(一)全球气候变暖

由于人口的增加和人类生产活动的规模越来越大，向大气释放的二氧化碳(CO2)、甲烷(CH4)、一氧化二氮(N2O)、氯氟碳化合物(CFC)、四氯化碳(CCl4)、一氧化碳(CO)等温室气体不断增加，导致大气的组成发生变化。大气质量受到影响，气候有逐渐变暖的趋势。由于全球气候变暖，将会对全球产生各种不同的影响，较高的温度可使极地冰川融化，海平面每10年将升高6厘米，因而将使一些海岸地区被淹没。全球变暖也可能影响到降雨和大气环流的变化，使气候反常，易造成旱涝灾害，这些都可能导致生态系统发生变化和破坏，全球气候变化将对人类生活产生一系列重大影响。

(二)臭氧层的耗损与破坏

在离地球表面10~50千米的大气平流层中集中了地球上90%的臭氧气体，在离地面25千米处臭氧浓度最大，形成了厚度约为3毫米的臭氧集中层，称为臭氧层。它能吸收太阳的紫外线，以保护地球上的生命免遭过量紫外线的伤害，并将能量贮存在上层大气，起到调节气候的作用。但臭氧层是一个很脆弱的大气层，如果进入一些破坏臭氧的气体，它们就会和臭氧发生化学作用，臭氧层就会遭到破坏。臭氧层被破坏，将使地面受到紫外线辐射的强度增加，给地球上的生命带来很大的危害。研究表明，紫外线辐射能破坏生物蛋白质和基因物质脱氧核糖核酸，造成细胞死亡;使人类皮肤癌发病率增高;伤害眼睛，导致白内障而使眼睛失明;抑制植物如大豆、瓜类、蔬菜等的生长，并穿透10米深的水层，杀死浮游生物和微生物，从而危及水中生物的食物链和自由氧的来源，影响生态平衡和水体的自净能力。

(三)生物多样性减少

《生物多样性公约》指出，生物多样性“是指所有来源的形形色色的生物体，这些来源包括陆地、海洋和其他水生生态系统及其所构成的生态综合体;它包括物种内部、物种之间和生态系统的多样性。”在漫长的生物进化过程中会产生一些新的物种，同时，随着生态环境条件的变化，也会使一些物种消失。所以说，生物多样性是在不断变化的。近百年来，由于人口的急剧增加和人类对资源的不合理开发，加之环境污染等原因，地球上的各种生物及其生态系统受到了极大的冲击，生物多样性也受到了很大的损害。有关学者估计，世界上每年至少有5万种生物物种灭绝，平均每天灭绝的物种达140个，估计到21世纪初，全世界野生生物的损失可达其总数的15%~30%。在中国，由于人口增长和经济发展的压力，对生物资源的不合理利用和破坏，生物多样性所遭受的损失也非常严重，大约已有200个物种已经灭绝;估计约有5000种植物在近年内已处于濒危状态，这些约占中国高等植物总数的20%;大约还有398种脊椎动物也处在濒危状态，约占中国脊椎动物总数的7.7%左右。因此，保护和拯救生物多样性以及这些生物赖以生存的生活条件，同样是摆在我们面前的重要任务。

(四)酸雨蔓延

酸雨是指大气降水中酸碱度(PH值)低于5.6的雨、雪或其他形式的降水。这是大气污染的一种表现。 酸雨对人类环境的影响是多方面的。酸雨降落到河流、湖泊中，会妨碍水中鱼、虾的成长，以致鱼虾减少或绝迹;酸雨还导致土壤酸化，破坏土壤的营养，使土壤贫瘠化，危害植物的生长，造成作物减产，危害森林的生长。此外，酸雨还腐蚀建筑材料，有关资料说明，近十几年来，酸雨地区的一些古迹特别是石刻、石雕或铜塑像的损坏超过以往百年以上，甚至千年以上。世界目前已有三大酸雨区。我国华南酸雨区是唯一尚未治理的。

(五)森林锐减

在今天的地球上，我们的绿色屏障——森林正以平均每年4000平方公里的速度消失。森林的减少使其涵养水源的功能受到破坏，造成了物种的减少和水土流失，对二氧化碳的吸收减少进而又加剧了温室效应。

(六)土地荒漠化

全球陆地面积占60%，其中沙漠和沙漠化面积29%。每年有600万公顷的土地变成沙漠。经济损失每年423亿美元。全球共有干旱、半干旱土地50亿公顷，其中33亿遭到荒漠化威胁。致使每年有600万公顷的农田、900万公顷的牧区失去生产力。人类文明的摇篮底格里斯河、幼发拉底河流域，已由沃土变成荒漠。中国的黄河流域，水土流失亦十分严重。

(七)大气污染

大气污染的主要因子为悬浮颗粒物、一氧化碳、臭氧、二氧化碳、氮氧化物、铅等。大气污染导致每年有30-70万人因烟尘污染提前死亡，2500万的儿童患慢性喉炎，400-700万的农村妇女儿童受害。

(八)水污染

水是我们日常最需要，也上接触最多的物质之一，然而就是水如今也成了危险品。

(九)海洋污染

人类活动使近海区的氮和磷增加50%-200%;过量营养物导致沿海藻类大量生长;波罗的海、北海、黑海、东中国海(东海)等出现赤潮。海洋污染导致赤潮频繁发生，破坏了红树林、珊瑚礁、海草，使近海鱼虾锐减，渔业损失惨重。

(十)危险性废物越境转移

危险性废物是指除放射性废物以外，具有化学活性或毒性、爆炸性、腐蚀性和其他对人类生存环境存在有害特性的废物。美国在资源保护与回收法中规定，所谓危险废物是指一种固体废物和几种固体的混合物，因其数量和浓度较高，可能造成或导致人类死亡，或引起严重的难以治愈疾病或致残的废物。

我们的环境污染我们现在的生活比以前好得多，但环境跟以前简直就不能比。以前的空气清香并掺和着花草的芳香，河水清澈见底。而现在呢?汽车排出的废气和工业废气相当多，河水臭气直出。我们大家为了过上好生活，都买汽车，但车主们有没有想过这样的量使用汽车的后果。

众所周知温室气体的大量排放，至使全球气候气温逐年上升，呈现出愈演愈列的反弹态势。由此带来的南极冰川溶化问题不容回避。环境问题不仅仅体现在二氧化碳等温室气体排放量上，也表现在含氟物质的大量排放上，严格控制这些有害气体的排放已经刻不容缓。对于二氧化碳等温室气体，当前我们只能用节能减排的传统方式进行限制。在以后的某一天一定能够实现科技引领生活，技术革新环境的革局，正确处理环境与发展之间的问题是一项重大的历史选择。我们不能因为要保护环境而舍弃经济建设这个中心点，也不能因为只追求经济建设而忽略环境变化带给我们的不利因素。高端领域科学技术的发展非常迅猛，已经势不可挡。所以它也必将荡涤整个社会生活的每一个角落。环境问题依托于高新技术的发展众望所归，只有从根本上解决技术革新的问题，能源的优化问题，才能实现当前技术能源的合理配置有效的遏制温度上升带给我们的幅面影响。

环境问题这个关系子孙后代的千秋事业不能忽视。一味从自然界索取，必将被大自然所惩处。可持续发展战略的实施使我们有更多的时间精力去实现高新产品的研发。能源问题必须摆在首位，煤、石油、天然气等非可再生资源日趋减少，而在这个高速发展的社会，对资源的需求量去于日俱增，资源与经济的发展几乎形成了相互制约的关系。非可再生资源我们只有减少开发量，为子孙后代赢得宝贵的发展时间和资源利用。主要的也是减少人为的气体粉尘排放量，使空气质量维持在良好的标准范围。而可再生资源的利用正逐步向成熟期过渡，前景是非常美好的。解决这些问题最好的方式就是不污染，这一点相信只要在这些问题上达到绝对的科技含量是能够解决的。太阳能、风能、潮汐能、水能、地热能、核能等等。如果这些合理有效的加以利用必将给我们的生活提供源源不断的能量。

百年大计，千秋大业。行之有效的措施还是用高新技术促进这些产业的发展，这样必将带来一劳永逸的好处。有氟物质的排放直接影响大气层中的臭氧层，臭氧层空洞使地球直接裸露于紫外线的强照射之下，幅射随之有很大的加剧。对地球上的生物都有很大损伤，而臭养层破坏主要是大量使用有氟冰箱的结果。而以现在的科技足以杜绝用有氟冰箱继而用新型高效节能的冰箱取代，这就有赖于各个国家统一协调，共同努力。只有这样才能从根本上解决这种危机。

当今社会环境问题最令人关注的就是温室气体的大量排放和氟氯烃等气体的排放，国际社会保护环境的基本框架不能改变。而其他的污染都存在很大的区域性，目前就是各个国家自己关注自己环境变化带给自己的影响，这些就要靠自己解决自己的问题了。

我一走到阳台上，就可以看见门前的西河，水很少，都可以看见石头和裸露的河床了。水很脏，河两边的污水管道里不断排出黑色、绿色、黄色的污水，上面泛着气泡，还飘着菜叶，污水染黑了河水。但以前这里是清澈见底的，河水可以用来洗衣服、饮用、钓鱼、还可以游泳，听老人们说，这里还举办过游泳比赛的。这是为什么呢?

我一走出家门外，就闻到一股刺鼻的气味，这种气体很恶心，像臭鸡蛋的味道一样在空中随风飘动，听爸爸说，这是南充市的一个炼油厂在排放废气，这种气体遮住了湛蓝的天空，整个天空都是灰蒙蒙的，我们再也看不见太阳了。人们都捂着鼻子在外面行走;小鸟躲进树林，不敢出来捉虫子。这就是外面的家园吗?怎么变得如此伤痕累累呢?

由于人口增多，山坡上的树木不断减少，裸露的土地不断扩大，树木变成了应有尽有的家具。没有了树木的保护，山洪和泥石流频繁爆发，所以河水变少了变浑浊了。由于城市发展快，人们要求越来越高，路上的汽车越来越多，人们不自觉地破坏坏境，乱丢垃圾，乱排污水，使我们的家园千疮百孔。

What Can We Do for the Environment

our environment is becoming worse and worse，what can we do for the environment?I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem。

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags instead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. Whats more，it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best to reduce pollution and waste。

In fact，even the simplest everyday activities can make a real difference to the environment. I believe we can make the world a better place to live in.

当今世界，人类面临着许多共同的环境问题。在农村，这些环境问题主要表现为生活环境污染和生态环境破坏两大类。

调查地点：湫头乡崖腰村

调查目的：让更多的人加强环保意识，约束自身行为，减少和避免对生活和环境的破坏，保护人类的共同家园。

由于农村人口素质普遍降低，而且人口基数大、增长速度快，对环境的保护意识较低，对环境造成很大的破坏。由于农村人口任意排放生活污水以及乱丢大量废弃物和垃圾，导致环境质量下降。如：将有害人体健康的农药不加处理，不加限制，任意排放到大气和土壤中，造成大气污染，水污染和土壤污染；人们生产和生活产生的大量垃圾，堆积在田野或山沟，造成固体废弃物污染，各类污染物排入环境中，易对人体健康产生直接的影响。

由于人类对环境的破坏，导致环境恶化，从而影响人类生产和生活。农村大部分人做饭使用的柴，主要来自砍伐大量树木，有些人只顾眼前利益，大面积放牧，既让羊吃了刚栽的小树苗，又吃掉了保护土壤的草木。这些都会对人类造成很大的影响。又如：由于滥伐森林，造成森林面积锐减，使森林的环境调节功能下降，由于对自然植被的破坏，导致水土流失，土地荒漠化加剧，由于大量燃烧煤和使用消耗臭氧物质，导致大气中二氧化碳的含量增加和臭氧层破坏。由于生物的生存环境遭破坏或过度捕猎等原因，对人类具有重大经济，文化价值物种的灭绝速度加快。

在农村，因利用资源的方式不恰当和强度过大，环境问题主要表现为生态破坏。如：水土流失，荒漠化，土壤盐碱化，森林减少，水源枯竭，物种减少。造成这些问题的主要原因是：

一、农村经济水平都比较低，而人口增长却很快，环境承受人口和发展的双重压力。

二、经济，技术水平的制约，农村没有足够的能力对已破坏的环境进行治理以及对环境的保护，在环境问题发生后，不能及时解决。

三、农村人口环保意识欠佳。

为改变这种现状，我们所要采取的措施是：

一、大力向农民宣传环保意识。如；向他们讲解有些环境问题不只影响农村，或一个国家，而且可能影响到其他国家甚至全球。例如，酸雨随着大气的运动，能影响到很远的地区，国际性河流上游被污染，即将使全流域受到影响，热带雨林的破坏，会对全球的气候产生影响，大气中二氧化碳浓度的升高和臭氧层的破坏，更是威胁着全人类。由此认识到：不要认为农村的环境破坏是单纯的环境破坏，他可能危及到全人类的利益。

二、大面积植树造林，不随意砍伐树木，生活和生产产生的垃圾要经过专门的处理和回收。

三、对于环境破坏的行为给于一定的处罚和教育。

四、加大对环境的投资，组织开垦荒地，退耕还林还草。

环境问题是关系到全人类的重大问题，要想长久的在地球上生存下去，就必须保护人类共同的生存的家园。每个人都应该从自我做起，从身边的每件小事做起，积极加入到保护环境的行列中来，保护环境，保护全人类的未来。
