我爱夏天，因为我可以在暑假里放风筝。我和爸爸一起去放风筝，爸爸拿着风筝的线，而我拿着风筝跑了几步后抛向空中，风筝便上了蓝天。爸爸拉了几下风筝线后就给了我，我牵着风筝忽上忽下的，好一会儿才稳定下来。风筝在蓝天和白云之间飞舞，一会儿像一只顽皮的猴子在向我和大地打招呼，一会儿又像一只快乐的小鸟在空中自由飞翔。这时我的心情也和它一样在空中自由地放飞。

我爱夏天，因为我可以在暑假里吃冷饮、刨冰等。我每次看见冷饮就会垂涎欲滴，非要让奶奶帮我买不可。当爸爸和妈妈上班的时候，我总要在家里偷吃冷饮，等爸妈回来看见冷饮少了最多骂几句，我才不管呢，照吃不误，爸妈也拿我没责。

夏天是一个多姿多彩的季节，它给我们小朋友带来无比的欢乐，因此我爱夏天。

虽然夏天很美，可是我又讨厌夏天，因为夏天很炎热。习惯了每天呆在空调间里，一走出去，火辣辣的太阳炙烤着大地，都快将我烤焦了，汗水像瀑布一样流淌着，大豆般的汗珠从我的额头滑落，湿透了我的衣服。小花、小草们耷拉着脑袋，无精打采的，大树卷缩着叶子，它们像一个个害羞的小姑娘低着头。知了在树上休息着，一遍又一遍毫不厌烦的叫着热死了，热死了小狗伸着舌头，躲在树荫下乘凉，往日那繁华的大街变的冷清了，大家都躲在家里避暑，只有太阳这是精力旺盛，热火朝天地工作着。我赶紧从冰箱里拿出棒冰来，一口咬下去，啊，爽！我开了空调又拿了扇子，来驱赶着这酷暑。唉，夏天真热！

热情、豪放、浪漫、永恒，编成了夏天品质的绝美光环。我们所以要拥抱夏天，就是要享受骄阳，让我的人生充满温暖：享受风雨，让我们的人生充满力量；享受绿色，使我们的灵魂在生命的成长中得到安祥和祥和。
