现在我就和你们说说关于游泳的知识。游泳分为四类，分别是：蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和蝶泳。其中我认为蛙泳最为轻松，只不过蛙泳游得最慢；而自由泳最为吃力，只不过游得最快；仰泳也挺吃力的，速度也挺快的；关于蝶泳我就不知道了，因为我根本就没有试过蝶泳。

游泳前一定要买好道具，比如：游泳镜、耳朵塞、鼻塞、泳衣、泳裤、泳帽等。

下水前一定要把道具带好，不然会呛水的。下水后也要聚精会神的游泳，才能保证不会呛水。下水后还要注意不要撞到人，撞到人也会有危险。

蛙泳时要像青蛙一样，我是说腿要和青蛙一样，动来动去才可以。自由泳时双手一定要一直往前打，腿一定要上下动才能保证不会沉下去……

Table-tennis is very moderate; it is not so rough as football. It is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days. Thus, it is my favorite kind of exercise.
