我的课余生活真是丰富多彩。我喜欢踢足球、看书，还有跑步。我最喜欢的是跑步运动。跑步不仅能强健体魄，还能磨练我的意志，也能给我带来快乐。

每天清晨我都要出去跑步，我享受那种微风拂面的清凉，享受那种速度与力量的激情，享受那种大汗淋漓的快感。跑步不仅让我身心愉悦，还让我学会了坚持。记得刚开始跑步时，100米就已经让我气喘吁吁，为了让我的跑步速度提高，妈妈每天坚持陪我跑步，在我每次想放弃的时候妈妈总是对我说忍耐和坚持是痛苦的，但它会逐渐给你好处，带领你走向成功。因此，每当我要体力耗尽，想要放弃的时候，都会在心中告诉自己：再坚持一秒，就一秒，我一定会进步。就这样，在妈妈的指导下，我经过一段时间的不懈努力，我的跑步速度逐渐加快，成绩也随之提高了不少！现在我跑800米都不成问题了。

我想对所有人大声的说：生命在于运动，请你也爱上跑步吧，它会带给你快乐，让你心情舒畅；爱上跑步吧，它能锻炼你的身体，让你健康成长；爱上跑步吧，它可以激发你的潜能，坚强你的意志。从现在开始，让我们一起跑起来吧！

Hello! My name is Tom,I’m a student of NO.7 Middle school,I like my school,because my school life is very interesting.I like my classmates and teachers.They are very friendly.

Classes begin at 8:00.I have four classes in the morning.I study English,Chinaese,math,biology,history and some other subject.I like English very much,I also like music.But I dont like geography at all.Because it’s very boring. Do you think so?I often have lunch at school,in the afternoon.I have four classes,too.

After school,we have outdoor actives.I usually play basketball with my classmates and sometimes I read books at school library.You must keep quiet at school library.There are so many beautiful flowers and trees in school gardens.And there are some apples on the trees,they are very delicious.I often go home on foot with my friends.

自从上了初中，我便越发地喜欢体育了。

开学以来，我们每节必修的内容便是跳绳和四百米了，偶尔也会有六百米，立定跳远或拉韧带，其实说白了，我喜欢体育的原因就是我在这两个方面都有明显的进步。

先说说四百米吧，刚开始跑时，我还是担心的，毕竟长跑不是我的长项。后来每一节课都有了这我不太喜欢的必修内容。可是每当开始跑，我便开始想：我一定要跑得比上次好！每当身后一位同学快追上来或与前面的同学距离缩小，我便会捉住这个机会反超一位同学或因为名次而拼尽全力，毕竟谁会愿意在快超越自我时放弃呢？就这样，我的跑步名次一直处于进步和不退步的状态。我清楚地记得，本学期班内共测了七次四百米，我的名次分别是七，六，五，三，三，三，三。而所用时长又分别是一分四十八，一分五十二，一分四十二，一分三十八，一分四十二第六次未计时，最后一次是一分三十四。其实我能进步全凭这么一句话：我一定要跑得比上次好！也正是这一句话，让我爱上了四百米。

至于跳绳，我小学时，一直是一百四十多个。经过这一个学期的训练，今天考试就跳到了一有百七十八个。以前我只会单摇、倒编花、一带一和十人八字跳。在这学期的一次体育课上，老师让大家跳双摇，我三年级时试过几回，都以失败告终，后来就在也没试过。于是我便尝试着跳一个结果没想到我竟然学会了双摇！这个惊喜也正是让我更爱跳绳的原因。

此外，一次六百米也不算差，三分零八，第五名；立定跳远也由一米五长到了一米七；体前屈还没测过，不过四年级测过一回，二十厘米，当时的第一，不过一个男生又做了第二次，从十九到了二十一，我便成了第二。

其实一句话来说，我之所以喜欢体育，就是因为它带给我快乐，也因为一次次的进步鼓励着我继续向前冲！

咱们分两批，一批与周老师做倡议，一批与颜老师到广场捡垃圾。我很荣幸，被周老师选去倡议了。我们来到了实验中学前的一家家店面，开始行动啦!“叔叔您好，我们是延奎小学的志愿者。您知道实验中学有我们延奎小学的分校吗?”我行了个队礼，微微一笑对花店叔叔问。“知道啊!”叔叔疑惑的打量着，答道。“噢，我们想向您提出倡议。”我的搭档陈星?说道，“第一，希望您能不乱丢垃圾道分校操场，不影响环境，能做到吗?”叔叔连忙点头：“能啊!”“第二，不大声喧哗，避免打扰学生们学习。”我默契的说出第二条。“好，没问题啊。”叔叔笑笑，点点头。“那请接收倡议书吧!”陈星?把倡议书递给了花店叔叔，我们一同行了个标准的队礼，走出花店。“耶，成功咯!”我与陈星?击掌叫好。“老师，完成一家了!”我们叫唤着老师。周老师拿出手机，说：“来了，拍张照吧!”同学们挤在一块，灿烂的笑脸记录在一起，“咔嚓”!我们拍完照，又去倡议啦。

“您好!”，“谢谢您的支持!”，“有几点倡议。”这样的话语一遍遍重复着，都倒背如流啦!虽然汗水打湿了衣裳，但我们心中充满了喜悦。今天的活动更进一步的增加了我的勇气，增加了我的信心!
