篮球运动对身体也有很大好处。自从我打篮球后,身体一天天强壮有力,再也不像从前那样经不起风吹雨打,经常感冒。在家中,我经常可以帮助妈妈干一些重体力的家务活。妈妈常常自豪地向邻居们说:“我的儿现在已成我的好帮手了。”我喜欢篮球运动,我愿篮球伴随着我的一生。
