本班是今年暑假开学组建的新的集体，共有学生33人(其中有一人属转入，因吸烟被劝退)，男生20人，女生13人，学生来自杨树岭、松树台、许杖子及少部分从其他学校转入的学生，不同的地域、不同的家庭背景、不同的生活习惯的学生构成了新的集体。从整体来看，绝大多数学生的纪律较好，没有出现较大违纪事件，学生综合素质提升快，集体荣誉感强.但是部分学生的学习浮在表面，目的也不够明确，因此学习缺乏上进心，成绩总是停步不前。在本次期中考试中，年级组前20名，只有段文杰年级组第12名，管丽华第17名。我想学生成绩是很多家长最关注最担心的问题，其实孩子的成长，不仅仅是学习，更重要的是让孩子学会做人，针对各方面的问题，本学期开学以来，我采取了许多措施，加大了对班级的管理力度，到目前来看已经初见成效，但也或多或少还有不尽如人意的地方，恳请各位家长提出宝贵一件，以便给您的孩子充实的空间。

二、工作措施

有人说;孩子智力不好可能会成为次品;体质不好可能会成为废品;而品德不好会成为危险品。这个比喻形象的说明人要全面发展，而且要认识到良好品德形成的重要性，良好品德要从一点一滴逐步培养形成，一个孩子品德的发展和学习是相辅相成、互相促进的。学生中表现出来的问题更需要我们关注，比如：厌学情绪;没有什么理想、追求，过一天算一天;家长也没有什么高的要求导致不学习;一些学生底子不太好听不懂，学不会导致不爱学;各种原因产生心理障碍不愿意与家长或老师交流甚至产生逆反心理和举动;不尊重家长，对家长发脾气、耍性子;不尊重老师，顶撞甚至辱骂老师;花钱大手大脚，吃零食;自私，不愿意做公益事;没有好的学习习惯、生活习惯、卫生习惯;没有尊重、关爱他人的品德;不能自觉用校规校纪约束自己的行为等等。如果不能好好把握，就很有可能成为这个社会的危险品，这是任何家长和老师都不愿看到的。结合我班实际着力做好以下几方面的工作：

1、严格管理。一个学校没有严格的管理，就不可能有高质量的成果，一个班级没有严格的纪律，也不可能取得好的成绩。为此，我们重点强化了纪律教育，强化时间观念，坚持把学生良好的道德品质和行为习惯作为素质教育的重要内容，结合学校量化管理规则，在我班推行量化评分制度，把学生的品质情况作为评比优秀班干部、三好学生、文明学生的重要依据。并通过各种活动培养学生良好的文明习惯、卫生习惯、学习习惯、健康习惯、生活习惯、勤俭节约和自我管理的习惯。

2.加强思想政治教育，增强学生信念与成才欲望。充分利用课堂、班会的时间给同学们加油鼓劲。通过班会让同学们懂得道理，明确目标，增强信心，学习才会变得更加积极主动，成绩也会稳步提高。对后进生一视同仁，从没有因为学生成绩把学生分等级，只要违反了班级制度都要按规定进行处罚，绝不姑息。

3、加强宿舍生活管理。宿舍每天开展纪律、卫生等评比活动，通过不断完善和改进宿舍管理，让学生生活管理有序，休息好才能学习好。即使这样仍有个别学生不顾纪律要求，出现违纪行为，如：床铺整理不到位，备品乱放，休息时间乱说话等偶有发生，但仔细总结一下，半学期过去了，受到学校批评扣分的只有那么一小部分同学。希望各位家长多问一下您的孩子，帮助我们让您的孩子能改正这些缺点。

4、既要全面抓，又要重点抓。 本班本学期33人，一个学生就是33分之一，对每个家庭来说是百分之百的希望，所以我们始终坚持“不放弃每一个学生，关心鼓励每一个学生的健康成长”的宗旨，我不能让每一个孩子考上好学校，但要让每一个还都能学会做人。对个别纪律较差，思想落后的学生，经长找他们谈话，给家长打电话等，鼓励学生在学习上均衡发展，能尽全力搞好学习。

各位家长，我们还有许多方面需要不断改进，需要不断完善，而且需要家长的配合，请家长在教育孩子过程中不要产生以下几个误区。

误区一：过分保护。孩子已进入八年级，这时的学生是最难管理，学生思想波动最大的时候，孩子在你们的眼里都是最优秀的，孩子犯错误不可能在家长和老师面前，很多家长可能看到的是孩子的优点，不能过分保护孩子。

误区二：过分期待。对孩子的期望值过高，超过了孩子的实际水平，这样容易挫伤孩子的自信心，最重要的是让孩子学会做人的原则，不能一味寄托在孩子能达到多高的水品，但做什么都要尽力就够了。

误区三：有些家长常常对孩子说，要好好学习，不能看电视，而他们自己却在看电视，不但容易引起孩子的反感，而且也影响孩子的学习。家长要言传身教直接影响到孩子的发展，你的一言一行孩子都会效仿的。

误区四：有些家长对孩子的身体备加呵护，却忽视了孩子的心理健康。要重视心理健康，让孩子有一个正常的心态，。

三、建议各位家长做好以下几方面的工作

1、帮助孩子树立一个目标，培养一种意识，形成好习惯。

这非常需要。孩子毕竟是孩子，尽管有思想，但不成熟，孩子成长的路上需要家长帮他指明正确的方向。应该上什么样的学校，能够上什么样的学校，适合上什么样的学校，都需要坐下来帮孩子做细致的分析，然后确定一个目标，并要求孩子为目标去努力。如果孩子愿意做一些自己想做的，我们可以帮助让门树立一个目标，让他们向着这个目标去努力。

作家长的要配合老师帮孩子培养一种紧迫的意识，知道怎样面对紧张的学习，要多给孩子鼓励和教育，鼓励孩子在困难面前要有勇于克服的意识，教育孩子要有理想、有目标，肯吃苦。慢慢地你就会发现，在你的影响下，孩子会有所改变，尤其是孩子随着年龄的增长，变化会越大。他会变得肯思考，会变得有方向，会变得肯努力。

有句名言说，性格决定命运，习惯播种性格。也就是说习惯最终能够影响一个人的命运，家长要在平时的生活中关注孩子的习惯，注重培养孩子好的习惯，最终形成孩子良好的习惯。比如学习的习惯，生活的习惯，再细一点，礼仪的习惯，卫生的习惯，速度的习惯，关心他人的习惯，孝敬长辈的习惯等等。这些好习惯是孩子享用一辈子的财富。例如，独立解决问题的习惯，认真书写的习惯认真阅读和写作的习惯等。

不知不觉已经期末了，经过紧张的复习，老师告诉我们第二天期末考试，要我们带好语文和数学要用的主要学习用品，我们是和三年级的同学对调，我们由韩老师和祁老师监考。

15日上午，我怀着激动的心情准备考试了，三年级的小同学也都进来坐好了；我们的作文已经提前都好了，虽然我考得还可以，但我心里还是没底，特别是今天要考的基础和阅读，不知道考不考得好；等老师将试卷发了下来，我一看，觉得这次阅读比较简单，基础题也不难，于是我“唦唦唦”地做了起来，刚才的紧张一下子没有了。

话音刚落，她人已不在宿舍了。咖啡走到楼下一看，“原来是你啊，你怎么知道我在这儿上学?”咖啡很是疑惑。“这很简单啊，你的好朋友恰巧也是我的好朋友啊。”糖挤了挤眼睛，“出去走走好吗?我想跟你说些事情。”“好啊!”咖啡高兴的回答道。

“咖啡，你知道吗?我在那天的party上见到你，你真的很让我开心，因为你就是我一直在寻找的女孩。你懂我在说什么吗?做我的女友好吗?”糖恳求地看着咖啡。

“你开什么玩笑?说吧，你是不是有事情想让我帮忙，不必用这种方式啊。”咖啡很随便的说。“我没有开玩笑，我说的是真的，你考虑一下吧!”“我，我……，让我想想吧。”“好的，我等你的好消息。明天，我给你打电话。”说完，糖就慢慢地从咖啡的视线里消失在了。

“请问咖啡在吗?”“我是，你是哪位?”“我是糖，你想好了吗?”……“什么?你就在我们宿舍门口?好，我马上下去。”

“我们先试一段时间好吗?这样分手时两人都不会痛苦的，你认为呢?”“那，那，那好吧。”

三个星期过去了，在别人的眼里，咖啡和糖已经融入到了一块，再也分不清哪是咖啡，哪是糖了。

在樱花烂漫的时候，咖啡生病住院了。糖知道后马上飞到了医院，一刻不离地守候着咖啡。整个医院的护士都快认识了糖，因为糖见到了护士，不是问好，就是问咖啡什么时候能出院。对此，咖啡的心里真的有种清香和甜的味道。

“咖啡，医生说你明天就可以出院了!”望着满头大汗的糖，咖啡幸福的点点头，说：“明天来接我出院好吗?”“一定!明天我要给你个惊喜!明天8点见!”望着如中了头彩似的远去的糖，咖啡眼中充满了不知是心怜还是幸福的泪水。

第二天，咖啡早早地收拾好了行装，静静地坐在床边等着糖的到来。可眼看都10点了，还不见糖的身影，咖啡有点等不及了。打电话、传呼都没人接，咖啡想不会是那个小贼骗我的吧?

“现在播报一则消息。今天上午在中心医院门口有一年轻男子被车撞死，他手中还紧紧地握着一束玫瑰花。令人气愤的是，肇事司机逃匿……”咖啡一下子呆住了。她明白了糖的心。泪水悄悄地划了下来。

加糖的咖啡没有了纯咖啡的苦味，因为甜味把苦味盖住了。

珍惜，你懂吗?其实没有失去过的人是永远也无法明白珍惜的真正内涵。口中“呐喊”着珍惜的人往往是却是那些尽情挥霍的人，这样的人并不明白珍惜、懂得珍惜，他们虚耗着自己也浪费着他人。

什么是珍惜?应该先问问自己，你知道失去的痛苦吗?失去，是从有到无，但又不仅于此。失去的背后还有更多的彷徨、无奈和痛苦。这一种痛更甚于切肤之痛，而是锥心之痛。它留给失去者的创伤历几多春华秋实而难以愈合。失去者之痛更多时只能挡着、护着、躲着，往往无意地轻轻一掀，昔日之苦楚依旧铭心刺骨。

人是会学习的，唯有经历过痛后方能学会珍惜。再问什么是珍惜?我想说珍惜首先是拥有。想要珍惜必须要先拥有需要和值得你珍惜的美好，可惜很多的拥有者不知道他的“拥有”。父母师长的爱护教诲被当做无休止的唠叨和烦琐;亲朋友人的善意提醒被当成无端的指责;年少轻狂的放荡被认为是“不在天长地久，只在曾经拥有”的洒脱，如此种种，怎能真正拥有，进而珍惜所有呢?

当然很多人知道拥有了，但拥有之后呢?拥有不只是占有，而应要能“尽其用”。我们说银行账户里的一百万不如买菜人手中的一元钱，像守财奴式的“拥有”倒不如没有或让真正会珍惜的人去“尽其用”。占有了许多，但不能让你所占有的去体现其价值，再多的也只是一串数字而已。我们鄙视守财奴，因为他们的“拥有和珍惜”才是最大的浪费、也是最可耻的浪费。让你的所有能“尽其用”是我想说的珍惜的第二层含义。

珍惜的更高一层应是珍惜他人。知你所有、爱你所有、用你所有那仅是珍惜的个人层面，当你破茧而出超越自我时，珍惜的除了自己还应包括他人及其所有。“身无半亩，心系天下”，古人之言正是精神层面升华的体现。须知珍惜自我并不意味着你可以不在乎别人，甚至于去挥霍他人(包括你的父母)的金钱、时间乃至于生命。或许你说你没有这样做，但更多时只是你没意识到而已。生活中约会的迟到让别人等待;工作中马虎让别人弥补;发言时说一些永远正确的废话，等等。这样的所作所为不是在浪费别人还是什么呢?

珍，“王”为旁意为美玉，喻指贵重之物;惜，“心”在左，说明要用心去感受、去领悟。珍惜，珍所贵，惜其时，不仅是自己的，还有别人的。

初一上学期飞快地溜走了，我期末考试完踏出校门的那一刻，感觉压在心中的一块儿石头落了地。但仔细一想，我还是有一些小遗憾在身。

就拿数学来说吧，那试卷的大题都需要我们深入思考，倒数第二道大题是先找出规律，然后再算得数。这是一道很平常的算术题，而我就在算法这“跳坑”了，一出考场信心满满，可到估分时就傻了眼。我心里很后悔，后悔没有更加认真仔细的做题，从而宝贵的“四分”从我笔尖上擦肩而过，如果就因为这“四分”与年级前100名隔开距离了呢？

再比如我的语文，那份试卷上有两个猜字谜的题。第一个是：家中有一口；第二个是：十个哥哥，我一看是这种题，就有点不知所措，第一道题我就开始从“问”、“回”类似的字想，虽然我觉得不可能，但是也不知从何字去想。第一场下了后，我们都开始纷纷议论这道题，我们的答案各不相同，讨论了好久才知道，答案原来是“豪”和“克”。我又一想，真是这样，我也不知考试时是怎么想的，为什么就没有想到呢？我这“两分”丢的心甘情愿，也为我以后学习敲响了警钟。

这次期末考试说明，我还有很大的进步空间，需要我趁寒假的机会弥补我的不足之处。
