他还十分喜爱打网球、台球。20世纪50年代，聂荣臻的住处与邓小平家仅有一墙之隔，连通两家的小红门从来都是敞开着的。在两家院子里，工作人员平整出了一个网球场，聂荣臻与邓小平经常在这块球场上锻炼有时。有时逢节假日，聂荣臻还会约上邓小平一家或是贺龙、罗荣桓、罗瑞卿等人到长城或十三陵等地郊游、爬山。聂荣臻特别喜欢约请钓鱼好手贺龙一起钓鱼。只要甩下鱼钩，他便沉稳地坐在渔场边，神情专注地注视着鱼儿的动静。他甩下的鱼钩就像撒下了天罗地网，再滑头的鱼遇到他的鱼钩诱饵也只有自投罗网了。每次钓鱼结束后，他都要与贺龙比一比谁的收获大。有一次，聂荣臻钓到一条5公斤重的大草鱼，一回到家，他便吩咐秘书将那条大草鱼分成几份，分送给罗荣桓等老战友，让他们共同分享这胜利的成果。

1956年10月，中央任命聂荣臻为国务院副总理、科学规划委员会党组书记，他肩上的担子更重了。在那段时间，聂荣臻连打网球、打台球的时间都没有了，甚至把台球桌交还给了有关单位，看球的机会也少了。但他始终坚持散步。无论是盛夏还是寒冬，他总要利用各种机会走一走、散散步。聂荣臻曾说过：身体是革命事业的资本，这个资本不能丢。他还以亲身体会向他人介绍散步的好处与方法。三年自然灾害期间，有一次，一些干部向他反映：我们的科技人员，甚至有一些老科学家，由于缺少必要的食品与营养，不少人得了浮肿病。聂荣臻得知后心情十分不安。他立即以自己的名义向海军、北京、广州、济南、沈阳等军区领导同志呼吁，请求他们尽快设法给予支援，调拨给国防科研战线一批猪肉、鱼、海带、黄豆、水果等副食品。这些食品以中央和军委的名义很快分配给了每个专家和科技人员。他自己带头捐款购买营养品分送给科研第一线的知识分子，还呼吁大家都来关心科研工作者的身体健康，并要求各级行政领导和政治机关工作人员做好科研人员的后勤工作，关心他们的吃饭、住房、小孩入托、两地分居、业余生活、体育锻炼等问题。他说：要把科研工作者的身体健康问题作为大事来抓，好身体是搞科研的资本，这个资本丢不得。

聂荣臻常风趣地说：“人生70而拐，80而车。我的体会是，人过了70岁，行动就离不开拐杖了，过了80岁，行动就离不开手推轮椅了。”然而，就是在这样的情况下，他仍然持之以恒、锻炼不辍。不能拄着拐杖散步，就扶着手推轮椅或由人架着散步。后来实在不行了，就在轮椅上、躺椅上、病床上做各种动作，活动四肢。

篮球是在我们班最吃香的一项运动。因为男生女生都爱这项运动，我们的体育课简直成了NBA的赛场，各路女生，各路男生，都八仙过海——各显神通。

你问我爱篮球为什么这么深，我告你吧!那是一节体育课，同学们都在打篮球，有的一个三步上篮，又被一个绝世封盖盖了下去;有的一个三分儿远投，却又打住了篮框弹了出来;有的一个耍了个胯下，却不小心给带丢了。哇!这是什么?配合得这么好，胯下，上篮，传球，三分，进啦!仔细一看，这是篮球队的呀怪不得呢，打的这么好，从此我就爱上了篮球。

早在2006年的时候，老妈就给我报了一个篮球班，那里什么都学，比如：砸板练习，胯下运动，投篮练习等等，在那里我学会了很多篮球的技巧，在同学们中，我算是打得好的。由于多练习，臂力就日渐大了起来什么投三分呀，都不是问题。

为什么把篮球列为我的最爱呢?因为它包含了我2年学习的成果，有谁为了一个自己不爱的课目自愿学两年呢?

比赛刚一开始，我就被落在了在后。我有些绝望了，几乎想走路了。

不知为什么，再跑过班上的观赛区时，我听到了同学给我的呐喊声，我想起了《奥特曼》中的一句话：“到最后一刻也不能放弃，将不可能华为可能，这就是——奥特曼!”

借着加油声，我大喊了一声，感觉又有了力量，便加快了速度，连超了三人!在最后一圈的弯道处，我又喊了一声，又超过了两个人!

在距终点几米处，本来在很前面的葛家豪不知为什么慢了下来。我用尽自己最后一点力气，超过了他。

刚一比赛完，我就躺到了球场的草地上。我差点没力气回观众台了。我是扶着墙回去的

虽然一千米跑我未取得名次，但却改写了垫底的事实。

村子的后面是一片大森林，小鸟在树上唧唧喳喳地唱起了歌儿，那歌声可真动!

村子的前面是一块绿油油、一眼望不到边的大稻田，露珠在麦稻上玩耍。

稻田边是一条弯弯曲曲、清澈见底的小河，河里的鱼儿在水中快活游来游去，他们有的把头露出水面吹泡泡，有的在嬉戏，还有的在聊天……

小河的四周是一片穿着绿衣裳的大草地，那里开着五颜六色的小野花，把草地装扮得五彩缤纷的，真美丽啊!

小野花的旁边是一颗颗又高又大的柳树，柳树好像是在微风中跳起了欢快的舞蹈，也好像是随着燕子的歌声翩翩起舞。

柳树的下边就是那些活泼、可爱的小朋友们，他们有的在跑步，有的在做游戏，还有的在采野花……那些小朋友们玩的可真开心呀!

这就是我的家乡，这就是我美丽的家乡!乡亲们在这里幸福的生活着。

我的妹妹非常爱跳舞，她跳起舞来可爱极了。那圆圆的小屁股一扭一扭的像两个小皮球似的跳了起来。

妹妹爱跳舞的程度真是让我惊叹不已。记得上一次我们一家四口路过一个公园，里面正好有人在跳舞被妹妹看见了连忙扭了起来。妈妈看见妹妹这么爱跳舞，就给她报了舞蹈班，每个星期天上午九点半开始。所以每个星期天妹妹都会起得比我早，然后就会迫不及待地喊道：妈妈走了。到了舞蹈班，妹妹马上换好舞蹈鞋就跑过去学了。妹妹学舞蹈已经好几天了，在这些天里，我渐渐发现妹妹好像很有舞蹈天赋似的。其他同学练一个舞蹈动作都要练八九十次，而妹妹却只要练三四次，但如果那个动作很难的话就要练习五六次。

那一次，老师教他们学摇头，许多人只练了两三次就放弃啦。只有妹妹还在继续，终于在第四次的时候她终于找到了一点感觉。妹妹继续坚持，终于功夫不负有心人，她学会啦。回到家，妹妹马上把我给拽了过来，对我说：“姐姐，我来教你吧！”说着就做了起来，我心里想：学会了就来跟我炫耀。我才不表扬你呢。妹妹不仅爱在我这边炫耀，还在亲戚那边炫耀。当别人让她跳一个的时候她就会毫不害羞的给别人跳。但是我不得不说我佩服她。我看得出来妹妹在跳舞的时候非常快乐。她不仅在学习舞蹈的时候跳，在家里也跳。一个学期下来，妹妹就跳得有模有样了，如果不看她的高矮和年龄她就是一个老师。

对于妹妹爱跳舞这个乐趣我对她抱有希望，就是能当一个好的舞蹈老师，也希望在接下去的学习中能够更上一层楼。

黄昏过后，雨丝就悄悄地下，不到一会儿，院子里的地上都湿了。春雨开始是无声的，但是，此时无声胜有声，雨丝撩拨了人们的心弦，人们盼望春天第一场雨，盼望许久了啊! 第一个听到春雨脚步声的，大约是华山顶上居住的鸟儿，是它们用急促的充满欢乐的声调报告了春雨来临的喜讯，而此刻透过那淅淅沥沥的春雨，隐约可以听到从阳光广场到红石峡两地的广阔地上的阵阵欢愉，可以听到了几百万根心弦零响的声声赞叹。

杜甫诗：“好雨知时节，当春乃发生。”这场春雨，真好像知道时节，知道我们的大好时节，他来得正是时候，泥土在等待着它，百草千花在等候着它。从去冬到今春，榆林的气候是干燥的，没有雨，雪花也不多，一共只见到了两三回小雪，虽说许多越冬植物不曾受过旱，他们喝过了从水库机井输送来的清清的“饮料。”但是，无论如何，总也不及春雨这么甜。

春雨也涤荡了飞舞的尘埃和灰土，走到屋檐下，就已经感到一种新鲜的空气带着湿意迎面而来走到院子里，让雨丝在头发间落到脸上，手上，就会觉得分外新鲜，清凉，再仔细一品味，仿佛还能到一丝丝香哩。虽然院子里并没有迎春花。对人们的心理来说，岂不也时时需要一场春雨，来涤荡掉它沾染着的一些尘埃和灰土吗?

也许他们暂时并没有使你感到什么痛楚。甚至也许已经习以为常了，也许它们已经在不知不觉中侵蚀了你的肌肤破坏了你的血液，并且越积越多，成了一个垃圾堆，也许他们曾经被扫清的了，但是“野火烧不尽，春风吹又生”，在你放松警惕时又发了芽……那么，就让一场新的春雨，来把它们冲得干干净净。

春雨还下着，下着。雨丝撩拨着人们的心弦，同雨声响成一片……

生活中的我是一个喜欢运动的人，当然对一些体育运动项目也比较喜欢.在奥运会的所有运动项目中，我喜欢那些有欣赏价值的、没有带有“暴力”色彩的运动项目。

首先是乒乓球运动项目，乒乓球做为我国的国球，不但是我国的强项，也是夺金的热门运动项目，这个是我喜欢的理由。平时一些乒乓球的比赛只要有，我就必看，而且对那些运动员也很熟悉。

再有就是体操，喜欢那些在高低杠上、吊环上、鞍马上、来回穿梭，就像在平地上一样行动自如的体育健儿。体操虽然近几年水平有所下降，但是那些体操运动员潇洒的姿势，是我不能放弃关注的主要原因。

平时我喜欢打羽毛球，闲的时候经常和同事在单位对打一阵。因为平时喜欢打，对比赛中这个运动项目也有所偏爱，而我们国家的羽毛球水平整体不错，每次的大赛都是拿金的运动项目，虽然羽毛球比赛起来时间要长，运动员消耗的体力相对来说要大，但是随着规则的改变，羽毛球越来越值得观赏。

排球在郎平时代的辉煌之后，随着老运动员的退役，曾经的辉煌成为过去，而一蹶不振。自从上届奥运会在陈忠和的带领下中国女排重整岐山，在全体队员的努力下，重新夺回了属于我们的冠军，重新拥有了世界冠军的头衔，有多人少为之而哭泣，为之而兴奋啊!

游泳也是我喜欢看的运动项目，看着运动员在水里劈波斩浪，那漂亮的泳姿，让我这个不会游泳的人羡慕的不行。在中国的游泳队曾经有五朵金花的杨文意时代已经结束了。虽然游泳对曾经走入过低谷，但是随着罗雪娟等一批小将的出现，可见中国游泳队后继有人。

跳水运动项目基本都由中国运动员包揽了所有的金牌，但是不到最后谁也不敢断言金牌是属于我们的，运动员只有全力拼搏才能确保万无一失啊。

奥运会的脚步越来越近了，我们寄希望于运动员能够发挥出自己的水平，能够多创佳绩，让世界看到中国的腾飞。

Most kids like animals. Girls like cats, and boys like dogs. However, my favorite animal is the horse.

The horses are strong, not like the tame cats or puppy dogs. They look wild and hard to get close. Yet, they will be very timid and friendly after they get to know you. Horses remember the way home. They are also faithful to their masters. They even understand what you are trying to tell them. Ive heard many stories about how a horse saved his masters life. Thats also the reason why I love horses. They never betray you.
