任何一种流行现象的背后，都对应着一种深刻的社会背景或者文化思考。小小通知书，不仅见证着中国高等教育的发展，也折射出时代的特征。“毛笔字通知书”的走红，和国民床单走红一样，散发着浓烈的怀旧气息。

按照文化学者朱大可先生的说法，改革开放三十多年以来，中国经历了三次大规模的怀旧浪潮。其中第三次怀旧浪潮，始于21世纪，最初是以数码方式张贴老照片的怀旧，而后便转向各类老器物。而引发怀旧思潮的动因，不仅来自市场消费，更是针对现实的一种柔软抗议。在“毛笔字走红”身上，能够找到相同的精神脉络。

“毛笔字通知书”的走红，因其涉及高校和文化，还是有其与众不同。在人们心目中，高校应该是一个极其安静的地方，安心教书、潜心求学。可现在的高校，留给人们的印象，却更多的是浮躁和急功近利。“毛笔字通知书”，一笔一画，写的不仅是字，更是对传统文化的态度。

这一意义上，“毛笔字通知书”走红，是又一次集体性怀旧，但又不仅仅是怀旧。今天，“多元”这个词常常被人们提及，但揆诸实际却又发现，多元时代其实已经失去了自己的一元。现在都强调与国际接轨，与时代同步，可在不知不觉中，也丢弃了过去的一些美好。毛笔被硬笔甚至键盘代替，这是时代发展的必然取向，也很难回到过去。但在接轨中，是否就应该完全放弃传统呢?多元视野应有文化宽度，更应该有文化坚守，一些文化传统和思想价值，应该在当下被适度保存和坚持下来。

2.机场爆炸案：犯罪与维权是两码事

7月20日晚，残疾男子冀中星在北京首都机场T3航站楼B出口外引爆自制炸药，北京警方已对其正式刑拘。随后，广东东莞方面及冀中星原籍山东鄄城方面分别对外通报，确认2005年6月冀中星在东莞打工期间受伤致残并因此多年上访一事。然而就冀中星受伤原因及东莞方面曾向冀中星支付的10万元钱的属性，两方通报有出入。(新华网7月22日)

首都机场的爆炸声，让多年前的一桩旧案成为时下热闻，也让“冀中星的个人悲伤”成为公众热议的话题。如果当初冀中星的案子及时受到外界关注，也许就不会有今天的机场爆炸事件。当然，历史不可能有假如。

在我们的社会，公众向来有“大闹大解决，小闹小解决，不闹不解决”的生活经验。无钱医治、负债累累，“叫天天不应，叫地地不灵”的冀中星显然想到了这句话。在首都机场制造爆炸事件，就是他想到的“大闹”方式。在引爆自制炸弹前高喊“躲远点”，加上未造成任何伤亡，这些都充分说明他不是要“报复社会”，而只是想要“借”用首都机场作为“大闹”的地点。

正因为如此，冀中星的行为赢得了不少人同情，这与那些到校园中砍杀无辜儿童、在公交车上实施纵火的犯罪分子，有着本质不同。但必须强调，这仍是一个很恶劣的示范。一方面已涉嫌触犯刑法，冀中星必须为自己的行为付出代价;另一方面，如果今后有更多“冤屈者”效仿，那将严重危害社会秩序和公共安全。很多评论者都注意到了这点，所以强调“实现正义不能靠盲目声援”，强调“谴责T3爆炸犯罪应高于同情其遭遇”。

这些当然是很理性的观点，但我们也应体恤一个困苦无助的人，他用以自救的方法有时候可能难免失当。其背后的悖论就在于，如果他不采用这样的“大闹”方式，以其自身资源很难吸引到足够眼球，而没有足够关注，他的困境就无法摆脱。“开胸验肺”的张海超，不也是一种自残吗?那些用肉体抵抗强拆的悲剧，就更让人痛心了。如果弱者维权很多时候只能拿自己的身体去做赌注，这是法治社会难以承受之重。

在我看来，冀中星的行为本质上就是一种升级版的“跳楼秀”，只不过无论对他人对社会的危害都要更大一些。过去很多年，我们常能看到农民工为讨薪而进行种种“另类创新”：从最初的跳楼秀到后来的讨薪新闻发布会、拜河

神讨薪等等。当然，也有人真的从楼上跳下去了，有人拿刀捅了无辜的路人，有人劫持了偶遇的女孩，还有的去集体堵路讨薪??与之相比，冀中星的维权举动，不算最好的，也不算最坏的。

所以，犯罪的归犯罪，维权的归维权。冀中星固然需要反思自己的行为，但更多人也需为冀中星的遭遇反思。在多次上访之后，冀中星是否被治安员打残，这依然是个谜，而这本不该是难以侦破的悬案。唯有相关部门认真核查案件，给公众一个值得信服的说法，同时也认真对待每一次上访、每一起申诉，让更多身处“叫天天不应，叫地地不灵”困境的人，重新看到法律维权的希望，机场爆炸案才不会被“复制”或“更新”。(舒圣祥)

3.当街摔童的戾气从何而来

日前，一个母亲手推载有两岁孩子的童车，经过大兴区庑殿路一个公交车站时，因为停车问题与驾车俩男子发生争执。突然，其中一人竟然将熟睡的女童抱出来，举过头顶狠狠一摔，然后扬长而去。这令人发指的一幕过后，留下了一个悲痛欲绝的母亲，卷起了人们群起声讨的怒潮。

又一个不幸的孩子受到伤害。两年前，一个名叫“小悦悦”的两岁女童曾让全社会为之揪心。那时，“路人的冷漠”让人们陷入深深的反思。而今天，那残害孩子的重重一摔，让公众在震惊、愤怒、痛惜之余，也在经历新的拷问：是什么把人性之恶放大到如此地步?是什么把人的行为推到如此极端的境地?

回顾摔童事件的起因。没有什么深仇大恨，也没有什么巨大利益纠纷，只不过是我过个路、你停个车之类的小纠纷。就这么点小事，竟然就让一个大男人极其凶残地去伤害一个婴儿。这种丧尽天良的恶行，照见了个人品质之卑劣，据说摔童者曾因盗窃罪被判刑，今年刚刑满释放，看来是没有改造好的害群之马。

然而，更让人们担忧的是，当街摔童的悲剧，从小到大，从口角到伤人，其发酵的过程中，涌动一股令人不寒而栗的戾气。有句话说，冲动是魔鬼。原本是停车过路的小问题，你让一让，我等一等，大家都可以相安无事，却不想成为一次情绪化的宣泄、极端化的冲撞，甚至在冲动恶魔、歹毒意念的牵引下，有人丧心病狂地把毒手伸向了无辜的孩子。这种践踏法律、毫无底线的恶行，与此前东北盗车杀婴案等丑恶现象如出一辙，理应依法从重严惩。

当街摔童的案例固然极端，但其中折射出的戾气之害却有普遍性。想想我们的日常生活，从上车占座、电梯拥挤引发的打斗，到并线超车导致的斗气驾驶;从“多看了一眼”带来的纠纷，到网上动辄恶语相向的谩骂攻讦，其实无时无刻不在发生着。透过这一幕幕，好勇斗狠、怨气冲天、毫不容人，戾气的火星何尝没有弥散在社会空间之中?各种人际紧张和冲突又何尝不在积累着安全的风险?而这些成人社会的负情绪，又何尝不在或多或少、或隐或显地伤害着孩子们?

昨天，公安部召开电视电话会议，在全国范围部署夏秋社会治安整治工作，保持对个人极端暴力犯罪等的严打高压态势。守护平安，亮出法治利剑当然很有必要，但也不能忽视，驱除内心的阴霾、追求心灵的安适，同样是一个社会得以和谐安宁的重要基础。(陆文江)

冬至到了，汉代以冬至为“冬节”，官府要举行祝贺仪式称为“贺冬”，官方例行放假，官场流行互贺的“拜冬”礼俗。《后汉书》中有这样的记载：“冬至前后，君子安身静体，百官绝事，不听政，择吉辰而后省事。”所以这天朝廷上下要放假休息，军队待命，边塞闭关，商旅停业，亲朋各以美食相赠，相互拜访，欢乐地过一个“安身静体”的节日。魏晋六朝时，冬至称为“亚岁”，民众要向父母长辈拜节;宋朝以后，冬至逐渐成为祭祀祖先和神灵的节庆活动。

唐、宋时期，冬至是祭天祀祖的日子，皇帝在这天要到郊外举行祭天大典，百姓在这一天要向父母尊长祭拜。明、清两代，皇帝均有祭天大典，谓之“冬至郊天”。宫内有百官向皇帝呈递贺表的仪式，而且还要互相投刺祝贺，就像元旦一样。

冬至节亦称冬节、交冬。它既是二十四节气之一，是中国的一个传统节日，曾有“冬至大如年”的说法。冬至进补，是我国传统风俗，俗语云：三九补一冬，来年无病痛。夏养三伏，冬补三九。冬至补一补,一年精气足。
