我喜欢的运动是跑步，到了冬天，学校规定每天课间操时间要去操场运动，一、二年级在操场外跳绳、踢毽子、转呼啦圈等各种运动项目。而我们三年级到六年级就在操场跑步，围着操场跑三圈。

跑完一圈的时候，我已经累得不行了，勉强才把三圈跑完。我们散操后同学们也跑得气喘吁吁，慢悠悠的在路上走，有的实在坚持不住了就蹲着休息。走回教室后同学们就拿起水瓶大口大口的喝水。

过了一段时间，我渐渐喜欢上了跑步，而且跑起来非常轻松，我很快就进入到跑步的节奏中了。

我上网查了资料，跑步是有许多好处：健身，预防疾病，锻炼肺活量，促进健康等。看了这些资料，我深有感悟，原来跑步有这么多好处啊！

当然跑步也非常讲究姿势的，如果跑步的姿势不对，就不能起到好的效果。老师告诉我们正确的跑步姿势是足中和脚跟着地，脚应该放在重心线的末端，头部保持正和直，目光看着正前方，不要僵直手臂，握紧拳头，完全弯曲肘部，保持放松。将手臂自然弯曲在腰线以上，不要太高或太低，两个手臂前后摆动，膝盖要抬高，呼吸要保持深度的均匀的呼吸，很多时候呼吸会自己调节，跑得快了，呼吸也就快了。

接下来就是滚轮胎的比赛，枪声一响，我们班的陈新旗全神贯注的滚着轮胎冲了出去，争得了第一名。下一个轮到我了，我聚精会神的滚着轮胎，一点儿都不敢马虎，最后我也夺得了第一名，并且破了校纪录，为我们班赢得了双倍的分数——28分。而三班在这个项目上得了倒数第一，他们都愁眉苦脸的。

Salaries should reflect people’s dedication and job responsibilities.

However, sports figures, who don’t benefit the community in general, earn

millions of dollars each. In my opinion this is wrong. Things should be done to

change this situation.

If we take the example of a sport star such as Tyson, it is hard for us to

say in what way he benefits the society. In fact, his disobeying game rules sets

a bad example for young people, and his abandoned behavior encourages people to

experiment with sex and violence. Besides, his job does not require special

skills or years of training and education. Although he can entertain and excite

audience, I do not think he is justified to receive so much money and his job

can be considered essential.

On the other hand, most people in ‘ordinary’ professions like nurses,

stop progressing. Their salaries should relate to skill, education or the value

of the inpidual to society.

Things should be done to make salaries fairer. Huge amounts of money shall

be given to more deserving people. It seems that the only solution is to impose

heavy taxes upon people who earn excessively high salaries.

It was a sunny day today,when i got up in the morning,i decided to see my grandparents.so i took the bus got there at noon,they were happy to see me,and i was very happy,too.

时间过的真快，转眼就到了公园。我大步流星的走到被小花小草几乎快要掩盖的空地上，与以往不同的是，我这次拿出了毽子，踢了起来，姥姥用大毽子，我用小毽子。姥姥先做了一个示范。只见姥姥把毽子往上一抛，毽子掉下来时用脚的侧面一接，就一下一下的踢起来。她一会儿用脚尖踢，一会儿用脚后跟踢，一会儿左“炸”毛毽，一会儿右“炸”毛毽，真像一只小燕子在快乐的飞舞。

轮到我踢了，我踢得也不赖嘛!只见那毽子上窜下跳，像个孩子似的，调皮的蹦来蹦去，只是踢了没有五个就坏了。我也坚持不懈的尝试了不下十次，可是没有一次踢了左“炸”毛毽或右“炸”毛毽，我都快变成泄了气的皮球了，可正当这时，突然出现了一个转折点，那个调皮的毽子离开了我的控制，正要落地，就在这千钧一发的时刻，我急忙跑上去，用脚接住了毽子，而且又踢了两个，并且博得了姥姥对我的奖励。

比赛开始了，虽然很快我就以5比9落后了，但我士气仍旺，几个球后就意外地发现：咦?高教练可能是之前示范教学已经满身大汗，加上刚才他与“一鹤”与“二蚌”(两个球技比较高的学员)争得太激烈，消耗了过半体力，有幸让我捡了个大便宜。这个重要发现令我兴奋不已，那颗焦躁不安的心平静了下来。于是，我抖擞精神，结合几年来从高教练那儿学来的技艺，认真应对每个球，再耍点小聪明，灵活地让那只“白鸟”忽左忽右忽前忽后。呵呵，果然不出我所料，高教练不是扣球失误就是接球移动来不及，在我的努力下比分打成15比15。

比分打平了，高教练开始“着急”起来，心急地使出了看家本领———旋转球，“白鸟”一前一后、一左一右，看得我头昏眼花，简直难以招架，又连输3球。没想到，高教练突然发球“失手”，给了我一个高球，机会来了，我缓过神来，用球拍面猛力一击，球就如离弦的箭一般射到了高教练身后，而他却因“得意忘形”被我击了个“仰面朝天”;好不容易把球救过来，我又来了个“神龙摆尾”巧妙地吊了一球，害得高教练只得“狗爬式”接招，连连“失手”。场外的队员捧腹大笑，在一阵阵喝彩声中，我终于以21:19战胜了。

“哇，太好啦!我战胜高教练啦!”我高兴地在球场上又蹦又跳，尽情地享受这种从未有过的胜利喜悦。

“哎呀，你这只红袋鼠，这回让你当渔翁占了大便宜，下回定让你败下阵来!老庄，上，灭灭这个球技大增的嚣张小子。”高教练装作十分不服气的样子，搬救兵了!

“青出于蓝而胜于蓝哦!呵呵!”庄教练不经意地夸了我一句，乐得我一蹦三尺高，心中像盛开了一大朵甜甜的百合花儿……

虽然每次训练都很辛苦，但是能与伙伴们共同学习，分享快乐，并能得到教练的指导鼓励，我可开心了。谁都知道高教练是故意败给我的，但是我享受了比赛获胜的喜悦、信心大增，更喜爱打羽毛球这项体育运动了。

We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stress

for too long. Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it can

come from fights with other people. It can come when we have too many things to

do and too little time to do them. It can also come when we do not have enough

money to pay for what we want. Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn

how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal

with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include

changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with

people or to stay away from them. We can decide what to do now, what to do

later, and what to leave off doing forever.

We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want.

We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on

stress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and leaving our

work undone, blaming our problems on someone else, stealing or cheating.

我最喜爱的体育运动是……我先卖个关子，你们来猜猜看。篮球?...不对;乒乓球?…也不对;难道是游泳?对了，就是游泳。

游泳是奥运会比赛项目之一，起源于十七世纪六十年代的英国，十八世纪传到法国，继而成为了风靡全球的体育运动。

游泳不仅可以强身健体，而且还可以锻炼肺活量。它大致分为三种：实用游泳﹑竞技游泳和花样游泳。奥运会游泳项目就是用竞技游泳和花样游泳进行比赛。

我喜欢游泳大概是从去年开始的。爸爸公司发了泳票，于是晚上爸爸就带我去游泳了。

到了游泳馆，我换上泳裤，戴上泳帽和泳镜，就迫不及待的往泳池边跑。我扑通一声跳下水，在水里乱划，没想到却咕嘟咕嘟喝了几口水。我慌慌张张站起来，象喷泉似的吐了一大口水。爸爸大笑着说：“你会不会呀?”我说：“那当然······不会啦。”“我来教你吧，”爸爸说，“首先要吸气，然后手掌和起来，蹲一点，双腿一蹬，双手划向两边，腿也上下划，换气时双手向下划，头就会冒上来。”一开始，我有点不熟练，每次头抬上来时，不是换气早了，喝了一口水，就是换气迟了，没来得及吸气就沉到水下。练着练着，不一会儿，我就学会了，对游泳也产生了兴趣，天天吵着要去游。今年，我对游泳更是熟能生巧，还学会了潜水。

游泳是一项能强身健体、增加肺活量的运动，肺活量大了，免疫力就强了，免疫力强了自然就不容易生病。所以……大家一起游泳吧!

All over the world people enjoy sports. Sports help to keep people healthy and happy, and to live longer.

Sports change with the seasons. People play different games in winter and summer. Swimming is fun in warm weather, but skating is good in winter.

Some sports are so interesting that people everywhere go in for them. Football, for example, has spread around the world. Swimming is popular in all countries near the sea or in those with many rivers. Some sports or games go back thousands of years, like running or jumping. Chinese wushu, for example, has a very long history. But basketball and volleyball are rather new. People are inventing new sports or games all the time. Water skiing is one of the newest in the family of sports.

People from different countries may not be able to understand each other, but after a game together they often become good friends. Sports help to train a persons character. One learns to fight hard but fight fair, to win without pride and to lose with grace.

这次是我在20中第一次参加的运动会，我即激动又兴奋。我一定要好好努力。

我比赛的项目是1500米和100米冲刺，听到两个数目你们一定很惊讶。100米这种需要超强冲刺的居然跑1500的耐力跑。别人一定会想这两个中一定有一个会拿不到名次吧！那你们可就都错了，这两个项目中我都拿到了不错的成绩。100米荣获银牌，1500米荣获金牌，你们一定都没想到吧！

这次的运动会居然下起了大雨，我担心自己会摔交。但是我更相信这大雨是上天对我们的考验，这大风是上天对我们的坚持在做考验，我们只要打败上天，就会有太阳在为我们招手。我们需要通过考验，发挥出自己超强的坚持精神，站在太阳底下大声呐喊：“我们赢了”。

我们班是一个团结友爱的班级，站在鲜艳的国旗下，我们唱响自己的口号：“七一，七一，所向披靡。我们班同学知道我和胡思盈要参加1500米的耐力跑，各各都跑过来帮我们拿东西，让我们放松心情。我完全没有向导几个才刚认识不过两个月的同学，居然能相处的那么好，他们会愿意把自己所有的真心都给你，他们会永不放弃你。

1500米跑步比赛的时候雨大的一发不可收拾，有2，3个运动员因为雨下的太大而弃权了比赛，人少了好几个。在赛场上你能看到许多的运动员在做准备，但你们能看到在赛场旁边那草坪中的同学吗？雨下的非常之大，但是那些同学依然在草坪上不断的鼓励我。我快要被感动的哭出来，眼泪在眼眶中打转。这时我的脑海中浮现出了这样一句话：“七一，七一，所向披靡。”我一定要赢了这场比赛，我要为班级的荣誉而战，我要成为这场比赛的王者。

随着裁判老师的枪声下，我飞奔了出去，我跑在了第一位，我跑完一圈，几乎已经没有力气再冲刺了，我慢慢的跑，结果后面有人追上了我，我凭着最后那点力气，再次冲刺到了那个人的前面，我开始大口呼吸保持清新，不让自己的头发晕，我绝对不放弃。

在跑1500米最后一圈的时候，老师在一旁喊道：“吉祥，加油”！好好努力，争取第一。这句话显示出了老师对我的期望，我可以说是已经筋疲力尽了，但是我不会放弃。我跑到了终点，我拿到了冠军，我成功了，我赢了！

这次的运动会居然我们只拿到了团体第四名，我们会继续努力。我们《七一》班会坚持不懈，努力拼搏，奋战到底。
