每日要做一些题，不要让自己手生，要让自己保持对问题的敏感，形成模式识别能力;考前不宜攻难题，要回到基础，把基础夯得扎扎实实的。

根据自己的情况适度运动，比如散步、跑步、打一会儿球，跳几分钟绳，做一会儿操，等等。这样可以缓解紧张的神经，提高学习效率，保证考试时有一个健康的身体和清醒的大脑。

第四、对形式追求过盛。有些老师教的就是固定的，开头就固定是排比，中间三个例子必须高大上，倒是第二段就得结合口号，结尾的时候必须要升华。这就给学生限定住了，还是在形式上做文章，而没有在内容上去做文章，这是比较可怕的。

第五、对现实关心太少。

拿到作文题该做如何处理?

第一、要积累独家的素材，然后根据题目内容选取材料;

第二、要打通题目跟材料之间的关系。拿到一个题目，要迅速地想，哪些材料可以跟这个题目有关联;

第三、把这些具体的材料，按照一定的思维逻辑组织起来;

第四、要诞生首段和尾段。当主体诞生之后要去想，开头怎么写，结尾怎么写，这还是要花一点工夫的。

第五、最后一步确定标题，做好点睛之笔。

如何做到审题准确?

第一、对材料所给的情境、题目、要求，反复思考，全面领会;

第二、对作文试题上展现的各个部分仔细审读揣摩，确切理解它们的全部含意，不折不扣地按规定要求作文，诸如试题所要求的作文的角度、内容、中心、文体和字数等;

第三、要恰当地把握审题方面宽严的尺度，了解命题中的限制性和启发性。特别要明确话题作文题目的构成及其作用。

作文如何立意?

A、辩证题辨证写：作文话题是关系型的、由两方面因素组成，体现矛盾的辨证统一性，立意时要兼顾两面或在兼顾两面的基础上重点突出一面。

B、化大为小：有些话题作文，话题的范围比较大，能表现多个主题。面对这类话题，学生往往难以把握，落笔难于集中，容易失去方向，无从驾驭，解决的最好办法就是“化大为小”：把宽泛的话题转换成若干个“小话题”。

C、以小见大：有的话题作文，题引材料非常具体，话题范围很小，学生如果囿于一景一物或一事一理之中，思维难以发散，同样无从下笔。此时，就应该放开手脚，从大处着眼，小中见大，拓开思路。

D、化抽象为具体：有些话题作文，话题比较抽象，学生立意时也不易把握。此时，可以利用添加因素的方法，对话题加以限制，从一个小的、具体的角度谈论话题。比如像“希望”、“理解”、“心愿”这样比较抽象的话题。

E、化实为虚：还有些话题作文，话题是具有象征意义的物象，比如“小草”这个话题，若据“实”写来，往往拓展不开思路，就事论事，立意层次比较低。如果化实为虚，在立意时展开联想和想象，跳出材料的束缚，运用隐喻、象征等手法，借助于虚拟的“形象”来表达思想，就可以迅速打开思路。

作文选材如何做到“精妙准”?

A、选择自己熟悉的材料：熟悉的材料在心目中脉络清楚，详略分明，利于用流畅的语言表达出来。

B、选择真实的材料：真实的材料能够增强文章的说服力、感染力，避免由于编造而容易出现的破绽。

C、选择有意义的材料：所谓有意义，主要是指能给人以启示或者是为人提供经验教训等。对人有教育作用。

D、选择新颖的材料：不新鲜就不能感人。新颖材料像带露的鲜花可以吸引读者。

E、选择生动有趣的材料：生动有趣的材料可以增强文章的可读性。有时文章不生动，不只是语言问题，大多情况下是选择的材料不生动。

纵观历年的高考书面表达，其文体题材各异，有书信、口头通知、简介、日记、自我介绍、记叙文、描写文、说明文、看图作文等，不同的体裁需要考生应用适当的篇章结构，将题目所提供的信息清晰、明了、准确，逻辑合理地表达出来。

篇章结构在语言表达中起着非常重要的作用，同样的信息点会因为不同的表达顺序传达出不同的信息。层次分明，逻辑合理的篇章结构会让读者在很短的时间内获得并准确理解题目所规定的信息;而叙述顺序混乱，前言不搭后语的篇章则让人一头雾水，不知所云何物。当然，后者是失败的表达，即使作者在写作的过程中使用了再漂亮的词汇和句型，混乱的文章结构也不会让读者准确领悟作者的意图。

记叙文主要是记叙所发生的事情和经历。常见的形式有：故事、日记、新闻报道、游记等。

记叙文的写作要素：

1 要交待清楚五要素的内容，即where, when, what, who ,how，给读者一个内容完整、细节清晰的故事。

2. 事情的叙述可以按时间或空间的顺序叙述，让读者易于把握所叙述内容之间的内在关联，从而理解文章主题。

3. 时态通常使用与过去有关的时态，如一般过去时。

记叙文的篇章结构：

开头 the beginning——交待必要的背景。如：时间、地点、人物等。

中间 the middle——交待故事情节(事情的主体)。如：事件的发生、发展和前因后果。(可以使用表示时间或空间的连接词，使文章连贯。 如：at first…then…few minutes later…)

结尾 the ending——事情的结果或感想、愿望等。(所表达的感想或愿望应与所记叙的内容有关系，起到扣题或点题的作用，使文章结构紧凑)。

A recent survey has been conducted on whether parents feel honored about their children in Zhonghua School. What is symbolically depicted in the bar chart above is that 80% parents regard their children as pride, while, to our surprise, only 60 in every hundred students hold the same viewpoint.
