,trying to find any possible information

about the owner of the wallet.In great luck,we found a card with a telephone

number on it.so, we decided to call the owner.surprisingly,its right the owner

of the wallet.we agreed the meeting place and time for giving back his wallet on

the phone.finally,we returned the wallet right to the owner.he thanked us a lot

,and we feel pleased to.

今天一大早，我和妈妈去散步在公园玩。正当我们玩得很高兴讲时，突然一个钱包在路上进入我的视野。我把它捡起来打开它，看能否找到任何关于钱包失主的信息。很运气，我们发现了一张卡片与住一个电话号码，我们决定通知失主。令人惊讶的是，这是正是失主的钱包。在电话里，我们约定了见面的地点和时间归还他的钱包。他很感谢我们，我们也感觉很开心。

两个月的暑假生活在不知不觉中，即将结束了。我静静的坐在写字台前，回想起了暑假里发生的一件件事情，思绪万分。

暑假里，我跟着妈妈学习了干家务、烧饭、洗菜、切菜……在这些事情中，我体会到了做父母的劳累与辛苦，让我懂得了当爸妈的不容易。我要反复再反复的练习，把这些都练得得心应手，为爸爸妈妈减轻负担。

假期里，我还报了篮球班，我原来不喜欢篮球，可是到了哪里，居然有那么多人喜欢篮球，我就慢慢的喜欢上了这个篮球补习班。在哪里，我们有的时候做游戏，有的时候跑步，还有的时候学习篮球招式，让我懂了很多。

在这些日子里，我学了很多，也玩了很多，收获也不小。

我的暑假生活真是完美而又充实!

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

沙漠旅行结束了一天，小骆驼在小溪边 观到了那匹小红马。

小骆驼兴奋地说：“我的脚掌，睫毛和驼峰都是又用的。”小红马头也不抬地说：“切，你这个丑八怪，我才不信你能。”小骆驼听了这话，生气地对小红马说:“你不信，可以跟我到沙漠里去”。

于是，它们两个就走进了茫茫的大沙漠，小红马刚走一步，脚就陷进了沙子里。小骆驼用了好大劲，才把小红马救了上来。小红马奇怪地问：“小骆驼你怎么没有陷进沙子里。”小骆驼说：“因为我的脚掌又大又厚，所以不会陷进沙子里。”

说话间，一阵风沙铺天盖地刮过来，风沙吹进了小红马的眼睛里，疼得它在沙地上直打滚儿。它再看看小骆驼安然无恙，就问小骆驼：“你眼睛里怎么没有沙子。”小骆驼笑着说：“我的两层睫毛可以挡住风沙，不让风沙吹进我们的眼睛里。”

它们走呀，小红马觉得肚子饿了起来，就问小骆驼：“我的两个肉疙瘩可以贮存养料，不会怕饿的”

沙漠旅行后，小红马想：真是“人不可貌相，海水不可斗量”啊!我再也不能嘲笑小骆驼了。

暑假所剩的时间已经屈指可数了，可我却希望这样的暑假能永远进行下去。

这一个暑假我可以说做了一个暑假的义工了，这一个暑假我真正的走进了社区、走进养老院与老年人一起玩耍、在大街上发着一张张传单、甚至还与篁村社区的长者们一起过生日。

这一个暑假是我过过的最有意义的一个暑假，我从当中学会了许多，我从那些老年人身上发现他们还是十分的有活力的、十分可爱的、和蔼的，我到了养老院那些老年人还主动要求我去与他们谈心，在他们的语言中我感受到他们十分的喜欢恋旧，当他们说道开心的事时他们会笑不拢嘴，当说到伤心难过的事的时候他们又显现出十分的悲伤、难过，听着他们将这些过去的故事静下心来仔细听着每一个故事都是这么的生动，他们似乎有着说不完的小故事希望与人分享。

与他们谈话时又想起奶奶，她有时没事就会与我讲一两个老故事，我每次听都没听就说要活在当下不要回忆过去，过去都已经过去了还有什么好说的，可是有回想起来对于老年人而言活在当下谈何容易，虽然可能在我们眼里老年人的过去并没有什么稀奇的，可那些回忆在他们眼里永远是最珍贵的，最美好的。我想如果奶奶下次再和我讲老故事我一定会洗耳恭听，因为老年人可能有太多太多的话找不到人倾诉，因为老年人是我们最应该尊敬与敬佩的。

这一次假期里除了让我了解了这些知道了这些我以前从来都不知道的，让我知道了全世界所有老年人都需要爱。

Today is Christmas day. It is still cold, but will not stop me looking forward to Christmas grandpa gave me a gift of hot heart. At night, every family bought a small gift to hang in the colors of Christmas tree, but not my home. My heart seems to be the chilly wind blowing. Remember dad said to me, dont be deterred by this little difficulty, try to pursue. I think the "difficult" should include the previous apathy. I want to have a complete set of barbie dolls, because, I want to beautiful should be a lot of girls dream in the heart. But I do not want this because "it" a set of barbie dolls, because how I want to have their experience! Thinking about thinking, I fell asleep. Then sweet sleep, or dreaming Christmas grandpa gave me a gift - Christmas grandpa smiled and gave me my dream of Christmas gift, said a words to me. This sentence is "I wish you a merry Christmas!" With that, Christmas old man is driving a cart full of gifts. After wake up, I have not found I want gifts, I smiled to smile said. "Maybe Christmas grandpa was too busy, no time to send me a present?"

今天是圣诞节。天依旧是那么的冷，但阻止不了我盼望圣诞老爷爷给我送礼物的火辣的心。到了夜晚，家家户户都买了小礼物挂在五彩缤纷的圣诞树上，唯独我家没有。我的心好像被冷嗖嗖的风吹着。想起爸爸对我说的话——不要被这小小的困难所吓倒，要努力追寻。我想这个“困难”应该包括这先前的冷漠吧。我想有一整套的芭比娃娃，因为，我想美丽漂亮应该是许多女孩心中的梦吧。但我不是因为“它”而想要这一整套的芭比娃娃，是因为我多么想有他们的经历呀!想着想着，我就睡着了。再甜美的梦乡中，还是梦到了圣诞老爷爷给我送礼物的情景——圣诞老爷爷微笑着把我梦寐以求的圣诞礼物给了我后，对我说了一句话。这句话是“祝你圣诞节快乐!”说完后，圣诞老爷爷就驾着装满礼物的马车走了。醒来后，我并没有发现我想要的礼物，我笑了笑说;"也许圣诞老爷爷太忙了，没时间来给我送礼物了呢?"
