In reality, we find that in many cases competition goes hand in hand with cooperation. Lets take a football game for example. During the game, one team is competing against the other, but each member of the team must cooperate with his teammates. Otherwise, they would lose the game no matter how skillful each individual player might be. It is clear that competition has much to do with cooperation.

As far as Im concerned, I do not agree with the view that competition and cooperation are always in conflict with each other. In my opinion, while advocating competition, we should never forget cooperation. In our social life, cooperation is especially necessary because most work is fulfilled with or through other people. So Ive come to the conclusion that competition are equally important.

数学自古以来就是文科生的弱科，但这个社会又是一个弱肉强食的社会，如果你不强，就注定被人吃掉。所以我还是选择无条件的提升数学成绩，针对此次考试，数学卷子综合来说还是比较简单，但因马虎未审清题意，所以丢了许多不该丢的分。此次数学考试，就我个人看来124分是正常分数，因为这124分都是基础分，最次也得过120分。上高三以来我的数学成绩一直是教室里最好的，但这次的失误令我十分懊悔，希望没有令数学老师失望，下次月考，我会拿回本属于我的东西。

我认为其实并不是一定压迫成为义工群里的成员才是义工，而不是成员就不义工了。在我看来，义工只是一个称谓，我们每个人日常生活中随时随地都可以去做义工。比如：帮助老人过马路，为别人捡起掉下的东西，再比如在公交车上为老人让座，等等等等，只要你在做这些东西了，你就是一名义工了。

做义工最重要的是一份心，一份愿意为别人服务，帮助别人解决困难的心。做义工没有大事小事之分，古人云：勿以善小而不为。而我们做义工就是要向小事看齐，做到小事时时为，大事集体为。

如果我们不断地通过自己在任何时候的任何行为去尽自己力所能及的力量去帮助别人，去影响身边的人，是他们参加进来，去帮助需要帮助的t他人，我们做义工的目的就要到达了。

At eight, the head of the park met us at the gate. After being divided into groups, we set out to work at once. Some tidied up the parking area and had motorbikes paiked in the right place. Some took care of the flowers and bushes, and persuaded people to keep off the grass. Around the tiger den, one group kept order to prevent accidents from happening. At the aquarium, another group worked as guides and advised visitors not to smoke. When some of us were doing cleaning, an old man praised us and said, "Well done, young fellows!"

课堂观察就是指研究者或观察者带着明确的目的，凭借自身感官(如眼、耳等)以及有关辅助工具(观察表、录音录像设备等)、直接或间接(主要是直接)从课堂情境中收集资料，并依据资料进行相应研究的一种教育科学研究方法。

第一，课堂是学校教育的基本单位，是研究教学活动最重要的场所，它蕴涵着丰富的、有价值的研究要素。课堂研究正是要通过对这些要素的研究，揭示课堂的事实和规律。课堂观察是课堂研究的最基本方法之一，它能够为课堂研究提供可靠的资料。

第二，课堂情境具有变化迅速，事件发生的同时性、即时性等特点，如果像日常听课那样凭经验而为，这样观察的成效就不大。而现代课堂观察已经成为专门的学问，有一套比较系统的理论与技术，能够对转瞬即逝的课堂情境作更加细致、深入地记录与研究，这是一般听课所无法做到的。

第三，课堂观察是教师获得实践知识的重要来源，也是教师用以搜集学生资料、分析教学方法的有效性、了解教学与学习行为的基本方法，是促进教师专业化发展的重要途径，同时也为教育决策与教育评价提供有力的事实依据。

通过学习，我对课堂观察和实践有了更深的理解。

首先，课堂实践观察对教师个人成长起着至关重要的作用。

第一，教师参与的课堂观察是教师探究课堂的重要方法。教师要开展课堂观察首先就要研究被观察的同行及其课堂，提出清晰的观察目的，制作观察量表，还要充分考虑适合自己的观察与记录方式。教师进入现场后，要将课堂中连续性事件拆解为一个个时间单元，将课堂中复杂性情境拆解为一个个空间单元，运用量表对一个个单元进行定格、扫描，搜集、描述与记录相关的课堂信息，再对观察结果进行反思、分析、推论。这无疑是一项严肃而专业的研究工作，事实上也是一种适合教师实践场景的研究方法。

第二，教师参与的课堂观察是有系统、有计划的观察活动。教师在实践中参与课堂观察要经历课前会议、课中观察与课后会议三个环节，才能构成一个完整的课堂观察活动。课前会议是为观察者与被观察者提供讨论、反思教案的机会，着重解决两个问题：被观察者说课与确定观察点。进入课堂观察环节，观察者根据观察点，选择观察位置，运用量表做好课堂实录。课后会议时，观察者与被观察者分享观察收集到的信息，主要完成三项任务：被观察者进行课后反思、观察者简要报告观察结果、形成几点后续行动的改进建议。

第三，教师参与的课堂观察是一种合作行动。从教师所要经历的活动可以看出，课堂观察不是一个教师所能为的，或者说仅凭一个教师的力量是难以确保课堂观察的质量的，它需要教师间的合作，要由既彼此分工又相互合作的团队来完成。参与课堂观察的教师(包括被观察者)之间，要基于有主体的意愿、可分解的任务、有共享的规则、有互惠的效益等要素构成一个合作共同体。教师借助于合作共同体，探究、应对具体的课程、教学、学习、管理上的问题，开展自我反思和专业对话，促使合作共同体的每一位成员都得到应有的发展。

第四，增进专业反省意识。课堂观察为教师提供了反思的有效刺激，课前会议的讨论，课后会议的反馈、反省与评议，足以使观察者、被观察者对于自身原有的专业实践认知与行为之间形成不平衡，进而引发批判、质疑先前行动假设的动机。如果教师持续地开展课堂观察，这种反省行为就会不断得到强化，进而迁移至其他的学校专业活动，扩大反省的范围与对象，提高教师对专业的领悟与反省能力。

其次，课堂观察有利于促进学生的学习

第一，通常教师们通过听课或观看录像来观察其他教师的课堂教学，观察的主要内容包括：教师的教学取向、教学方式、教材运用、教学目标的落实、教师的导引和提问技巧、教师的观察力和调控能力、学生的主动性、学生的认知表现、学生真实地思维表现、课堂氛围、学生的学习习惯、学生的学习与非学习行为、教室内外的情境等等。教师参与课堂观察更深的意义是关注、研究与促进学生的学习，因为学生学习是课堂的重要组织部分，教和学是紧密联系在一起的，不管是观察教师，还是学生，最终都是指向学生的学习，由学生的输出结果来检验，课堂观察的起点和归宿就是为了改善学生的课堂学习。因此，教师参与课堂观察所产生的意义是面向学生，以便更高效地促进学生学习。

第二，课堂观察有利于改善学生的课堂学习。在真实的课堂里，教师的教和学生的学是相互交织在一起的，学生通过倾听、与教师对话、交流建构自己的学习方式，改善学习行为，获得新的认知与情感体验。可以说，教师的课堂行为、学生的学习习惯及课堂环境都在影响学生的学习。当观察者进入课堂观察学生的学习，关注学生是如何学习、会不会学习、以及学得怎么样时，在一定程度上会引发学生行为上的改变。如以学生学习的互动为观察视角，观察学生有哪些互动行为、学生的互动能为目标达成提供怎样的帮助，通过观察实录还原学生在课堂中的表现，提供分析报告与改进建议，进而影响上课教师关注学生的后续学习行为，使其发生新的变化。观察课堂中的其他行为或事件，如教师教学、课堂文化等，通过教师行为的改进、课程资源的利用或课堂文化的创设，都会直接或间接地影响学生的学习。

最后，我认为在开展观课活动中要注意的几个问题：

第一，明确观课目的，不宜将课堂观察搞成大大小小的“赛课”。 “赛课”的情景往往不是真实的，不是自然状态下的真实教学，这种形式的本身有很多值得研究的问题。一定要排除各种功利的干扰，旨在促进教师的专业发展而非考核、分等级，不是褒贬某一教师的教学能力和水平，而是用相互促进的策略和方法，互相取长补短，有效地改善课堂教学。

第二，采取包容的态度，不宜居高临下指责被观察者。由于教师各人的学习经历、人生阅历、教学经历不同，教师对人生、对教师职业、对教育教学活动、对学生培养的思考、规划与计划不同，甚至教师的情感、意志、欲望等都不同，造成了对教学理解和教学行为的许多差异，课堂观察活动中，会因此出现许多的争论和冲突，有时甚至是非常激烈的。遇到这样的情景，应正确处理，相互理解，相互包容。

第三，创造和谐人文气氛，反对激进做法。课改的任务是繁复和艰巨的，由于客观的诸多原因，目前教师普遍对课程改革存在各种焦虑的情绪;伴随着急剧变化的时代和生活在教育改革不断加速的环境，教师会产生许多的困惑和恐慌，社会对教育的高度重视使教师给自身徒添许多的责任。因此，在开展课堂观察活动中，去除繁文缛节，减少教师的精神负担。创造和谐人文气

习近平总书记指出，改革发展的任务越繁重，越要重视基层探索实践，越要鼓励和允许地方进行差别化探索。为贯彻落实党的十八届五中全会精神，进一步挖掘和总结各地改革创新的实践经验，鼓励地方和基层探索创新，推进全面深化改革战略布局和“十三五”规划的贯彻落实，中国浦东干部学院、求是杂志社、人民网联合开展“全国基层改革创新案例”征集活动。

一、征集对象

地方和基层党委、政府及部门，企事业单位、群团和社会组织

二、征集案例标准

各地围绕贯彻落实中央关于全面深化改革的战略部署和习近平总书记关于改革开放的重要讲话精神，在政治、经济、文化、社会、生态文明等方面深化改革的成功案例。具体标准如下：

1.真实性。选送的案例要来自全面深化改革的真实实践，禁止虚构和杜撰。

2.创新性。选送的案例要针对改革开放实践创新中的重点、难点问题，在理念、方法、工作和制度上有创新性。

3.重要性。选送的案例应体现出对深化改革具有正向推进作用和借鉴意义，得到了组织和群众的认同。

4.典型性。选送的案例要具有一定的代表性，对其他地区、单位具有启发和应用价值。

三、案例编写要求

选送的案例一般应当包括如下要素：

1.背景：介绍案例发生的背景。

2.做法：对做法、过程进行客观描述。

3.成效：对成效进行归纳总结。

4.启示：对案例进行分析评价，简要总结案例的启示。

选送的案例政治观点要正确，与党的路线方针政策和中央最新精神相一致。案例文字要真实客观、完整准确、层次清晰、文字简练、通俗易懂、逻辑性强，给出的材料应有足够信息使读者从中分析得出相应结论(有条件的可以附影像资料)。每个案例素材字数控制在5000字以内。

四、案例提交办法

征集活动期限：2015年11月17日—2016年7月31日。

1.网上提交：参与单位请登录人民网·中国共产党新闻网(http://cpc.people.com.cn) “全国基层改革创新案例”专题页面，按提示要求，把选送的案例电子版以及案例征集申报表电子版发送至征集官方网站电子邮箱(jicenggaige@people.cn)，有关图片、媒体报道复印件等可同时发送。

2.网下提交：在网上提交的同时，须将申报表和文字材料加盖单位公章后，连同相关资料(有关图片、影像资料、媒体报道复印件)寄中国浦东干部学院科研部。联系人：邹积超，地址：上海市浦东新区前程路99号，邮编：201204。

五、案例评审程序

1.网上投票：人民网·中国共产党新闻网“全国基层改革创新案例”专题页面公布初选名单和内容提要，设置投票页面，由网民公开投票。

2.专家评审：网上投票结束后，将邀请有关专家，参考网上投票结果，对案例进行评审并确定最佳案例、优秀案例入选名单。

3.公示名单：入选名单将在人民网·中国共产党新闻网、求是网、中国浦东干部学院网站上公示，如有弄虚作假或者以其他不正当手段入选的，撤销其入选资格。

4.公布结果：公示期满后，人民网·中国共产党新闻网、求是网、中国浦东干部学院网站分别公布最佳案例、优秀案例名单。

本次评选活动所需经费由主办单位承担，不向参与者收取任何费用。

六、举办全国基层改革创新研讨会暨最佳和优秀案例颁奖仪式

主办单位将择期举办全国基层改革创新研讨会暨最佳和优秀案例颁奖仪式，交流基层改革创新的实践经验，探索全面深化改革的规律，并为最佳案例和优秀案例获得者颁奖。

七、案例推广应用

主办单位将做好典型案例的推广应用工作：

1.建立全国基层改革创新案例库，将典型案例作为干部培训和党员教育的教材。

2.对案例进行进一步深入研究，其研究成果由主办单位的相关刊物刊载报送有关部门和领导参阅。

3.挑选优秀获奖案例结集出版。

Today, many young people are crazy about their idols.

Many years ago, in

order to see the idol, a girl made her father threaten the star, finally, the

father dropped down the river and ended his life. It is such a horrible

incident, the public criticizes the girl for her blindness in worshipping star.

Many students even skip their class, just to see their idols in the airport.

What’s more, they spend a lot of money to buy the products about their idols.

The students don’t have money, they ask their parents to give the money, it is

not right to do it. The young people should treat the stars in the right way,

they need to figure what is right and wrong. If they follow their stars in the

wrong way, they will ruin themselves. So people need to support their stars in

the wise way.
