小的时候，我常常在广场上遇到溜轮滑的小朋友，看见他们潇洒的样子，我心里非常羡慕。去年冬天我过生日时，妈妈终于给我买了一双溜轮滑的鞋子，我可高兴了。

星期天吃过早饭，我赶紧做完作业，然后叫上好朋友小明、小华，一起去小区的广场练习轮滑。

没想到我刚一走就摔了一大跤，小华急忙过来想把我扶起来，可是他也摔了一跤，我们滚作一团，谁也站不起不来，真是哭笑不得。还是小明过来把我俩拉起来，我们三个人互相扶着慢慢地往前滑。从九点一直到十一点，我们才终于学会了。

我终于明白，那些令人崇拜的体育巨星，并不是我想像的那样不食人间烟火，他们的辉煌成就是用汗水与失败换来的。我深深懂得了，要想人前显贵，就得背后受罪，只有吃得苦中苦，才能成为人上人！

坚持运动是可以减肥的，因为有柔道，跆拳道，元武道，健美操，或许这就是胖子为什么懒得运动，还必须要运动的原因，或许这也是大部分人追求运动的原因吧！

我本身就是一个处于微胖界的孩子，白天，我就是吃不下饭，反而晚上却胃口大开，但是晚上吃东西特别容易胖。所以我就练习跑步，但是我就是坚持不来。

终于有一天，我找到了比较适合我的，还比较适合我的体质的体育运动：打羽毛球。因为我觉得打羽毛球很好玩啊！而且，接球和发球都需要很好的臂力。接球时，虽然需要跑来跑去，但是就当作练习跑步了。发球时，虽然需要找准位置，不过就当作是练习眼力了。

这天，我们有体育课，课程是打羽毛球，我听了之后，特别的兴奋。体育委员终于把羽毛球给搬来了，老师让我们三个人一组，自由组织。我找到朋友之后，就开始玩起来了。才开始的时候，是我和大耳朵玩。我先是向右转90°，然后用手举起羽毛球，把羽毛球抬起来，然后用羽毛球拍拿在右手中，蓄力。一声，羽毛球被我打出去了，结果由于我和大耳朵离得太近，羽毛球直接直直的从大耳朵的头顶掠过。现在，球到了大耳朵的手里，我们吸取了教训，各自往后退了3步，大耳朵迟迟不发球，我以为她是想打得准一些，也就严阵以待，收起了表情，终于，大耳朵发球了，发出去的羽毛球在刚发出去是，像怒气冲冲的过来似的，结果气到半路，泄气了。于是，羽毛球就在半路时“软绵绵的”倒下了。我在一旁哈哈大笑，大耳朵却在一旁不明所以的摸着“大耳朵”。这回，又轮到我发球了。我用了另一种方法：正面朝着大耳朵，抬起手，手中捏着羽毛球的一片小羽毛，右手拿着羽毛球拍，“碰”的一声，球发出去了。结果大耳朵在一旁跟小眼睛说话，没注意到这里。于是，羽毛球便华丽丽的又从她的头顶掠过去了。三局了，我觉得有点累，便让小眼睛替换我打了，而自己则跑去看别人打球去了。

三局后，他们到处找人，结果都没找到，老师却吹哨子了。真是白白浪费了这么好的一次练习打羽毛球的机会啊！太不应该了！

在我的记忆里，我喜欢的老师有很多，但我最喜欢的还是现在的班主任——教我们语文的杨老师。

她中等个儿，留着一头乌黑的短发，很精神。喜欢穿深色的衣服，打扮得总是很得体。眼镜后面一双会说话的眼睛里透着智慧的光芒，最神奇的是她的那张嘴，就像一个知识的宝库，我们想知道什么，它都会告诉我们。

我们第一项比赛的.是跳绳！这是我们班的强项了，孩子们之前练习非常刻苦，准备了好长时间，就在等这一时刻的到来。“小裁判员”们到跟前点出了需要比赛的孩子，站好队后把他们带到了比赛 场地。唉，我这时已紧张的不得了了，但孩子们个个初生牛犊不怕虎，从他们自信的表情中能看到好像在说：“我能行！”随着老师哨声的响起，比赛开始了！30秒时间虽然很短，但他们个个卖力比赛 ，因为这是集体项目，谁都不想出错，这就是团队的力量！

跳绳结束之后，下面将要开始的50米跑，需要经历预赛和决赛！这是学校第一次让低年级的孩子参加，所以对他们而言是新鲜的，特别是“打枪”的时候。虽然枪声很响，但他们没有胆怯，听到枪 声立刻“拔腿就跑”，反应特别快，真是佩服他们啊！剩下最出彩的就是我们这些“啦啦队”了，我们喊着整齐的口号为参赛队员呐喊助威，这也是各班之间没有硝烟的较量。我相信，赛场的小队员们 也肯定特别的自豪，就在这时成为了班级的明星！经过一番激烈的比拼，我们班有三个同学进入了50米决赛，最终张欣然获得女子组第二名，水源、杨浩天分获男子组第三名和第五名的好成绩，我为他 们感到骄傲！

时间过得很快，前两节课就在这激烈的比拼中结束了，这是孩子们第一次参加这样的比赛，我们回去也要总结经验，争取在下次的比赛中取得更好的成绩，加油吧！
