Sports and games build our bodies, prevent us from getting too fat, and keep us healthy. They also give us valuable practice in helping the eyes, brain and muscles to work together. environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more

about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance

between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in

waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public

transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands

together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way, our earth

Nowadays, house husband has become a hot phenomenon in modern society. As

we all know that no matter what country, it’s a tradition that men play a core

role in family who always take the burden to earn money to support their family.

But things are kind of different as society develops, more and more men are

beginning to take over housework while women go out from house. In my point of

view, I think this is not a big deal.

In the first place, house husband may be a shame title for men, but when it

四、写顺全文

写短文时要做到五个方面：

1.避免使用汉语式英语，尽量使用自己熟悉的句型。

2.多用简单句型，记事、写人一般都不需要复杂的句型。可适当多使用陈述句、一般疑问句、祈使句和感叹句。不用或少用非谓语或独立主格结构等较复杂的句型。

3.注意语法、句法知识的灵活运用。语态、时态要准确无误;主谓语要一致，主语的人称和数要和谓语一致;注意冠词用法，例如：It takes Tom half an hour to go to school by bus.中的an不能写成a;注意拼写，例如：fourteen，forty，ninth等不要写成forteen，fourty，nineth等;注意标点符号和大小写。

4.描写人物时，要生动具体，可以选择使用下列词汇，例如：外形：tall，short，fat，thin，strong，weak，pretty等;颜色：red,yel-low，blue，white，green，brown，black等;心情：glad，happy，sad，excited，anxious，interest-ed等;情感：love，like，hate，feel，laugh，cry，smile，shout等。

5.上下文要连贯。同学们应把写好的句子，根据故事情节，事情发生的先后次序(时间或空间)，使用一些表示并列、递进等过渡词进行加工整理，使文章连贯、自然、流畅。同学们应注意下面过渡的用法：并列关系：and,as well as,or…;转折关系：but,yet,how-ever…;时间关系：when,while,after,before,then,after that…;因果关系：so，there-fore，asaresult…;目的：in order to，in order that，so as to,so that…;列举：for example ,such as…;总结性：in general,in all,in a word,generally speaking…

五、没有病句

中考作文时，由于时间紧、内容多，同学们出错在所难免。因此，改错这一环节必不可少。中考作文评卷是根据要点、语言准确性、上下文的连贯性来给分，根据错误多少来扣分。因此中考时花几分钟时间用来检查错误显得尤为重要。检查错误应从以下几个方面入手：(1)看字数是否达到要求，看有无遗漏要点。

(2)看文体格式是否正确规范。

(3)看有无语法或用词上的错误。

(4)看单词拼写、字母大小写是否有错，标点符号有无遗漏或用错等等。

(5)注意时态、语态、人称是否上下文一致。

六、先打草稿

对一些细节方面的内容，如果是文章必不可少的细节，在写作时不可将这些细节忽略;如果是可有可无的细节，则可视具体情况进行增删。因此，我们在审图时，一定要注意各图中的一些细节内容，看其是否影响文章的内容。

6.仔细检查、修改

文章写完后，应进行必要的检查、修改，力求全文内容表达准确、完整，并最大限度减少错误。

具体从如下做起：

(1)核对图中要点是否有遗漏;

(2)时态、语态是否正确;

(3)文章句、段、篇是否连贯;

(4)用词是否得当、词数是否符合要求;

(5)单词大小写、拼写、标点是否准确无误。

最后提醒大家：一篇好的作文不但要内容写得好，字迹也要美观、工整、漂亮。

Recently, a Chinese student who studied abroad delivered a speech at the

graduate ceremony. Her speech soon became the hot issue, because she criticized

Chinese air pollution, which was a great threat to her health. Though her speech

had exaggerated the problem, it is true that China has faced many pollution

problems. The haze in Beijing is famous around the world, which is the

punishment for human to ruin the environment. It needs time to fix the problem,

but there is no need to deny our country. Even for the developed countries, they

have once faced such problem before. We can do something in the daily life to

protect it, such as do not throw away the rubbish.

突然袭来的“新型冠状”病毒，在寒假期间降临武汉，随后又向全中国发起攻势。在这“抗击疫情”行动中，人们只能居于家中，不外出，出门戴口罩，等待着那一个好消息。在这场“狙击战”中，涌现了很多英雄的小人物，其中就有一位快递小哥。

他只是一名普通的80后快递小哥，从早到晚，送快递、打包、发快递、搬货，日复一日地拼搏。

大年三十那天，因为疫情的影响，快递公司放假了。傍晚，快递小哥关好仓库，返回家中与亲人吃团圆饭。晚上10点，他打算哄女儿休息时，突然刷到一名来自武汉金银潭医院护士的朋友圈，对方写道：“求助，我们这里限行了，没有公交车和地铁，回不了家，走回去要四个小时。”需求是六点钟发布的，一直没有人接单。

看到这条消息的小哥很纠结，想为在一线奋斗的人们做一些事，又怕感染病毒来连累家人。最后，他决定瞒着心理脆弱的老婆和上了年纪的父母，去!

他编了个借口，说网点临时需要值班人员，他被派去值班了，顺利地瞒过了老婆。等他到了金银潭医院，护士看到他愣了一下：“我没想到有人会接这个单。”接着，她上了车，一路上一言不发，默默抽泣，一直哭到下车。

第一天小哥接送了将近三十个医护人员往返金银潭医院，一天下来，腿抖个不停。他心里很害怕，万一感染了怎么办。小哥开始打退堂鼓劝自己：“要不算了吧。”但当他看到晚上有护士发单，目的地距离医院有几十公里那么远，没有一个人接。他的心一揪，突然就改变了主意。

小哥又编了第二个“谎言”，告诉老婆说，自己接触了疑似病患，害怕被感染，只能在快递仓库隔离七天，没有问题才能回家。开始老婆不听他解释，哭得稀里哗啦，后来情绪稳定后，同意了。小哥就继续干起接送医护人员的事。

支援武汉的医疗队越来越多，医生们也有了轮休的时间。小哥觉得自己接送不是长久之计，就联系上了摩拜单车和滴滴，为医护人员提供接送服务。

随着任务越来越多，小哥对家里也瞒不住了。老婆知道后很慌，在小哥做了思想工作后表示支持理解。小哥的两岁女儿很黏他，一到晚上就要跟爸爸睡，找不到就坐在角落里哭。元宵节那天，看着她趴在小哥照片上亲了又亲的视频，小哥心里特别愧疚，很想家人，但是他明白自己不能停下脚步。

最开始，小哥的队伍为倒夜班的护士提供泡面和水，后来有一位护士发朋友圈说好想吃大米饭，小哥看了很感动，就找到几家餐厅提供盒饭，但是餐厅的负荷实在是太大了。最后小哥找到了金滏山餐厅，可食品安全部门查封了这家餐厅。还好武汉一家本地企业“today便利店”免费供餐，这才解决了问题。

生活中有些小人物并不起眼，但是在关键时刻，他们的“英雄事迹”却可以改变很多。

The cold air has come for a while, I stayed at my house all the time, as

there was nothing for me go do, I watched the movies. When I saw the beach and

sunshine in the movie, I miss the sunshine so much. Today is lucky for me, the

sun finally comes out, I decide to go out for a walk and take in the fresh air.

The breeze blows me softly, I can sense the coming of spring, I walk into a

coffee shop and choose a table which is near the window. I sit down and watch

people just walk by, I see all kinds of face expressions, I try to read them.

There is a girl who is talking to his boyfriend, maybe he is proposing her, I

can see from the girl’s sweet smile. There is another man sitting alone, may he

is waiting for his wife. I have a great time in the bright afternoon.

The volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese people in recent

years,especially among young people。

Volunteering is of tremendous benefits to both those in need and

society.Take the Wenchuan Earthquake as an example.Hundreds of thousands of

volunteers play an active role in Wenchuan quake-hit areas.And they contribute

daily necessaries,offer medical help and psychological help to the disaster

relief work.

Besides,volunteering would be beneficial to the volunteers

themselves~Getting involved in volunteering,volunteers will be exposed to a new

environment,and they can learn how to work well in a team,how to improve their

interpersonal skills and organizational skills，all of which are critical for

their professional growth。As a college student,I sincerely hope that everyone

would join the volunteering work.It is not only good to our society,but also a

chance for us to grow and to learn.
