我慢慢的懂得，打乒乓球真的不是一件容易的事。春天和秋天还可以，到了寒冷的冬天，那苦劲可真够受的。室外冷得要命，我们还得出去跑、跳绳、穿上球鞋儿，一会儿脚就冻疼了。到了炎热的夏天，就更让人难受了。这时，又正是教练让我们苦练球艺的时候。外面火辣辣的太阳烤着大地，乒乓球室里更热得象蒸笼一样，教练一盆一盆地给我们发球。我跑前跑后，跑左跑右地接教练发来的球。一盆就是二百来个球，一会儿就累得大汗淋漓，上气不接下气了。练球结束了，还要跳五百个跳绳。跳下来，嗓子就干得冒烟了似的，衣服已经全湿透了。

在训练中，除了苦以外，还有忧愁。有时因为一个动作不对，就要连续重复练上百遍。记得我学搓球的时候，就是不会那股劲，搓的质量不好，教练就一盆接一盆的让我练，我都不敢看教练的脸，只要一看他的脸上露出严肃的表情，我就知道还不行，只好咬着牙继续练。这时候，只觉得憋着一肚子委屈没处说。训练下来，两个胳膊象灌了铅似的。

经过教练的启发和指导，我深深地懂得，打球不光要拼，更重要的是要有高超的技艺，要赛智慧、赛灵巧。通过刻苦的练习和实践，教练教我的技术，终于能熟练地掌握了，并且在比赛中发挥了威力，这使我分外高兴，心里比吃了蜜还甜。在以往的比赛中，我在乒乓球台上激烈地拼搏着，过五关斩六将。每当取得了好成绩的时候，我就把以往训练的艰苦和忧愁都抛到九霄云外去了。

我喜欢乒乓球在球桌上跳动的感觉，就像精灵一样。我最喜欢打乒乓球这项运动了，它陪我度过了很多快乐的时光，我永远不会忘记。

从此，不论严寒酷暑，从周一到周五的晚上我都风雨无阻地到体育馆参加训练。夏天，小朋友在家享受空调的凉风，我在球桌旁挥汗如雨。冬天，小朋友在家享受空调的温暖，我要顶着寒风去球馆训练。回到家里，已经八点多了。上了一天的课，晚上还要打球，有时候会觉得很枯燥很辛苦，但我都顽强地坚持下来。因为我喜欢乒乓球，拿起球拍，我就感到无比快乐。

在王老师的严格训练下，我学到很多乒乓球打法：正反手搓球、拉球、打球……我的动作越来越规范了，我的勇气也增加了，经常与球友们练习，了解他们各自的优点和缺点。这一年多的乒乓球学习，让我明白了：做一件事要想成功，要付出很多的汗水和努力。

我喜欢的运动员是刘翔。他是一名优秀的跨栏运动员，我一直喜欢看他的比赛。在我心目中，他简直就是一个飞人。这次他要在我们盼望已久的北京奥运会上出赛，我更是急不可待地想目睹他的比赛风采，希望他为祖国再添金牌。

8月18日这一天，我早早地坐在电视机前，目不转睛地盯着屏幕，等待110米跨栏比赛的开始。这时，鸟巢里数十万观众都兴奋地等待着中国队刘翔的出现，我想：他们都和我一样寄予他很大的期望。

比赛开始了，我焦急地等着刘翔出场，第一组比赛时，我没看见刘翔的身影，第二组也没看见刘翔的身影。当第三组运动员出场的时候，鸟巢里顿时沸腾起来。全场观众都站了起来，喊着：“看！刘翔！”“刘翔，加油！”这时，我的心都快蹦出来了，啊，终于看到刘翔了！我握紧双拳，在心里使劲地呼喊着：“刘翔，加油！刘翔，加油！”只见刘翔从容地走到起跑线后，左腿蹲着，右腿跪着，两手按在起跑线上，做好了起跑的准备。只听“叭”的一声枪响，刘翔箭似的冲了出去，可就在他想抬腿跨第一个栏架时，却突然停了下来，原来是他受过伤的腿偏偏在这时又疼痛难忍，无法抬起来了。刘翔含着泪水，无奈地退出了比赛。现场有好多人都流泪了。

我也难过得流下了眼泪，但我想送给刘翔一句心里话：“刘翔，我爱你！你永远是我心目中的奥运冠军！

生活中的我是一个喜欢运动的人，当然对一些体育运动项目也比较喜欢.在奥运会的所有运动项目中，我喜欢那些有欣赏价值的、没有带有“暴力”色彩的运动项目。

首先是乒乓球运动项目，乒乓球做为我国的国球，不但是我国的强项，也是夺金的热门运动项目，这个是我喜欢的理由。平时一些乒乓球的比赛只要有，我就必看，而且对那些运动员也很熟悉。

再有就是体操，喜欢那些在高低杠上、吊环上、鞍马上、来回穿梭，就像在平地上一样行动自如的体育健儿。体操虽然近几年水平有所下降，但是那些体操运动员潇洒的姿势，是我不能放弃关注的主要原因。

平时我喜欢打羽毛球，闲的时候经常和同事在单位对打一阵。因为平时喜欢打，对比赛中这个运动项目也有所偏爱，而我们国家的羽毛球水平整体不错，每次的大赛都是拿金的运动项目，虽然羽毛球比赛起来时间要长，运动员消耗的体力相对来说要大，但是随着规则的改变，羽毛球越来越值得观赏。

排球在郎平时代的辉煌之后，随着老运动员的退役，曾经的辉煌成为过去，而一蹶不振。自从上届奥运会在陈忠和的带领下中国女排重整岐山，在全体队员的努力下，重新夺回了属于我们的冠军，重新拥有了世界冠军的头衔，有多人少为之而哭泣，为之而兴奋啊!

游泳也是我喜欢看的运动项目，看着运动员在水里劈波斩浪，那漂亮的泳姿，让我这个不会游泳的人羡慕的不行。在中国的游泳队曾经有五朵金花的杨文意时代已经结束了。虽然游泳对曾经走入过低谷，但是随着罗雪娟等一批小将的出现，可见中国游泳队后继有人。

跳水运动项目基本都由中国运动员包揽了所有的金牌，但是不到最后谁也不敢断言金牌是属于我们的，运动员只有全力拼搏才能确保万无一失啊。

奥运会的脚步越来越近了，我们寄希望于运动员能够发挥出自己的水平，能够多创佳绩，让世界看到中国的腾飞。
