元宵节又称“上元节”,是人们庆祝一年中第一次的月圆之夜。据道教的“三元说”,正月十五日为上元节，七月十五日为中元节，十月十五日为下元节。主管上、中、下三元的分别为天、地、人三官，天官喜乐，故上元节要燃灯。元宵燃灯放烟火的习俗就是从这个说法来的。

元宵节来历传说三

元宵节起源于“火把节”,汉代民众在乡间田野持火把驱赶虫兽，希望减轻虫害，祈祷获得好收成。直到今天，中国西南一些地区的人们还在正月十五用芦柴或树枝做成火把，成群结队高举火把在田头或晒谷场跳舞。隋、唐、宋以来，更是盛极一时。参加歌舞者足达数万，从昏达旦，至晦而罢。当随着社会和时代的变迁，元宵节的风俗习惯早已有了较大的变化，但至今仍是中国民间传统节日，火把也逐渐变为了彩灯。

自唐朝中期以来，元宵节发展成为了我国全民性的狂欢节，因此元宵节是把传统节日习俗体现得最为彻底和典型的传统节日。

大部分地方元宵节习俗有吃元宵、观花灯、猜灯谜，还有擂鼓、舞龙、舞狮等活动，但南北各地风俗也有独特之处。

我们的英语教师是个老外，她可是个名副其实的加拿大人哦，因为她具有典型的北美人特征：金灿灿的卷发，碧蓝色的眼睛，白白的皮肤.所以总给人一种视觉的美感.

同学们对外教老师的也各有说法：有些同学说她象个孩子，言语和行动中总透着一种孩子般的天真;有些同学说外教有点像外星人，是因为她让我们看她嘴唇发音的时候，嘴咧的大大的，像外星人。

当然，这些观点也不能让我们否认她是个好外教，她亲切、耐心，给我们的外教课也很活泼，还经常让我们玩一些小游戏，如给马贴尾巴啦，猜动作啦等等，做得好的，还会奖给我们铅笔、贴纸类的小礼物呢.我们学校很多同学见到她，都会争先恐后的跟她打招呼，聊天，看来，喜欢她的人还是挺多的。

总之，我喜欢我们的外教，她是我们的好老师!

Dear Army:

How are you?I`m happy to tell you something about my lifestyle.

I get up at six.At six twenty.I have breakfast.I usually have an egg.a piece of bread and a glass of milk.This helps me start the day well.Next ,I run for twenty minutes.

I have lunch at eleven forty.I always have a bowl of rice. meat and vegetables. This meal gives me energy for the whole afternoon.

I have dinner at eleven.I often have a bowl of noodles, fish and an apple.Apples are good for us. There is a saying, An apple a day keeps the doctor away."So I always have an apple between meals.

After dinner .I do my homework ,and then. I go to bed at nine ,I sleep for nine hours every day .
