It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

Saving Water

Water is the most valuable resource on the earth. Water is the necessity of

our life and we must drink it everyday.Now, many people can not drink clear

water, because many of them are badly polluted. So, in order to save water, the

first thing we should do is reduce water pollution. In addition, we should

develop good habits to save water. For example, turn off the tap after we use.

Or we should recycle the water to make it full use. In one word, water is scarce

for all of us and we should try our best to save it.

July 21

I had a good time last weekend. On Sunday morning, I stayed at home and did my homework. The homework wasnt difficult. After that, I played volleyball with my friends. Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. January 23

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. 我这个表弟是三年级的小学生，没什么兴趣爱好。初到我家的时候，像一个小绵羊一样，软绵绵的。不过经历了那一件事后，我对他的形象有了改观。

去年有天晚上我刚洗完澡，房间里黑漆漆的。我推开了我房间的门，便一头栽倒了床上。刚想睡的时候，感觉鼻子痒痒的，第一反应是蚊子便翻了个身继续睡。然后感觉眼睛刺刺的，好像有什么东西照着我的眼睛，那时候的第一反应便是妈妈回来了。于是我便用胳膊撑着坐起来，刚张开眼。哎呦妈呀!“啊——”我立马放出了声尖叫，拿起了枕套砸。手忙脚乱的打开床头灯。一看，我的天，原来是我表弟。引人瞩目的便是他的脸，上面用化妆品、彩影、腮红画了一个恐怖的鬼脸。

等等，化妆品?我立马到妈妈的房间里翻了翻她的梳妆台。乱七八糟的梳妆台，我翻了一阵便发现了‘赃物’：短了大一截的口红，中间空洞的白粉底周围一边还有点黑黑的，红色的眼影已经空了等等。

这时候，妈妈回来了。这时候表弟洗干净脸便跑去‘告密’了：“姨姨，有“小偷”在偷你的化妆品!”说完，我妈便怒气冲冲的到房间，那时候我在拿着化妆品看着。妈妈站在我身后一看，哟!败坏这么多!立马便不管三七二十一的把我训了一顿。

真凶呢?早就钻被窝里睡觉了。

今天我到下面院子里玩的时候，看见天上的云很像棉花糖，我就想飞上天吃云，可我没有飞行器，飞不了啊，飞机也不行，主要是我不知道云会不会一站在上面就掉到地上?我要登天是不太可能的。长大以后我要当科学家，做一艘火箭飞上天，去试一下云朵是什么味道。

突然，我又想到了一个好办法，可以用最快的速度把苍耳沾到妹妹身上。我拿起一根长满苍耳的树枝，拔腿就跑，妹妹赶紧追我，这一追可上了当，我把那根树枝往妹妹身上一横，哈哈，十几个小苍耳牢牢地沾到了妹妹身上，“这是什么玩意儿?”“我发明的.苍耳枪!”还没等她反应过来，我反手一枪，又有许多可爱的小苍耳沾在了妹妹的腿上，我心想，这回必胜无疑了!

My Family

My name is Li Hua. I am from a workers family. There are six people in my

family. They are my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my mother, my sister

and I.

Every member in my family works for his or her own trade①. My grandfather

and grandmother are peasants. They do farm work every day in my hometown. My

father is a senior engineer. He is now working in Africa, helping to build a

power station. My mother is a teacher. She teaches English in a middle school.
