——题记

伴随着习习秋风，我们迎来了一年一度的秋季运动会。在阳光明媚的日子里，开幕式拉开了帷幕。看，整齐的步伐;听，喧天的掌声。在蓝天、白云的映衬下显得格外引人。

不久，比赛正式开始了。尽管比赛的项目很多，但牵动人心的还属女子400米预、决赛了。初一(4)班，我，也参加了这项项目。

今天是10月15日，是学校每年举行运动会的重要日子，我是第一次参加如此隆重的运动会，这简直和奥运会差不多，开幕式结束然后由国旗手、升旗，唱国歌。随后校长一声令下运动会开始了。

由于我也参加过运动会，知道第一项比赛是100米，是属于我自己的，然后我们到后台检录，由“志愿者”带我们到比赛的场地，当时我心里非常害怕，但是随着裁判的一声令下，我们像脱缰的野马飞了出去，最后我是第一个冲线的，也就是预赛的冠军。

到中午的时候我知道自己的起跑慢，怕在这一点上吃亏，就拉着郭少鑫就去陪我训练，当时，我们累的是满头是汗，希望在百米的决赛中夺得第一。

在下午的比赛前，最可怕的事情还是发生了，由于上看台的时候没走好，一不小心腿碰到了栏杆上。当到我去比赛场时可以说是让人背过去的，但是运动会一年只有一次，我不想在比赛中落下遗憾。于是在裁判的“各就位”“预备”“跑”短短的三声中我们飞了出去，在跑的时候我的腿都快断了，我心里想跑到终点都是问题?更别说得第一了。但是我还是坚持了下来，后来我听裁判说：“我以13秒6的成绩夺得第二”和第一仅相差“0.1秒”。13.6秒是我人生中的一次飞跃，虽然我没得第一，但是我却超越了我自己，刷新了属于我个人的目标，那一次我笑了，发自内心的笑了。

本周三，本应该是在校园里朗朗读书的日子，我们却踏上了前往体育馆的路程，学校将在那儿，举行两天的集团运动会。

运动场上，运动员们表现超常，啦啦队马不停蹄地喊加油，呐喊声、助威声接连不断。这使我们的“黑马”选手吕鸿基信心大增，连续获得400米，800米的冠军。

我喜欢游泳因为可以除了运动之外又可以玩水，而且夏天泡在冷水里全身凉爽舒畅，满身的暑气，全都消失不见了。如果又喝一杯冰冰凉凉的可乐，那真是一件心旷神怡的事，游泳的那一天晚上特别好睡觉喔。

游泳不但可以消暑，还可以运动强身，是一项令人喜欢的运动，暑假就快到了，真希望妈妈能帮我和妹妹报名参加游泳课，让我游个痛快!

There are four seasons in a year .They are spring,summer,autumn and winter.I like the winter best.Beacuse its so white and so beautiful.

In winter we can make the snow man ,we can play with our partners in outside in the white world.

And im sure that i can make the big and beautiful snow man.
