这一轮不会那么容易拿下。哨声再一次吹响，我们班的啦啦队大声地喊着：“1、2……加油！1、2……加油！”，选手们都使出全身力气拉着绳子，毫不松懈，比赛气氛异常紧张，观看的同 学个个神情紧张，恨不得上去帮着拉一把。没想到我们班还真有同学上去帮忙了，赢了不算，还得重新开始。这一下选手们就更加紧张了，个个虎视眈眈地看着对方选手，好像在说：“重新开始，没什 么了不起，看我们的，一定会胜利的！”开始了，加油声再一次响起，选手们齐心协力，个个脚底像磐石一样动也不动，双手牢牢握着绳子，憋足了全身力气，在全班同学的共同努力下，我们班终于得 了冠军，选手们的精神很令我感动。

这一项比赛终于结束了，同学们显示出了团结就是力量，大家只有齐心协力，才能共同做好每一件事。

Zhang Yining was born on October 5, 1982 in Beijing. When she was 6, she began to play ping-pong. In 1991, she joined the provincial table-tennis team. In 1993, she entered the national team. She always worked hard, and she never gave up. So at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, she won the gold medal of Womens Singles. It was the hundredth gold medal that China got at the Olympic Games. Long long winter vacation finally came.

梦寐已久的寒假终于来临了。

正当我们高兴时，‘啪’雪人倒了，但是我们丝毫也不伤心，干脆将计就计，每人随手抓起地上散着的雪，又开始打雪仗了。还记得，那天我们都玩得很开心，有的甚至都不愿离去。

在那次玩耍中我感受到了其实无论在什么地方都能找着欢乐。

与此同时，我也感受到了雪的乐趣和冬天的魅力。

在一个人的成长过程中，会经历许许多多令你难忘的事，我也不例外，但是，让我最难忘的事要数那次跑步比赛了，那次跑步比赛。

随着体育老师一枪令下，我们就像一只只离弦的箭，飞奔了出去。

前一圈，大家的差距都不大，我跟随着大溜跑，这时候可得攒着点，太快了跑到后面可怎么办！

到了第三圈，大家的差异就大多了，最快的和最慢的两者之间隔着差不多半圈哩！我仍处在中间。

第四圈，大家就都气喘吁吁的了，甚至有人已经开始走了。

第五圈，走的人越来越多，我也想走，可是有一个声音在对我说：坚持就是胜利。

第六圈，已经没几个人不走了，我累的已经抬不起头了，我多么想放弃啊，可是，我又是多么想取得名次啊！

第七圈，我不得不闭上眼睛，好来减轻一些疲惫。

五十米，四十米，三十米，二十米------此时的每一分，每一秒对于我来说都是那么的漫长，可是，当我看到渐渐逼近我的终点线时，我的心中又充满了力量。

我胜利了！我胜利了！到我的脚踩到终点线的时候，我在心里高呼。

Then we have the 50 meters dash, I won the secound.Peter who was in class 7 grade 4 won the first place.Then its 200 meters running.I ran the firstplace.

After I finishe my dash running, I went to have the long jump.Micheletried, but Jennifer jump further thanMichele, Peter jumped further than the two, finally I jump the furthest.

在我结束了我的赛跑之后，我就去参加跳远。米歇尔参加过了，但是詹妮弗跳得比米歇尔远，而彼得比他们两个都跳得远。最后是我跳得最远。

Next we have the relay race。We have eight people to have the competition.Im the first, so I can ran as fast as I can.The other people tried their best to run, and I tried the best, so Im proud of me, finally we can just get the sixth, but Im happy say, we all tried the best.

接下来我们参加的是接力赛,我们有8人参加这个比赛。我是第一个所以我尽量快速的跑。别人也尽他们最大的努力去跑，而我是跑得最快的最好的，所以我很骄傲。虽然最终我们得了第六名,但我还是很高兴的说，我们都尽了我们最大的努力了。我将永远记得这么一个有趣的运动会。

今天，天公作美、晴空万里，天气非常的好。正好今天是我们学校第十二届秋季运动会开幕，在这样的天气下，很适合跑步。

我参加了400米跑步比赛，400米就等于跑一圈我们学校的大操场，再跑一百米。我在我们班的看台上左等右等，过了几个小时以后，终于到我们班跑400米了。女子跑完以后，就该我们男子A组的选手来跑了，我正好就是A组的第二个选手，梁桢铤是A组第一个。

他跑完，就该我跑了。我站在起点上，心里非常的紧张，终于，裁判朝天空开了一，随着“呯”的一声响，我赶紧奋力的往前跑，快到60米终点的时候我的脚发软了，心跳的极快，但是我为了班级的荣誉，我必须坚持跑下去。离终点还差40米的时候我加速了，我要做最后的冲刺，就在紧要关头的时候，我猛的回头看了一下，影响了速度，所以第一名就与我擦肩而过了。很遗憾，我得了年级组400米第二名，但也是一个很不错的成绩，希望下次我能够得到第一名!

在终点，张泽宇扶了我走了几圈，然后就和我回看台喝水休息。比赛结束后紧跟着进行了颁奖仪式，我得到了一枚来之不易的银牌，这枚银牌对我来说非常的珍贵，它即代表了班级的荣誉，又证明了我努力的付出得到的回报。当时我是无比的激动。

这次运动会给了我很多经验，所以我下次一定能跑的更好!更棒!

每个人喜欢的运动都不一样，有的喜欢打篮球，有的喜欢踢足球，有的喜欢游泳，有的喜欢……

我喜欢的运动——篮球。喜欢篮球的的朋友应该都知道NBA，是一个篮球联盟。

这学期不知道什么时候，班上卷起了篮球热潮。不但男生打连女生也打篮球。

而我在班上篮球技术也是名列前茅的啊。班上没人不知道我三分王的名字，如果把我叫做小三井寿也当之无愧啊!

只要一讲到体育课不管男生还是女生每个人都有劲。

体育课一到，全班同学就立马下楼，到操场集合。然后等体育老师说解散才能解散。老师每次一说解散，我们便开始玩篮球。

开始了，我一抢到球就到三分线上轻轻一跳然后投出去，嗖……进了。旁边便响起热烈的掌声。就连平时以为自己很厉害想和我比的人都赞叹不已。

投三分还不说什么，接下来的才是最吓人的，有一次体育课在打篮球，我接到球。到半个场地远的地方投，不止进还空心。

School Sports Meeting

Last month we had a sports meeting. Though the weather wasnt very fine that day, the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive. This time, I was even more excited.

上月，我们学校开了运动会。虽然那天天气并不是非常好，但是同学们都非常兴奋，整个学校一片欢乐的海洋，我更是激动的要命。

Because I went for the sports meeting and my item was high jump. I didnt want to join any sport event, I only wanted to enjoy the game because I knew I wasnt good at sports.

因为我参加了运动会，并且我的团队是跳高。(作文地带建议：我们对参加了比赛项目是跳高)。我并不希望参加任何比赛项目，因为我并不擅长于运动，所以我只能静静的享受比赛。 When I arrived the playground with my friend. I was both excited and nervous. When I saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat.

当我和朋友们走进比赛区域。我又激动又拘束(担心)。当我看到第一高度，我的心跳就非常厉害

How high it was! It was higher than our desks. I couldnt believe my eyes. This was too high for me to jump over. I wasnt nervous at that time while I was a bit afraid. But I had gone there, I must have a try.

I didnt stand firmly and I tumbled. I hurt my back badly. At that moment I felt my back was broken. It was too painful. It seemed that the people around field all didnt know that, they only laughed at my foolish posture.

After a very short rest, I stood up.

I push my pain back and then went out of the field with my red face. My friend hurried to come to me. He asked me if this was terrible. I was too pained with my back to answer his questions. Though I didnt finish the whole game. I was still very happy. Because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good score. They were all best in my eyes. I was thankful to them for doing their best for our class.

虽然我没有能完成比赛。但我依旧很高兴。因为我的同学们都尽其所能的完成比赛，并且都取得了很好的成绩。他们在我眼里是最棒的。我很感谢他们能为班级做出这么大的贡献。

人人都有自己的爱好，有的人懒散，有的人好动，而我是属于好动的一类，因而和小小的羽毛球结下了不缘。

前几天，吃过晚饭后，爸爸、妈妈 带我去打羽毛球，一进羽毛球馆，就看到了许许多多的叔叔、阿姨们带着小朋友来打羽毛球，看到球场上的小朋友们非常认真，我也叫爸爸教我打羽毛球，爸爸同意了，还对我说：“打羽毛球不仅可以锻炼身体，而且个子还会长高。”我听了非常高兴!

那天傍晚，我拿着羽毛球拍，跟着妈妈的屁股后面慢吞吞地向羽毛球场走去，就这样我开始走进羽毛球的世界。

我经常和妈妈打羽毛球,一打就是半个小时,有一次还打了一个小时呢.羽毛球在空中飞来飞去,像一只漂亮的白蝴蝶.才打了一会,妈妈就没力气了,看到这个好时机,我就向左打,又向右打......妈妈跑得气喘吁吁,她老是接不到我的球,我很得意.每次去打羽毛球时,我都是哼着小曲下楼的.开心极了!

I like watching the cartoon Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf. It’s my favorite.

Why I love it so much? I think all the animals in it are very funny. I love the goat whose name is Pleasant Goat. Its because he always gets along well with his friends. He is also very smart. He always helps them when they are in trouble. I want a friend like Pleasant Goat, too. When I am unhappy, he will talk with me and make me happy.

It always gives me so much happiness and laugh. It can really help me relax. I am fond of watching it very much.

It was fine on March 12, 2001. I got up early that day. All the students in

our school went to the hill to plant trees.

We arrived at the hill at eight oclock. The teacher asked each of us to

plant at least six trees. Then we started digging, planting and watering. We all

worked so hard that we could finish our tasks ahead of time. Among us,Wang Lin,

our monitor set a good example for us. Though he was ill, he worked harder. When

he finished his task, he went on to help others without even a little rest. He

这天幸好老天有眼，天气比往常晴朗许多。我一走进学校，映入我眼帘的是五彩缤纷的操场，同学们脸上透露着一丝丝喜悦，整间学校洋溢着温馨的色彩，校门口外的树木枝叶扶疏，好像迎接人们似的，当你走过就像进入了绿色的日光大道。

首先，进行的节目是创意进场秀，眼看着每一年级，每一个班的精采表演，就能深深感受他们准备的过程是多么用心良苦，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”印证了表演者的努力。正当我们班要进场时，台下有些人暗自微笑，因为在前一天的彩排过程被看见了，我们每人手中拿着一颗气球，边行进边清唱“热情的沙漠”，台上主持人介绍我们班时，我的头都不敢乱转，感觉有些奇怪。

最精采的团体接力即将上映，娇小可爱的一年级跑步姿势令我狂笑，轮到三年级时，我的脚不由自主的颤抖，心理莫名的紧张，脑中更是一片空白，做暖身运动时，身体完全僵硬，比赛将要开始了，一声枪响，每个选手努力往前冲，该我下场的前一秒，我告诉自己一定要尽全力，只求不要被超越，三年级的接力赛，竞争激烈，也比较没有掉棒、跌倒的情形，算是很顺利的结束。

这次运动会，是我在初中的第一次，也是最后一次了，心里有些不舍，不知道明年运动会又会是怎样的过程，期许明年的那个时候，有机会回来这间学校，回味曾经拥有的回忆，也祝福学弟、学妹能在下次的运动会有更好的表现。

of missing. There are many, many programs to play, but my favorite is still

playing basketball.

During this summer vacation, my mother signed me up for a basketball class,

The Students Union is going to hold asports meeting next Saturday, April 24th.It will take place in the sports arenafrom 9 a m. until 5 p.m. All freshmen undergraduates are allowed to enter.Competition forms can be found in the entrance hall of the StudentsUnionbuilding. These must be returned by 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the latest. Inthe event of bad weather it will be held inside the sports centre.

俗话说，生命在于运动。而我最喜欢的体育运动是打乒乓球，它顾名思义声音一定很大，是乒乒乓乓的，至于为什么会喜欢，接下来就让我来给你解释说明吧！

从我上三年级开始，就学会了打乒乓球，这项运动不仅能疏通血脉，还能强身健体呢！每次，我都找爸爸来陪我练习，我们先做热身运动，之后便开始了“腥风血雨”的“恶战”，由爸爸先发球，我紧接着他回了一球，马上开始反击，爸爸打得我“落花流水”，我不甘心要求再来一局，并以一看电视权为赌注，爸爸答应了，又一场“恶战”开幕了，我先发球，爸爸很轻松的接到了，我打出了一个“回旋球”，爸爸开始反抗，最后我还是以失败告终了，我真佩服爸爸，也甘拜下风，便开始央求爸爸，希望他能教我更好的球技……

又是一年过去了，爸爸已经好久都没有去碰过乒乓球了，我便开始挑衅他，爸爸不服地说：“来就来，谁怕谁呀！”我们就约定好在公园里的体育馆再战，时间到了，我见爸爸从家里带了他最宝贵的球拍，我也去拿我最好的球拍，准备开始“战斗”，这次爸爸下了赌注，是我最爱吃的冰淇淋，我暗暗下了决心，这次一定要赢，让爸爸的颜面扫尽。我找来妈妈为我加油，顺便让她做裁判，妈妈一喊，就开始了比赛，我才开始就打出了绝招——闪电飞速球，爸爸也发动了绝招——快速接球法，就这样来回了不知道多少个球。第一局，我输了，接着又开始了第二局，奶奶也过来了，爷爷也是，接着又围过来了许多邻居，我心想：“这次一定不能输，得加把劲了！”我是出了浑身解数来反抗，爸爸也不甘败给我，便打出了他最擅长的“飞球跳跃”。第二局，我赢了，接着就是最后一局了，我一定要赢！又用了爸爸教给我的绝招——漫天飞扬，最后一局，我赢了。我都不敢相信，我竟然赢了爸爸这个能力者。

经过这件事后，我还明白了一个道理，只有经历风雨，才能看到彩虹，我永远爱你，乒乓球！

Endless assignments press down on me like a mountain. I feel confined and imprisoned. Once the summer vacation comes, however, I have all the time in the world to read and read . I read everything I want to read. For instance, I read my favorite author Dickens works.

i like to listen to music because music is very nice and great. my favorite music is called “ my little princess.” it was sung by a young and handsome band. i think they are so cool. the song has the lyrics that was beautiful and gentle. when i am tired, i can listen to music to relax myself and have a rest. and music can make people enjoy themselves. it helps people to forget problems and take happiness to people. when i’m sad, i will listen to happy and active music. i will be energetic. i think music is my faithful friend forever.
