昨天放学后，我和同学“小布丁”一起去小区里的健身器材旁去跳绳。

“小布丁”是我们给她取的一个外号，因为她很爱吃布丁，说的话也是甜言蜜语，像是给我们吃了一个甜布丁一样。她不但学习成绩好，而且体育更棒，也是我们班的体育委员，特别是跳绳，技术比我高好几倍。不过这次居然是我向她下战书，向她挑战跳绳。

我为了战胜她，每天五点一放学就去练习跳绳，每天坚持练习半小时，不管刮风下雨还是太阳晒，我都没有放弃。我在练习跳绳的过程中，不是手甩得快，就是脚跳得快，不是绊倒了，就是绳子甩到头上，就这样我坚持了一个多月终于掌握了技巧，可以向“小布丁”挑战了！

妈妈当我们的裁判，按下秒表说：“一分钟计时开始”。我们谁也不认输，开始快速地跳起来，一分钟后妈妈宣布结果，这次我终于赢了“小布丁”。我高兴地像快乐的小鸟一样又唱又跳，连“小布丁”也高兴地对我竖起大拇指说：“真没想到你进步这么快，我们下次再战。”

通过这件事，我终于明白了，只要我们努力去做一件事，就一定会成功。现在一有时间，我就去跳绳。跳绳不但锻炼身体，还给我带来了很多快乐。

今天，天公作美、晴空万里，天气非常的好。正好今天是我们学校第十二届秋季运动会开幕，在这样的天气下，很适合跑步。

我参加了400米跑步比赛，400米就等于跑一圈我们学校的大操场，再跑一百米。我在我们班的看台上左等右等，过了几个小时以后，终于到我们班跑400米了。女子跑完以后，就该我们男子A组的选手来跑了，我正好就是A组的第二个选手，梁桢铤是A组第一个。

他跑完，就该我跑了。我站在起点上，心里非常的紧张，终于，裁判朝天空开了一，随着“呯”的一声响，我赶紧奋力的往前跑，快到60米终点的时候我的脚发软了，心跳的极快，但是我为了班级的荣誉，我必须坚持跑下去。离终点还差40米的时候我加速了，我要做最后的冲刺，就在紧要关头的时候，我猛的回头看了一下，影响了速度，所以第一名就与我擦肩而过了。很遗憾，我得了年级组400米第二名，但也是一个很不错的成绩，希望下次我能够得到第一名!

在终点，张泽宇扶了我走了几圈，然后就和我回看台喝水休息。比赛结束后紧跟着进行了颁奖仪式，我得到了一枚来之不易的银牌，这枚银牌对我来说非常的珍贵，它即代表了班级的荣誉，又证明了我努力的付出得到的回报。当时我是无比的激动。

这次运动会给了我很多经验，所以我下次一定能跑的更好!更棒!

My home is an old but comfortable house located in the suburbs of Wuhan.There are near it a few parks,a bus station and an elementary school.People in my neighborhood are friendly and cooperative.There is neither crime nor pollution there.Children are often found playing in the parks.A market,shops and a big department store are within walking distance.

我是班里的领操员，也是班里的体育委员。当然，我喜欢运动，足球、羽毛球……样样拿手，但我最喜欢的运动是悠悠球。

我会了很多悠悠球招式，我的悠悠球也很多，他们已经能装满半个袋子了。

他们当中，外型、轴承、功能各不同：有的外面两瓣是圆的，有的外面是扁的；有的里面是kk轴承，有的里面是普通轴承；有的外面是活动的，你可以握着暴旋外环或侧轴玩，有的外面是固定的，你只可以溜着玩，不能做其他动作了。我的雷霆s和别人借给我的光子精灵是这样的，你可以握着暴旋外环或侧轴玩，但我的速霸和雷霆外面是死的，你只可以溜着玩。

我喜欢的体育项目有很多，比如打羽毛球，跳绳，打乒乓球等。但我最喜欢的是溜冰。但是刚开始学溜冰的时候我可是吃了不少的苦头呢!

去年寒假里的一天，闲来无事的我和妈妈来到我们家附近溜冰场。嗬，这儿还真热闹!二十来个平方的溜冰场上已挤了不少人，都是小孩儿，大人们则趴在围栏边观望，还一边指点着场内。

我可是第一次溜冰，既兴奋，又紧张，穿好溜冰鞋，紧抓着栏杆，就是不敢放。妈妈开口了：“咋啦?害怕啦?”

“怕?我的字典里可没这个字!”于是我松开了栏杆，却不料一个重心不稳，左脚向旁边一滑，眼看就得四脚朝天。幸亏我平时有练跳舞，习惯地往下一蹲身体，重心平稳了，避免了屁股“亲吻”大地。

吃了这“一堑”，我可不敢再大意了，毕竟摔在那硬邦邦的水泥地上的滋味可不好受。我扶着栏杆小心翼翼地移动双脚，吃力地、艰难地前进着，耳边不时传来“啪哧”、“哎哟”的声音，吓得我连眼睛都不敢睁开看。

可老天真不长眼，我已经这么谨慎了，它还不放过我。就在我借着双手支撑着栏杆的力量滑行时，前面不远处的一位正“耍帅”地用单脚转着滑的家伙不知怎么地倒了下来，用背在地上“哧”地一声，就到了我的脚下。我吃惊地睁大眼睛，还来不及闭上，就重重地摔倒在地，“哎哟”声还没出口，“啪哧”、“啪哧”声就不绝于耳。回头一看，真“精彩”??居然倒了“一条龙”。这下可热闹了，场内“哎哟”声连成一片不够，场外还有哈哈大笑声来“伴奏”我这一摔可真不轻，别人都歪歪扭扭地爬了起来继续溜冰，我却好半天没能动，还是妈妈帮我站了起来，脚却动不了了，屁股也似裂了几瓣。

经过了反复的练习，现在我的溜冰技术可使炉火纯青了呢!我喜欢溜冰，因为溜冰让我找到了自信;体会到了快乐;更让我锻炼了身体。

篮球是我最喜欢的运动,下课时我都会冲到操场上打球,虽然我的球技不是很好,但是经过每天的练习,我投的球也越来越准了。

五年级时,我看到了许多热爱篮球的人在操场上打球,他们神采奕奕的表情看起来十分愉快。我不知不觉的每天都和他们一起打球,一开打球我总是为拖累我的队友,让比赛都以六比零落幕,为了不在输下去我决定自己练球。一开我练二分球总是很少投进,不久之后,我已经可以十球进五球了。慢慢的等我抓到手感后,我就开是练三分球,可是刚开始都碰不到篮框,后来经过了我的朋友 的执导,我已经可以进很多球了。不过等我回去和他们打时,也还是很难赢,不过至少我的球技也进步了,而我有时候也会赢球。

这句名言是意思是：当你取得好成绩时，一定要虚心，不能骄傲，否则就会退步。它就像登山一样，一定要小心，不然将掉入万丈深渊。

记得上个学期，我期中考试考到了第三名。这是“史无前例”的，我从来没考到过。我很得意，到处问别人的分数。当别人低于我时，我便沾沾自喜，当别人高于我时，我便在心里暗暗打定主意，以后要超过他。

正当我在别人面前吹嘘自己时，我的好朋友来到我身边，她把我拉到一边告诉我：“你不能太骄傲，要牢记，虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后这句名言。”我根本没把她的话放在心上，随口说了一句：“知道啦。”说完之后，就回去了。

后来，在期中考试中，我果然退步了，只得了第四名。这时，我才明白这句名言的真谛。我找到我的好朋友，对她说：“谢谢你当初那句名言，我明白了。我一定会再接再厉，勇攀高峰的。”我们都自如地笑了。

我喜欢这句名言，它让我明白了很多。“虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后。”我会将这句话当成我的座右铭。

我喜欢的运动是跑步，到了冬天，学校规定每天课间操时间要去操场运动，一、二年级在操场外跳绳、踢毽子、转呼啦圈等各种运动项目。而我们三年级到六年级就在操场跑步，围着操场跑三圈。

跑完一圈的时候，我已经累得不行了，勉强才把三圈跑完。我们散操后同学们也跑得气喘吁吁，慢悠悠的在路上走，有的实在坚持不住了就蹲着休息。走回教室后同学们就拿起水瓶大口大口的喝水。

过了一段时间，我渐渐喜欢上了跑步，而且跑起来非常轻松，我很快就进入到跑步的节奏中了。

我上网查了资料，跑步是有许多好处：健身，预防疾病，锻炼肺活量，促进健康等。看了这些资料，我深有感悟，原来跑步有这么多好处啊！

当然跑步也非常讲究姿势的，如果跑步的姿势不对，就不能起到好的效果。老师告诉我们正确的跑步姿势是足中和脚跟着地，脚应该放在重心线的末端，头部保持正和直，目光看着正前方，不要僵直手臂，握紧拳头，完全弯曲肘部，保持放松。将手臂自然弯曲在腰线以上，不要太高或太低，两个手臂前后摆动，膝盖要抬高，呼吸要保持深度的均匀的呼吸，很多时候呼吸会自己调节，跑得快了，呼吸也就快了。
