首先,无论谁想要成功,就必须有信心,因为信心是成功的基本条件.如果有人总是认为他不能把这个或那个做好,他肯定不能做好它.例如,当一个人在面试的时候,如果他不相信自己能做好这个工作,他如何能表现得自信,那么如何能使面试官相信他的能力呢?所以,那样的面试肯定是失败的.但是,如果一个人是有自信的,他可以轻易的迎接每一次挑战的机会,这也会使成功更加接近.

此外,信心只是成功之门,如果想取得成功,决心是必须的.有决心的人遇到困难总能克服它,并坚持到最后.另一方面,如果一个没有决心的人,遇到困难时他会放弃.例如,做作业的时候,没有决心的人总是无法很好的完成作业甚至如果他觉得作业难以完成就会抄袭别人的.但是,有决心的人总是能很好地完成作业,因为他知道他真正想要的,并且能坚持下去.

我对我的最高要求是拥有一个像模像样的梦想。

很多人也许会觉得这简直是无稽之谈，可是我要告诉你们的是，梦想往往比理想的动力更大一些。为什么这么说呢？梦想呢是一种超越现实物质，在思维中构建出完美物质形态。它虽然会拉开自己与梦想的差距，但是也让自己明白自己与梦想还差多少，才会有更大的动力。一个人，无论是贫穷还是富有，无论是成功还是失败，都不可以安生于现在的状态，若不是清朝的失误，中国又怎会在后来落后？所以说，人无论处在什么阶段，都要有梦想，要有目标，否则岂不就成了无头苍蝇在社会里乱撞吗？

其实我读的只是少儿版的《西游记》，虽然不是那么全，但是故事一样精彩，人物的刻画入木三分，个性鲜明。

孙悟空本领高强，能上天入地，在护送唐僧去西天的过程中，基本上都是凭着他的本领和无所畏惧的精神才能走到最后的，虽然他也打过退堂鼓、也有吃败仗请别人帮忙的时候但只要唐僧对他好，不冤枉他，那么他就是为唐僧去死也不会有一点怨言！猪八戒在我看来实在是没什么优点的，除了吃吃睡睡好象就不会干点别的了。沙和尚是个老实人，能吃苦、肯吃苦，但也没什么特别这处。这三个人，其实都不是人，去西天的这一路上吃的苦，对他们来说还是可以承受的。

我最佩服的是唐僧，他只是一个凡人，这一路上他所受的苦并不是一般人能承受的，每次遇难的时候，最倒霉的就是他，哪一个不是想吃他的肉呀，就是不吃他的肉也是让他做不成和尚。但他从来没有被这些困难吓倒，因为他有一个坚定的信念，他坚信他一定能为东土大唐的百姓们取回真经。不要说是九九八十一难，就是再多的苦再多的难，他也绝不会退缩。

我以后做任何事都要学习唐僧决不放弃的精神，这样的话，我也能取得成功。
