I like summer best because I can have a very happy time then. Every summer I stay at my uncles house in the country for some time and enjoy the life there. 为了让我能再次对游泳重拾信心，家人让我去参加游泳训练课，也不时的鼓舞我给予我极大的勇气帮助我重新振作起来，现在的我已经不是昔日吴下阿蒙的我，不管是各式的泳式我都如鱼得水，也因我的认真学习夺得教练的赞赏，赋予我一个小小老师的头衔让我从旁协助。让我喜不自胜迫不及待的想快点告诉家人一起分享这份喜 悦。

如今我不再惧怕游泳了，反而比以前更热爱这个运动，不但我的肺活量增大，游泳技术也进步不少，如果不是当初家人给我鼓励和支持，给了我极大的勇气，让我知道凡事都会碰到挫折和困难的，也让我得到了一个启示“一分努力、一分收获”。因此希望大家可以多运动，一方面享受其中的乐趣，另一方面又可以健身喔!
