Nowadays, more and more middle-aged people are suffering from insomnia, as

life for the middle-aged is stressful indeed. For one thing, as they are the

backbones of their companies, they have plenty of things to do at work. And they

usually have to work overtime. For another, they have to take great

little children need to be brought up. Thats why they dont have enough time to

have a good rest.

相对于文综来说，理综的题目相对是灵活的。它不需要去太多的记忆，而是需要大量地练习。练习时间来自于课堂学习和课余生活。而课堂远远不够，要去课下努力。“人的差异在于业余时间。”双休日，我可以抽出一天中的五小时来练习，坚持每天查资料做不懂的题，不断去练习。常言道：学好数理化，走遍天下都不怕。可见理科的重要性。我相信，持续努力让我离目标越来越近!

努力，不能只是嘴上说，更要用实际行动去证明。面临中考，剩下的时光虽然越来越紧张，但当你用心奋斗时，它就很有意义，很有价值。让努力奋斗，换无怨无悔!

叮铃铃铃铃！我起身，发现我横躺在床上。唉，肯定是刚刚那个噩梦的缘故啦！这个噩梦是那么真实，会不会是一个预知梦呐？嗯……不不不，不可能的！我拍了拍自己的脑袋，拿起昨天放在床头柜上的衣服，突然，一张皱巴巴的纸条从那件衣服的怀抱中荡了下来。我拿起来一看，上面歪歪扭扭地写着两行字：这次数学再考不到九十五以上的话，等着拿原班续保的礼品吧！我不禁打了个哆嗦，塞了几口早饭就去上学了。

在车上，我放弃了5.1的视力看课本。进了校门口，我就背课本。提前40分钟到了学校，我交完作业就复习数学。谁叫第一节课就要考试呢？复习了大概39分钟后，我满怀信心地合上书本，准备好尺笔，考试开始。

考试中，我和不会算账的售货员讨价还价，和到处写别字的小马虎斗智斗勇，最后还跟那甲乙丙丁相互握手……然后不厌其烦地重来一次。可是，就在我检查染上墨水的表格时，时间到了，坐在最后的小同学奉命来收考卷了！他先是叫我，我没应，再是推了推，我一动不动，然后又轻轻敲了敲我头，见我一直没反应，就一把抓住我的试卷使劲扯！我哪抢得过他？再抢就破了嘛！只好作罢，乖乖交出了手。“这还差不多嘛！”那位小同学嘀咕着。我“唉”了一声，趁他还没走远，执迷不悟，使劲瞪着我的那张试卷。突然，同学一转身，一个恐怖的画面呈现在我眼前：试卷的最后一题因为刚刚的争夺战，从被墨水打湿的表格变成了被墨水覆盖的表格……

试卷发下来了，我自然没拿到最后一题的分数。我的两只眼睛同时瞅见那两个恐怖的数字：94。

假如乖乖交了试卷……

To begin with, trees produce oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide, which offer

us fresh air. As greenhouse effect is getting more and more serious, planting

more trees is an effective way to respond to it.

Apart from this, it is tree that stabilizes soils and prevents them from

being eroded by floods. Besides, trees can be applied to against desert.

Moreover, trees perform the function of the regulation of air temperature and

humidity. This benefit to people’s fitting to the environment.

Last but not least, trees are a kind of material of paper making, which

makes our life and communication between people more convenient.

From what has been mentioned above, we can get the conclusion that trees

improve both our environment and life, it is necessary for us to plant more

trees.

On January, 2013, the public started a campaign called Clean Your Plate. This campaign aims to call on people to save food instead of wasting anything on the plates. The main theme of this activity is do not waste any food, starting with me. This campaign was first started from Sina weibo. Just a few days, tens of thousands people in China have joined in this meaningful activity.

In my humble opinion, everybody should join in this campaign. As we all know, the Chinese traditional virtue is to be thrifty even we are live in a better life. According to the latest survey, more than 50 million tons of food is being dumped in China every year. This wasted food can feed about 200 million people for a year. The old generation usually appreciates the leftover, if there is any food in the plate, they will eat them up; while the younger generation will dump the leftovers into the dustbin, they rather spend the money on other food instead of eating leftovers. I think such behavior is not only waste of food and money, but also broadcast the wrong idea that wasting food is acceptable. People should come to realize the importance of saving food. The governments should also take measures to reduce food wastage and encourage people to eat at home. What’s more, people should put an end to the expensive feasts and banquets.

I think this campaign should be moving on. Saving food for our offspring is everybody’s responsibility. Even if you’re a wealthy man, you still need to eat up the food on your plate. Waste is not a good habit.
