1、围绕期末考试卷，谈一谈孩子的学习掌握情况; 2、下期语文的内容。

3、请大家将自己在教育孩子这项活动中成功的教育方法介绍给在座的各位;

4、教师与个别家长进行单独交谈。

一、下面我要和大家谈第一个方面试卷总结：(数学和英语分别由科任教师总结)。

语文100分的13人，95-99分的有12 人，90-94分的有2人，平均分98. 分。语文试卷分开卷和闭卷，闭卷是最基础的知识，开卷是很灵活的题，可以翻书。

二、平时，很多家长非常关心孩子的学习状态水平情况，为了使各位家长能在家中辅导好孩子，我来介绍一下一年级的教材。

语文：下期语文识字量提高了很多，两期合计共约800字，写话也要求写一段完整通顺的话。

1 课文每篇都要背过、要认识的字一定要认识并能口头组3个词(指给家长哪是要认识的字，哪是要会写得字，提醒家长如果孩子写汉字多，那么，一定要保证汉字笔顺正确的情况下才能写汉字。)会写的字注意笔顺，写字书上有。2 拼音扫读薄弱的学生家长还要注意多给孩子辅导一下韵母顺序、声母顺序、整体认读音节顺序、汉语拼音字母表，尤其是拼音不好的没有上过学前班的同学和上过的有很大差别，一定要在家多练，家长一定要多关注自己的孩子，关注多了孩子才有更多的成才机会。3 一年级写话要求是写通顺一句话，学会用标点符号。本期语文的教学都是在大纲要求的基础上提高了要求的。

三、工作的得失

我们学校与其它学校不同的是我们是寄宿制学校，因此除了学习还有生活、安全方面的问题。没有安全、没有健康的身体又何从谈学习，但是孩子是活跃的，有自己的思维，我们不能控制他们不奔跑、不打闹，不做危险的事、不活动等等。这学期在安全方面更多的是上课提醒他们，讲安全，下课盯着他们，尽量让他们的活动在我们的视线里。下课了提醒孩子们喝水上厕所守着他们怕摔着碰着，等到上课了孩子们进教室了，老师连喝口水的时间都没有了要继续上课，没课时又得认真思考怎使课上得有滋有味，准备教具。晚上下晚自己，孩子们走了我们还要打扫卫生(孩子做得不彻底)，有的时候会对孩子比较严格，请家长理解，毕竟我们只有一个目的，就是让孩子培养好各方面的好习惯，一切为了咱们的孩子。

可是孩子们都是家里的小皇帝，都有唯我独尊的心理，因此会因为玩一小玩具等而挣抢。有次星期五的下午刘云山和田忠祥因为抢座位，刘云山直接用铅笔去戳田忠祥的头，当时就出血了，说实话任何父母看见自己的孩子受伤都很生气，可祥儿妈妈并没有训诉刘云山，而是问了他们原因后和山儿讲道理，做为教师非常感谢祥儿妈妈如此的宽容。对于孩子的打闹、争抢，对于安全我们是防不胜防，下期我将设计并开展一系列的安全常识教育活动，加深孩子的安全意识和自我保护能力，同时这方面也请诸位家长多教育。

生活方面： 罗老师带我们班已3年了，对每个孩子的情况了如指掌，而且她也非常有经验;赵老师是初次接手这工作，刚开始的两月有工作不到位的地方，后面慢慢地在改进自己的工作，这还得感谢家长的信息反馈。孩子的生病是我们老师和家长最不愿看到的事，学校将孩子的生病情况也纳入了对生活老师的考核，可见无论是学校领导、老师都希望孩子健康。因此，请家长与老师多沟通，每周交接时多交流，将孩子的身体情况及时做到互知。

四、学生寒假里的作业安排。

作为一年级教师，一方面我们传授知识，另一方面我们还关注孩子做人，帮助他们养成良好的行为习惯，孩子成长，贵在起步。

总之，老师和家长的心情是一样的，我们有着共同的出发点，共同的愿望，那就是一切为了孩子……相信，有各位家长和我们老师的共同努力，每个学生都会在译华小学健康快乐地成长的。

通过这次考试，我体会到，在教学中，哪怕是教师对内容讲很多遍，也仍会有部分学生掌握得不好。学生的认知能力有强弱之分，我们不能认为自己讲了很多遍之后，学生就记住了、掌握了。学生的基础层次不一，我们不能用一个尺度去要求所有学生，那么有部分学生对某些内容没有掌握好也就不足为奇了，所以在我们以后的教学中要经常去查漏补缺。

其次，我感到课堂上学生听课的有效性较差。有时候我发现班上有一部分学生上课听得不认真。虽然，这些学生中并不全是思想开小差的，很多都是不积极参与的，感觉课堂与他无关。实践证明，只有让学生经历知识的形成过程，他才能有效地掌握所学的知识。从这次考试上也充分证明了这一点。有些题目已经反复强调过，但仍有部分学生出错，比如简便计算的125×88和99×56+56，这两道题在我们的作业本上已经原题出现了四五次，但考试还是有十几个学生出错。

从教学常规方面来说：我总是把许多自认为很好的经验、方法传授给学生，学生仍掌握不好。这里有一个问题值得我关注，我总是一味把经验、方法讲给学生听了，不等于学生就获得了这个经验、方法，我必须要有及时的、有针对性的练习去进行巩固，才能转化为学生自己的东西，要把作业、知识点落到实处。现在，我基本每节课都会出三道脱式计算，其中一道是混合运算，两道是简便计算，这样既锻炼了学生的计算能力，也提高了计算速度，最重要的是通过强化让学生达到了牢固记忆。另外，人都有懒惰的天性，要想大部分学生都掌握较好，还得在课堂上、作业上严格要求他们。

从小到大，我经历了许多第一次，如第一次独自睡觉、第一次独自回家、第一次煮饭、第一次上学………但记忆中最深刻的是——第一次英语等级考试。

那是一个阳光明媚的早晨，我和妈妈一起来到哈佛园教育参加四级英语等级考试，来到考场外，我紧张地对妈妈说：“妈妈，我太紧张了，都不记得复习的单词了！”妈妈说：“不用紧张。”

话音刚落，监考老师说：“下一位，叫到了我的名字”，我没有办法只好走进了考场，这时，另一位老师把考试的题目给我看了一下，题目是自我介绍，真是太好了，是老师之前给我们讲过的，我就不再有那么的紧张啦！终于上战场啦，首先，我用流利的英语和外国人对话，然后把自己介绍了一遍，老师们听了以后都对我感叹不已，我神气十足地走出考场，妈妈走过来说：“怎么样，我微微一下，没问题”。

“叮铃铃”，上课铃声响了，我又要迎接我的笔试考试，紧张的气氛又开始了，老师开始发卷子，我认认真真的写着每一道题的答案，没有一点疏忽，不知不觉该交卷子了，我依依不舍地把卷子交给了老师，过了几天，老师告诉我，我的英语等级考试通过了，我激动地跳了起来。

第一次的英语等级考试，我明白了，只有靠自己的啄破硬壳才能活的道理，我懂得了在人生的道路上，什么事情只要自己努力了，认真的做了，都会有好的收获！

诚信是每个人心中的美德，是一种品质，在我们这个人文社会，不管在哪一个方面，都是要讲究诚信，诚信是福，一个拥有诚信的人不管在事业方面，还是在生活方面都会取得成功，所以诚信是一个人最为重要的一项方面。

诚信是讲究方方面面的，商业、工作、生活、交友……都要讲究诚信，人们需要诚信维持关系；商业需要诚信来维持自己的生计，维持与其它公司的合作。诚信可以使他人对自己有好感，诚信也可以让自己的事业和生活得到提高。诚信小到可以使自己的身心得到提高，大到可以使自己一举成名。诚信能够帮助自己取得在事业上的成就，也能取得在生活上的快乐。

诚信不仅是说，也要行动，学会诚信还要学会谨慎，不能对他人坦白对自己对他人不好的事，一颗诚实的心还需要谨慎，谨慎他人，当别人信任自己时，也要小心。诚信需要坚持，只有坚持才会提高，有一个成语叫做日行一善，我们也要做到日行一诚，只有坚持才能保持自己不变的品德，在诚实中可以改善自己的身心，磨练自己的耐力，这不是一个两全其美的事吗？

诚信就是诚实守信，一个守信用的人往往会被他人所接应。诚实需要勇敢和谨慎，信用需要坚持和完善，只有做到这样，自己才能完完全全的是诚信的人。

诚信最基本的一点就是不欺骗他人、不守信用，一个无诚信的人就是丧失了品德，是一个身心不健康的人，不仅伤害了自己，也伤害了他人，可以说就是骗子，这样的人不但得不到他人的信赖，在社会上也无法立足，这样的人很难交到知心的朋友。不管我们在哪里，都要具备诚信。

诚信需要经得起诱惑，无论是多大的利益，只要是违背诚信的都不要去做，如果做了，会对自己将来有着很大的影响。和无诚信比起来，诚信要好得许多，既然诚信好，我们为什么又要去选择无诚信呢？

诚信已成了这个社会必不可少的品德，诚信能完善我们自己，它对自己、他人都有好处，搏得信任，博得好感，博得事业上的提高，博得生活上的进步，这些比无诚信要好上许多。懂得诚信，做好诚信，改善身心，利益如流，也就是说诚信是福。

这大周，我们进行了期末考试。

考试前，我们一个个心浮气躁，状态一点都不好，上课没精打采，下课谈天说地，丝毫没有前考试的样子。为此，老师牺牲了紧张的复习时间，老师是经常给我们说，要重视学习，重视考试，重视一切。虽然有同学听进去了，但还是有大部分同学当作耳边风。

考试那天，有大部分人集中了精力。语文考试我们精神抖擞，认真审题；数学考试我们认真答题，仔细分析；英语考试，我们认真翻译，仔细做题。总之，大部分很认真。

考试结束了。

“你没有努力，考试就不会回报你一个好成绩；你不把考试当回事，考试也不会把你当回事。”老师一直这么说。

我们努力了，所以，晚上老师说，我们英语考了第一名。

现在，我终于懂了：幸福，是要靠你自己奋斗出来的。

There is an old saying in China“people need face while the trees need skin”，the meaning is that Chinese people pay special attention on the dignity. Loving face is most people’s behavior, so they like to brag, they enjoy being adored by others. About the face problem, I think we should not take it serious, we are not living for other people, we are living for ourselves. The real self-esteem is from our hearts, not from other people. Chinese people like to brag, they brag about their property, hoping that people will respect him. The funny thing is that only the fake successful people will brag, the real one is silent, they keep working hard, the successful career supports their self-esteem. If we want people to respect us, we should show our reality, be nice to them, never brag about ourselves.

在中国有句老话“人要脸树要皮”，意思是中国人很注重尊严问题。爱面子是大多数人的习惯，他们喜欢吹嘘，享受被人崇拜。关于面子问题，我认为我们不应该把它看得很重，我们不是为别人而活，是为自己而活。真正的自尊是出于我们的内心，不是看别人。中国人喜欢吹牛，他们夸大自己的财产，希望人们尊重他们。有趣的是只有不成功的人才会吹牛，真正成功的人是沉默的，他们努力工作，事业的成功支撑着他们的自尊。如果我们想要别人尊重我们，我们应该展示我们真实的一面，对人友好，不要吹牛。

Pollution has been a serious problem for a certain time around the world.

There are many causes for it. Transportation is the main factor of pollution.

When the waste gas from cars is released, the air is polluted. People breathing

in the polluted air can develop respiratory disease. Another factor is that

people throw their garbage everywhere. All kinds of garbage not only spoil the

splendid environment, but also cause environmental pollution. Whats more,

industrial pollution also deserves our attention. Wastewater from factories is

poured into rivers and this causes water pollution. As a consequence, the

greenhouse effect becomes a problem which needs our immediate caution and how to

solve is urgent all over the world. At present, some measures have been taken to

prevernt.

For example, people classify the garbage and some is recycled after being

collected. People are also encouraged to use paper products instead of plastic

products because we know that our living condition will be worse if we keep

ignoring this problem. And I believe we can prevent pollution if everyone makes

the efforts.

这是我入学的第一次考试，我很紧张。带好了老师让准备的东西，进入了老师安排的考场。

考试前

啊啊啊啊啊！紧张死我了！数学这道题还不会啊！语文那道阅读还没做过！考试万一考到怎么办啊？！这组词语我还不会写，日积月累也没背过哎！比较大小的一直搞不懂！这道奥数题太难了！

考试前只剩下慌张，镇定都溜走了！

考试中

我的手心捏出了汗，糟了，数学的最后一道题太难了，还没好好复习，要交卷了。

语文，语文的看图作文太模糊，看不清画的啥！这个字怎么写啊！我要抓狂了，在内心咆哮，我谴责自己，为什么不认真听课呢！想起如果我考不好父母绝望的表情，我镇定下来。嗯嗯，看懂了，他随地扔香蕉皮让老奶奶摔了一跤，这个字是这么写的，对！太好了，数学的最后一道题思路有点弯……写完试卷检查了一遍，还没检查完，老师就收卷了，紧张啊！

考试后

紧张紧张，心像小兔子一样砰砰的跳。

老师念到：“第一名，胡晓莉，语文100，数学100！”

胡晓莉是我的同桌兼竞争对手。她轻蔑的看了我一眼，高傲的走上台领奖状和试卷！我不好意思的垂下头。

“第二名xxx，第三名xxx……”名字一个个过去了，没有我，我很紧张。

念完了最后一名还没有我，我差点哭了，我真的那么差劲吗？胡晓莉一边对我冷嘲热讽，一边向我炫耀成绩。

老师突然笑眯眯地看向我，我很紧张。

“咱们班考的最好的同学——孟小雨！她不仅得了双百，还做对了数学最后的十分附加题，稳居第一！校长为小雨发了双份奖状！”

我激动的上台双手接过奖状和试卷。

胡晓莉不服气地站起来：“老师，不是说我是第一吗？”

老师说：“小雨是年级第一。而且比你多了十分，你还不服气？晓莉，下次多做点题，就懂了！”

大家为我鼓起掌，我很高兴。

胡晓莉嫉妒的看向我，悄悄的在我耳边说：“我一定会超过你的！”

我眯起眼笑了笑：“乐意奉陪！”

Prepare for the Final Exam

The final exam is around the corner. All students are working hard to prepare for it. So am I. Doing well in final exam is important, because it reflects how much I learn in school. It’s a good way to test it. Besides, the New Year is coming. I could have a happy holiday and New Year if I got high scores. Now, I get up half an hour earlier than before. I need more time to review. At night, I finish my homework and then do some readings of Chinese and English. I must work harder to get high scores in the final exam.
