Last month we had a sports meeting. Though the weather wasnt very fine that day, the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

This time, I was even more excited. Because I went in for the sports meeting and my item was high jump. I didnt want to get any place, I only wanted to enjoy the game because I knew I wasnt good at sports.

When I got to the field with my friend. I was both excited and nervous. When I saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat. How high it was! It was higher than our desks. I couldnt believe my eyes. This was too high for me to jump over. I wasnt nervous at that timewhile I was a bit afraid. But I had gone there, I must have a try.

Not long after, the game began. The first person was great. He jumped over easily. I was too surprised to say a word. The second was good, too. The third nearly jumped over, but he wasnt bad…

It was my turn. I had a deep breath and then ran towards. In front of the pole, I began to jump. Oh, no! My right foot hit the pole. “I failed.” I thought. And then, another unlucky thing happened. I didnt stand firm and I tumbled. I hurt my back badly. At that moment I felt my back was broken. It was too painful. It seemed that the people around field all didnt know that, they only laughed at my foolish posture. After a very short rest, I stood up.

I push my pain back and then went out of the field with my red face. My friend hurried to come to me. He asked me if this was terrible. I was too pained with my back to answer his questions. I only shook my head. I was sad. Not only I had hurt my back but also I couldnt go on in the game. I had to see the others jump and wish them to get a good place.

Though I didnt have the whole game. I was still very happy. Because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good places. They were all best in my eyes. I was thankful to them for doing their best for our class.

I love movies so much that I spend most of my spare time on watching them. Particularly, its useful to improve my English learning with the aid of foreign movies. A friend who is a police in Guangzhou got married yesterday.He once helped me get out of a very sticky situation without asking for any demand. 以前我的最爱的体育运动是打乒乓球，可是现在我最喜欢的体育运动是打篮球。

以前我只是苦练投篮技术，而且用的是错误的投篮姿势，现在我终于学会了正确的投篮姿势，而且不止是在学习投篮，还在学习突破、运球等技术，我的球技突飞猛进，现在已经能投进三分球了。

练习打篮球，开始必须得把投篮练好，就像我一样，如果说你连球都投不进，那么，练突破什么的那岂不更是无稽之谈。虽然打篮球可以锻炼身体。但是，我们茅老师还是不同意我打篮球，因为我经常和一些欠的作业的同学打，这让茅老师很不高兴。

首先，进行的节目是创意进场秀，眼看着每一年级，每一个班的精采表演，就能深深感受他们准备的过程是多么用心良苦，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”印证了表演者的努力。正当我们班要进场时，台下有些人暗自微笑，因为在前一天的彩排过程被看见了，我们每人手中拿着一颗气球，边行进边清唱“热情的沙漠”，台上主持人介绍我们班时，我的头都不敢乱转，感觉有些奇怪。

最精采的团体接力即将上映，娇小可爱的一年级跑步姿势令我狂笑，轮到三年级时，我的脚不由自主的颤抖，心理莫名的紧张，脑中更是一片空白，做暖身运动时，身体完全僵硬，比赛将要开始了，一声枪响，每个选手努力往前冲，该我下场的前一秒，我告诉自己一定要尽全力，只求不要被超越，三年级的接力赛，竞争激烈，也比较没有掉棒、跌倒的情形，算是很顺利的结束。

这次运动会，是我在初中的第一次，也是最后一次了，心里有些不舍，不知道明年运动会又会是怎样的过程，期许明年的那个时候，有机会回来这间学校，回味曾经拥有的回忆，也祝福学弟、学妹能在下次的运动会有更好的表现。

我穿过很多双鞋：凉鞋布鞋皮鞋……可我最喜欢的是运动鞋。不论是炎热的夏天，还是多水的雨季，我都不想脱下运动鞋。因为穿上球鞋，我觉得自己像运动员一样神气，走起路来特别有精神。

今年五月份，台湾姑婆送给我一双“耐克”运动鞋，当时我高兴得一蹦三尺高，我迫不及待地把鞋穿在脚上，在房间里走来走去。这双鞋长35码，外面看上去挺普通的，面上有一层白皮，鞋的两侧有蓝色条横装饰，还有二个“”

跑步，可以是我发泄自己情绪。每次我总是因为一些麻烦的琐事而生气，而每次都不可以发泄出来，所以只能憋在心里，妈妈怕我憋坏了自己，就让我每次生气的时候都去跑步，以便发泄自己的情绪。生气的时候，我就加快速度一直跑。有一次，我很生气，妈妈把我的东西当做垃圾一样扔了，我抓起耳机和随声听就直往外跑，那时的我就像一头发怒的狮子，或是一只追赶猎物的豹子，跑得很快。渐渐地，我的体力有些不足了，我速度慢了下来。在跑的时候，我想:妈妈凭什么把我的东西当作垃圾一样扔了，为什么不跟我说说再决定扔不扔呢？我越想越生气，可我又转念一想：妈妈可能是以为那东西是我不要了的，所以才丢掉的。如果我之前能跟妈妈说清楚，可能妈妈就不会扔了。想清楚后，我也就不那么生气了。跑步可以发泄我的情绪，所以我喜欢跑步。

跑步每次都可以使我静下心来，每次都可以给我不一样的体验，所以我喜欢跑步。

满头漂亮的头饰，在阳光下闪闪发光，瘦得像根牙签一般，两根手指就可以握住手腕，家里人都劝她多吃饭，她却说：“我不饿，买来的软糖吃完了，我想再买一包。”大家看着她，无可奈何，只好答应。她是谁？她就是我的姐姐。

姐姐最喜欢的就是吃零食。有一次，妈妈不在家，外公带我们去买东西，姐姐看见柜台上放着许多好吃的零食时，眼里发出喜悦的光芒，这对她来说是“千载难逢”的好机会，可以大饱口福了。只见她像老虎一般地“扑”向了零食，塞了满口袋的零食，直到装不下以后才肯离去。回到家里，零食像下雨一样掉进了姐姐的嘴里，舌头时不时地舔舔嘴唇，一脸开心的神情。我关切地说：“别吃了，再吃就吃不下饭了！”姐姐却满不在乎地回答道：“我的肚子是无底洞，吃得下。”我没办法地走开了。

这还不算什么，更“酷”的还在后头哩！有一次，妈妈带我们游西湖。休息的时候，妈妈拿出一些好吃的面包和蛋糕给我们吃，可姐姐看了一眼面包却毫不在乎。妈妈给她一块我非常喜欢的面包，可她却皱起眉头，噘着嘴巴，吃了一两口就不要了。眼睛却一直盯着小店里的零食，目光里有一丝期待，真让人拿她没办法。

我希望姐姐早点把贪吃零食的缺点改过来。

These are lots of books in our daily life. Some are about history, some are

novels, and some are even about the dream in the future. I think its useful to

read stories, because it can be used sometimes. Once, there was a very difficult

question in an important history exam history, which wasnt mentioned in our

history books, even our teacher has never told us about it. But I remembered

clearly that I had read it in a history story, so I answered the question

without difficulty and became the only student in our class who answered the

question correctly. In my view, its useful to read stories.

I have a parrot. Its name is Nancy. I call it Nancy， because it is my passed grandmother’s name. I love her and hope she can accompany with， so I name my parrot her name. Nancy is very beautiful. Its fur is special comfortable. It is clever， too. At first， it can’t say any words， but now it can say many words. Like， good morning， good afternoon， good night， good bye and so on. it learns fast. I love it very much.？

I like toys very much. There are all kinds of toys in my home. These toys are bought by my father and my mother. I grew up with these toys. It not only brings me happiness, but also inspires my intelligence.
