有一次，刘老师要求我们打一场练习赛，三局两胜制。第一局开始，首先由我发球，我打出了一个完美的弧线，球疾速地飞过了球网，让对手措手不及，球应声落地，旗开得胜，拿下一分!令对手大减士气!比赛打得非常快，我们很快以25比12拿下了首局。第二局开始后，对方似乎找到了比赛的节奏，打得更加得积极主动，注意力更加集中了，最终扳回了一局。进入决胜局之后，大多数队员都已筋疲力尽，但依然都坚持比赛，在这个关键时刻，我发挥出了自己体能方面的优势，无论是发球、接球、传球，还是扣球，都比较到位，加上队员的积极配合，我们赢得了最终的胜利!

虽然这是一场练习赛，但是大家都非常认真!也让我真正明白了什么是团队精神!无论什么样的比赛，我们都要全力以赴、勇往直前!

我喜欢的体育活动有很多。有跳绳、踢毽子、跑步、投沙包，还有打羽毛球。其中，我最喜欢的还要属跑步呢！

由于玩老鹰捉小鸡时，别人经常捉住我。我受到启发，也练习跑步。没想到速度果然提高了。

有一次上体育课，老师让我们分组进行跑步比赛。老师一声哨响，我就像箭一样冲了出去。我奋力的往前跑，连校服领子都飞起来了，我顾不上管它，继续往前跑。虽然我的小腿有点儿酸疼，汗流满面。但是，我得了小组第一名。心里高兴不已！

我觉得跑步是一种增强体质，锻炼身体的活动。以后我一定要多练习跑步，要跑得更快，争取得全班第一名。

以后玩儿老鹰捉小鸡时，再也不会被轻易捉住了。我也更喜欢跑步了。同学们，你们喜欢跑步吗？能不能告诉我？

大家都有自己的爱好，我也不例外，我就喜欢打乒乓球。

我是这样爱上打乒乓球的。爸爸给我买来了一副拍子，让我学打乒乓球，当我看见白色的小球在桌上灵活的运动，忽高忽低，忽左忽右，忽长忽短，一会儿正旋，一会儿反旋，我一下子就喜欢上这项体育运动了，刚开使我什么都不会，爸爸教我正确的姿势和打乒乓球的一些技巧，打乒乓球更要眼明、手快、反应快。在爸爸的耐心教导和我的努力下，我的技术得到了很大的提高，可以和爸爸对打了。

有一个星期天，我和爸爸去打乒乓球。我们把网架好,就开始切磋。爸爸先发了一个攻球，我也用攻球打了回去，爸爸突然打了一个削球，我没接到。爸爸接着发了一个反手球，我也不甘示弱，连连打爸爸的反手，白色的小球一会儿偏左，一会儿偏右，我打了一个侧上旋球，球跑到爸爸的面前，跳到桌上，立刻就往左边飞去，专心致志的爸爸早就看准球的方向，挥拍一打，只因用力过猛，球飞出界了。“打的真漂亮”，爸爸对我说。爸爸也不弱。打了一个长长的拉球，我用力扣杀，球出界了，就这样打了两个小时，才收工回家。

打乒乓球不仅让我的身体得到锻炼，还使我的视力得到了有效的保护，它是我和爸爸最喜爱的体育运动。

最近我们学习了关于体育运动的单元，老师告诉我们，体育运动不但可以增强体质，还可以预防疾病，所以，我们要经常做运动。这使我想起了我最喜欢的一项体育运动。

暑假中的一天，我和妈妈回老家，有一天，我十分无聊，妈妈对我说：“你是不是很无聊呀?”我愁眉苦脸的说：“我把作业写完了，没有事做，觉得很无聊。”妈妈想了想说：“那我教你打羽毛球怎么样?”我高兴的同意了。但是打羽毛就可没有那么好打，这不，刚开始我就有点想打退堂鼓了。

妈妈对我说：“要想打好羽毛球就必须看球精准然后用力打向对方。”我想，看来羽毛球还真是不好打得。于是，妈妈把球扔向空中，然后用球拍用力一击，球立刻向我这边飞来，我跳了起来准备接球，但是球好像故意躲着我一样，打了好几次都打不住，我十分恼火，说：“不打了，不打了，谁爱打谁打去吧，反正我不打了。”妈妈说：“你怎么可以这样呢，既然你要学就必须坚持，像你这样半途而废是不行的。来，我妈妈的来教你。”没有一会工夫，我就会了，并且接球是百发百中。

从此以后，我只要一有时间就会打羽毛球，它成为我无法割舍的爱好。

When I lived in my hometown, I liked raining so much, because sometimes I could see the rainbow, it is so beautiful and attractive. I remembered the first time when I saw the rainbow. It was a stuffy afternoon, when I took a nap, I heard it rained, but there was sunshine in the sky. After an hour, the rain stopped. I walked out of my house and took a look at the sky, I saw a long colorful bridge in the sky. It appeared clearly, so close to me, it seemed that I could walk it to the sky. Now I live in the city, but I never see such beautiful rainbow again. The citys buildings cover the sky.
