Why is goal setting so important? The main importance of goal setting is

long term. First of all, lack of sleep will do harm to people’s look. If they do

not sleep enough, they will get black eyes and bad skin easily, which will make

people look no so beautiful. Secondly, lack of sleep is bad for the spiritual

outlook. A person who lacking of sleep always looks tired and has no power to do

things. Last, not enough sleep for a long time will have bad influence of

thought. They always can’t be active in mind.

第一招：审题细心。审题好比驾驶员打方向，方向对了，哪怕开得慢点，也会顺利到目的地。如果审题不清，书面表达的成绩不知道会有多惨。学生真正开始写作 前，必须花相当一部分时间做写前阅读、思考等准备，包含以下四方面：1)审体裁。根据情景提示首先要弄清写何种体裁文章。2)审结构。明确开始部分、正文 部分和结尾部分，定好段落。3)审格式。如日记、便条、书信、通知的格式等。4)审内容。弄清什么必需写，哪些略写，尤其是图画式书面表达，要学会连贯 性，读懂图的意思。5)审人称和时态。弄清书面表达要求用何种人称，根据材料确定短文的基本时态。

第二招：衔接流畅。恰当使用逻辑词语，使各要点间连贯，行文通顺。比如表并列或递进： and, both…and, neither…nor, not only…but also;表选择：or, either…or; 表转折或让步：but, although, though, however, even though, in spite of, on the contrary; 表对比：like, unlike, while; 表举例：for example, such as, that’s to say; 表强调：in fact, of course, besides; 表时间顺序：when, after, before, as soon as, soon after; 表因果关系：because, since, as, for, for this reason，as a result; 表结论：in a word, to sum up. In summary, in conclusion, on the whole;

第三招：短语地道。如果能多用短语，则可回避书面表达中的中式英语，同时也能减少错误几率。尤其在考试时，如果使用短语，会使文章增加亮点。

第四招：句式丰富。一篇可读性强的文章，通常能较好体现学生对英语语言结构、词块、句式的运用。因此各类句式的多元呈现往往可以提升书面表达的成绩。初中 阶段英语写作常用的句式如下：There be…；the more…the more…；It’s adj for sb to do something；I think/believe/suppose…(宾从)； It can’t be put into real experiment。(被动)等。尤其是复合句的适恰运用对提升文章的层次很有帮助。对大多数同学来说，仿写很重要，在教材和很多的阅读书籍中都蕴含着 丰富的好词佳句。

第五招：情感真实。同样的话题，有些文章没什么情感，冷冰冰；有些 文章很有温度，有真情实感。情感真实主要可通过如下方法实现：1)内容的呈现。比如：2012年的中考英语书面表达My dream，大部分的作文都还是停留在表面上。但这个例子：I want to be a good father because my daddy was always so busy when I was a little boy.He had no time with me and my mum…虽然文章的文采并不是很好，但很有真情实感，令读者有心动的感觉，也是好文章。2)副词的运用。在句子的某些位置，添加副词，可以使句子和文段更 有人性味，更有情感性。如：I really enjoy the beauty of the sea in the sun。加了一个really，就有味道了。

第六招：思维多元。从杭州近五年中考书 面表达命题情况看，书面表达话题虽多元，但在设题上基本为半开放形式，因此半控制部分学生需要涵盖题目所给信息并进行适当发挥，而半开放部分，则要求学生 根据话题内容、自己的生活阅历、个人思维层次结合自己的英语表述自己的个人看法。有些学生的英语水平比较好，但因为在思维上比较局限想不出比较有深度、宽 度和广度的观点，这也会在一定程度上约束书面表达的质量。

第七招：整理独到。进入八 年级以来，在平时写作、单元练习、期中期末考试中，考生已积累了一定量与教材同话题的自己写的英语小短文，建议在临考前的最后阶段把自己八年级以来写的不 同话题的文章进行修改，润色、整理、汇编成册，制作一本个性化私人定制的“书面表达秘籍”，以备中考前高效复习用，以不变应万变。

第八招：卷面美观。1)不做涂改。需要在平时的书面表达中养成简列提纲、打草稿，再誊抄到答题卡的习惯。2)及时补救。如果对答题卡上的书面表达有修改， 建议用斜线划掉相应部分。3)勤练规范。临考前一个月，以中考答题卡的行距和长度为参照，设计自己字的大小，字的间距，每行的字数，以看起来舒服为准。

Every year in October, our school will have the tradition to hold a sports

meeting. It is the biggest event of the year, so all the students will practise

very hard to win the biggest honor. Relay race is the most important match,

because it involves so many students to take part in, showing the unity of a

team. Last year, our class won the second place. We lagged behind the champion

just a little distance, so we hoped to defeated them this time and won the first

prize. We have practised very hard, and every student in the team wanted to make

the breakthrough. When the match finally began, we ran very fast and kept our

space. Even though other team tried to disturbed us, we focused our attention.

The moment when our team first crossed the line, we cheer and cried. We made

This year, the Dragon Boat Festival is on the fifth day of the fifth lunar

month.

Everyone knows that Dragon Boat Festival can dragon boat and eat seeds. But

this year, Im not the same.

In the morning I opened my eyes and caught my brother in a noisy voice.

Come out, theyre eating the seeds! I couldnt wait to brush my teeth and grab a

seed to eat. At noon, my brother and I took a "healthy bath". Soon I and my

brother were in the water.

Even though I didnt have the grass. But I had an interesting Dragon Boat

Festival.

The environmental pollution is worse and worse today. Many trees are cut

小水滴到了乌龟面前，把鱼儿要转达的话告诉了乌龟，小水滴问乌龟：“你知道大还怎么走吗?”“我当然知道了，我爷爷家就在那里。”乌龟告诉了小水滴大海怎么走后，小水滴就沿着乌龟说的线路去找大海了。

等到了大海，小水滴找了处房子，有记住了从家到大海的线路，原路返回，把自己的同伴都接到了自己在大海的房子里面。

从此水滴们过上了有意义的每一天生活。

“叮！叮!”门铃很不识时务地响了，我心里一阵厌烦，虽然已经习惯家里时常有人光临，然而正是游戏通关的关键时刻，我不愿离开我的游戏世界。“叮!”，门铃依然执着地响着，还真是个狠角色啊，我暗暗在心里嘀咕着，狠下心来敲下暂停键，跑去开门。

“呦，王局长的千金吧，长得可真漂亮。”我心里暗暗厌烦，见过奉承的，没见过你这样的，可口头上还是礼貌性的回了一句“叔叔好啊”，“你好，你好，王局长在家吧，今天来有事找王局长商量。”说着这位叔叔进了我家的门，手里还搬着一盆兰花。那兰花眼熟得很，对了，就是上星期和爸爸在花卉市场看中的那盆，作为一个兰花的忠实收藏者，老爸对那盆兰花爱不释手，可是几万的价格还是让爸爸十分犹豫，最终没有买下。

The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. It is on January 1st according to the Chinese lunar calendar(中国的农历). It’s China’s New Year’s Day. So usually a month before the festival people begin to buy food clothes and decorations(装饰) for houses.

About a week before the festival housewives are busy preparing the new year dinner. And they will do a lot of washing and cleaning in the houses. People who are far away on business are hurrying to return home for the new year’s family reunion（团聚）.

On New Year Eve each family will gather tighter eating talking and watching TV for almost the whole night. And there will be some interesting programmes on TV. The children are the happiest of all because they can get presents from parents or grandparents.

Most people shopping online because it is very convenient, there is no need

一、审题要清

看到考题后，先不要急于动笔，要仔细看清题目要求的内容。在自己的头脑中构思出一个框架或画面，确定短文的中心思想，不要匆匆下笔，看懂题意，根据提供的资料和信息来审题。审题要审格式、体裁、人物关系、故事情节、主体时态、活动时间、地点等。

二、要点明确

要点是给分的一个重要因素。为了防止写作过程中遗漏要点，同学们要充分发挥自己的观察力，把情景中给出的各个要点逐一罗列出。

三、列出提纲

为写作做好准备。根据文章要点短文的中心思想将主要句型、关键词语记下，形成提纲。

四、写顺全文

写短文时要做到五个方面：

1.避免使用汉语式英语，尽量使用自己熟悉的句型。

2.多用简单句型，记事、写人一般都不需要复杂的句型。可适当多使用陈述句、一般疑问句、祈使句和感叹句。不用或少用非谓语或独立主格结构等较复杂的句型。

3.注意语法、句法知识的灵活运用。语态、时态要准确无误;主谓语要一致，主语的人称和数要和谓语一致;注意冠词用法，例如：It takes Tom half an hour to go to school by bus.中的an不能写成a;注意拼写，例如：fourteen，forty，ninth等不要写成forteen，fourty，nineth等;注意标点符号和大小写。

4.描写人物时，要生动具体，可以选择使用下列词汇，例如：外形：tall，short，fat，thin，strong，weak，pretty等;颜色：red,yel-low，blue，white，green，brown，black等;心情：glad，happy，sad，excited，anxious，interest-ed等;情感：love，like，hate，feel，laugh，cry，smile，shout等。

5.上下文要连贯。同学们应把写好的句子，根据故事情节，事情发生的先后次序(时间或空间)，使用一些表示并列、递进等过渡词进行加工整理，使文章连贯、自然、流畅。同学们应注意下面过渡的用法：并列关系：and,as well as,or…;转折关系：but,yet,how-ever…;时间关系：when,while,after,before,then,after that…;因果关系：so，there-fore，asaresult…;目的：in order to，in order that，so as to,so that…;列举：for example ,such as…;总结性：in general,in all,in a word,generally speaking…

五、没有病句

中考作文时，由于时间紧、内容多，同学们出错在所难免。因此，改错这一环节必不可少。中考作文评卷是根据要点、语言准确性、上下文的连贯性来给分，根据错误多少来扣分。因此中考时花几分钟时间用来检查错误显得尤为重要。检查错误应从以下几个方面入手：(1)看字数是否达到要求，看有无遗漏要点。

(2)看文体格式是否正确规范。

(3)看有无语法或用词上的错误。

(4)看单词拼写、字母大小写是否有错，标点符号有无遗漏或用错等等。

(5)注意时态、语态、人称是否上下文一致。

六、先打草稿

考试中，书面表达应做到先打草稿，写完后多读几遍，检查是否有误，然后再抄到试卷上，注意字迹要工整，不涂、不画、不勾不抹，避免不必要的扣分。

Panda is our country’s treasure, we should protect it. nowadays, we see

from the TV that panda is less than before, it is not only because of the damage

of the environment, but also the weakness of the panda. Everybody loves panda,

it is so lovely, a panda has two black eyes, it is very lazy, it likes sleeping

all the time. When we see its round body shape, we can’t help loving them. In

order to see the lovely animal, we need to protect them. We must protect the

environment, like not to throw the rubbish away, not to cut down the trees. We

condemn such behavior that killing the animals. Protecting the animals is

everybody’s job.

I’m neither interested in sports nor good at it. But except swimming. I can

swim since I was a baby. My mother tells me that she let me swim in the water

with a life-buoy when I was 20 days old. And then I can swim gradually. When I

grow up, I like swimming very much. I swim all the year round. Swimming in

summer makes me feel comfortable to lower my temperature. While winter swimming

makes me feel excited and achievability. In general, swimming keeps me fit in

both physical and mental. Whenever I feel upset, I would go swimming and then I

would be full of energy and feel relax. Besides I believe it is due to swimming

that I’m so thin. Who wants to lose weight, join me. We can make more friends in

swimming. Oh, I couldn’t wait to swim now. But it is ten o’clock in the evening.
