efficiently， and eventually solve the problem.

Nowadays, there is a growing focus on health care. People are pursuing a

healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is one of the most important parts of it. As

the saying goes, bread is the staff of life, eating healthily and deliciously is

the goal we pursue. From my point of view, in order to build healthy eating

habits, we should eat more vegetables and less fat and sugar. Vegetable is the

best source of s vitamin, because vegetables are rich in vitamins. Among them,

vitamin C and vitamin A are the most important. Too much fat and sugar can lead

to obesity, which is harmful to health. Besides, eating more fruits and drinking

more water is of great help.

意大利“鬼城”就如此消失在众人的视野里，村庄恢复了安详，很多村民选择了返乡，人民的生活也重归平静。

素材运用：不是所有往事都值得留恋，腐烂的、废弃的故事压垮人的斗志，洁白的、漂亮的故事被人笑逐颜开。不是所有古迹都值得留存，扔了没用的，健全可以用的，建设好用的，才是人间正道。

化干戈为玉帛

[语出] 西汉·刘安《淮南子·原道训》：“昔者夏鲧作三仞之城，诸侯背之，海外有狡心。禹知天下之叛也，乃坏城平池，散财物，焚甲兵，施之以德，海外宾服，四夷纳职，合诸侯于涂山，执玉帛者万国。”

大禹受舜的禅让而继位，他是中国历史上第一个朝代——夏朝的奠基者。据说大禹活到了一百岁，死后葬在会稽山。大禹是夏后氏部落首领鲧的儿子，据传为颛顼(zhuānxù)曾孙，是中国历史上的名君。

大禹幼年时便随鲧东迁，来到中原。其父鲧被尧帝封于崇(即中岳嵩山)，叫崇伯，实际上是一个封国国君。当时中原闹水灾，尧帝便叫鲧治水。因为治水的组织是半军事性质，号令很严，所以鲧的地位和权势迅速上升，以致发展到有能力以暴力破坏氏族社会“禅让制度”的地步，尧帝看到了这种威胁，便命舜以“治水无状”的罪名，把鲧处死于羽山。

大禹的父亲被杀之后，舜又向尧推荐说：“可以让鲧的儿子禹接替父职，继续治水。”禹深知这里面隐藏的政治意图，因此，他“薄衣食，卑宫室”、“声为律，身为度”、“左准绳，右规矩”、“疏九河，陂九泽”、“度九山，开九州”，为平定水患劳身焦思，居外十三年，三过家门而不入。他忠于职守，克勤克俭，身先士卒，埋头苦干，还把地域划定为九州，即冀州、兖州、青州、徐州、扬州、荆州、豫州、梁州、雍州。

不仅如此，大禹还功成不居，好让不争，谦卑自律，责躬罪己，仁厚爱民。以前，大禹的父亲鲧在自己的封地上建造了很高的城墙来保卫自己，使得自己属下的部落及族人纷纷离他而去;也使得其他部落的人认为有机可乘，都虎视眈眈地等待着机会。大禹当上首领后，注意到这个情况，就马上派人拆掉了城墙，填平了护城河。不但如此，他还把自己的财产分给大家，毁掉兵器，以道德来教化人民。大禹带领部下，因地制宜，教民众学种稻谷、种杂粮，发展农牧业生产。这时候天下安定，国富民强，老百姓家里集聚了够好几年吃的粮食，国库中的贮备也足够用好几十年。

大禹带领整个部落的人都各尽其责，别的部落相继来归附。大禹在涂山开首领大会时，来进献玉帛珍宝的首领有上万人。舜也觉得大禹是一个能够治理天下的贤能之人，就在老了以后把帝位禅让给了大禹。

没错，自从五年前爸爸给我买来电脑后，我就一天天地熟悉它。到了去年，我已经和它结下了不解之缘。从那时候开始，我就想要在信息技术行业取得成就，为国家计算机事业做出贡献。

可是爸爸说我在这个行业中只能做“游戏测试员”，就是什么游戏新出来，总是先让我玩玩，报告游戏中有什么错误。我觉得他说的没有错，我最近一段时间老是玩游戏，那些FLASH之类的老也不用了。

最近几天，我萌生出了一个不好的想法：将我玩的那个网络游戏的服务器给黑了，将我的账号修改成最高级别。可是，我想了又想，这样做是不对的，而且被警察抓到也是不好的。而且当黑客也需要很高的电脑技术的。

成为IT行业的一员是我的理想，所以我要向这个目标前进，提高自己的电脑技术.
