第一，你不要把英语单词当成中文的象形文字来记，中文的记忆有形象关系，但是单词时无意义的字母排序，背得时候一定要理解英语的发音规律，先要记没个单词的发音，有的发音如tioneror什么的你一定发现了几个字母组合法特定的音，按发音记！

有时候宁肯先记发音！

因为有时候，你甚至能根据发音，你自己就能写出来，何必要背。其实英语的字母单词，不是很规律的，不想拼音的，但还是有一定的规律。

其实背英语单词，不能死记是真的，但是一定要持之以恒，首先要有心理准备，要有自信。

你背英语单词的时候可以边默读便用笔在一张纸上写，就是随便写一些，主要是加深印象。

我的习惯是第一次背时先写5遍/单词，隔天写3遍/单词。过一段时间再重复。这样记虽然慢，但是很扎实。

而且还要注意，背单词应该背词典，就是你背一个词的形式，比如名词，最好翻阅词典，把其他的形式也给背过。这样看起来，似乎比较费脑子，实际上我认为，这样无形中很快，因为你背单词就是要用在阅读上，这样背的话既实用又能无形中体会出英语的变形规律，以后就会背的很快乐。

It was held in the Thong Nhat Stadium in Ho Chi Minh city.The stadium was cheerfully decorated for that purpose.The bitumen tracks were neatly marked with white paint.The sports officials were in their official badges and the whole day they were busy with preparations.At about 2 p.m.that day,there was a march past by athletes in their respective school colors and flags.The chief Education Officer took the salute.With the singing of the Nation Anthem and the hoisting of the National Flag,he declared the meeting open.

There were many interesting events.There were also separate events for boys and girls.The competitors were tense and serious.They were in excellent physical fitness.Some new records were set in the 100,200 and 400 meter races.The hurdles and relays were some of the interesting track events.The girls’ events added some color and mirth to the spectators.Of the girls’ items,the tug-of-war was a never ending source of merriment.Throughout the events,our school band was in attendance.

因为我第一次打，并不知道怎么做。手忙脚乱不是发斜球，就是打不到，甚至直接打到了树上或者墙外面。这可令我不知所措，一次又一次，这些动作重复着上演，已经过了两个小时我都不会，于是，我怒气冲冲低扔下球拍走了。坐在石头上哭泣，责怪球不听我话，邻居姐姐问我：“你怎么了？为什么生气不练了？”“我，我实在不会打，所以准备放弃了。”我垂头丧气地说。“放弃？在我的字典里就没有放弃这两个字，连美国比阿斯都说过“要从容地着手去做每一件事情，一旦开始，就要坚持到底。”就连钱学森也说过不要失去信心，只要坚持不懈，就终会有成果的。比你小的孩子们都知道：只要努力就一定能达到你所想要的目标，难道你不知道吗？没有人一出生就什么都会，只要你坚持，拼搏到底就能赢。别人能做到的，你做不到？著名羽毛球高手林丹不就是努力拼搏才获得世界冠军的吗？”“我，……”我抬起头拿着纸巾擦擦泪水，便说：“嗯，姐姐我知道了，我现在就去练习。”

从那以后，一次又一次的练习，我终于学会了，我高兴极了。同时也懂得了只要不放弃就一定能做到。过了一段时间刚好学校组织羽毛球比赛，我终于可以大显身手了。比赛的时候我一直说：“坚持！坚持！”终于我赢了！我感激姐姐当时对我说的话，如果没有她就没有今天取得的成功。羽毛球这项运动至今我还在练，因为只有我继续练习才能取得更好的成绩。

一转眼好几年过去了，羽毛球不仅成了我的兴趣，更重要是在这项运动让我学会坚持。体育不仅能强身健体，更能让我懂得只有努力，坚持不懈就一定能做到你想要的结果。生活并不是十全十美的，有时更需要我们咬紧牙关努力拼搏才能闯过一道道坎，才能走向成功的顶峰。

Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in China. It’s my favorite, too. It’s a good way of exercise, and it’s easy to play. You don’t need many skills. I often play table tennis after class. Most of my classmates like it. So we always have partners. But if you want to play well, it’s not so easy. You must focus on your gesture, your hands and your steps. I want to be better, so I practice it very often. I have my own teacher to teach me. I work hard on it.

乒乓球是中国最受欢迎的运动之一，也是我最喜欢的运动。乒乓球是一个锻炼的好方式，也很容易学会，你不需要太多的技巧。课后，我经常打乒乓球。我们班上大部分的同学都喜欢打乒乓球，所以我们总是有很多搭档。但是，如果你想要打得好就没有那么简单。你必须注意你的姿势，手势以及步伐。我想打得更好，所以我经常练习。我有自己的老师来教我，我很努力学习它。
