还记得那用千手观音打动无数人的邰丽华吗?聋哑的缺陷没有分化她的意志，身体的残疾没有使她一蹶不振，从某个角度看，正是这残缺的身体成就了她舞台上曼妙的舞姿，婆娑的倩影。如果邰丽华向残缺的身体低头，向所谓的命运认输，又怎么会在舞台上重演那一幕幕动人心弦的画面呢?

开学了，第一个周就这样像一把尘土流走了。它给我的感觉就像白驹过隙一样很匆匆，正如李煜说的“林花谢了，太匆匆。”生活在生命的磁场里高速运动着，走过无数个季节轮回，因为时间也在不停的流失着。但是这一个周我学到了不少东西。我们是耕耘者，这一生的光阴我们可以用双手盈握，使之盛放。

本次八年级英语月考从试卷上看考察知识面较广，题型较丰富，灵活运用程度接近中考。题的难易程度适中。题出得比较好，但学生答得不好，高分不多，平均分较差，主要存在以下几方面问题：

1。听力测试失分原因学生平时不习惯背诵句型，课文等，再加上没有听力材料练习，故失分严重。

2。选取题失分原因学生对知识点的掌握不准确不扎实，再加上审题不仔细，导致学生自我认为会得题没有拿分。

3。完型填空和阅读理解学生失分最多。原因是学生词汇量太少看不懂，更不能正确理解文章资料。

4。补全对话失分因为学生不能按平时的指导去做，把握不住做题要领。

5。动词运用题学生没有到达灵活运用，平时练得少。

6。写作潜力太差，平时练得少，教师指导的也不够。

今后的教学我想从以下几方面改善：

1。提高课堂教学质量，备课必须要充分，教学方法灵活多样。

2。加强课下对学生的追踪力度，采用“兵教兵”“兵追兵”。

3。加大对重点知识的练习力度，练得学生一看就明白答案。

4。完型填空和阅读理解，补全对话平时多加强对学生的做题指导，主要是方法指导。每一天让学生背十个单词，翻译五个句子。

5。写作方面多练多批多改。

6。对学生进行做题技巧训练，避免因粗心错题。

每次期末考试之前，都会放个小半天假，这半天假正是同学们磨刀的时候，因为“临阵磨枪不快也光”，所以每个同学都在家里专心的磨刀。

只有小部分同学例外，他们不需要过多的复习，只需要放宽心，用心去答卷就足够了，我就是其中一位。

期末考试的苦真的是非常的苦，现在回到家，我总是听到妈妈的唠叨：今天复习好了没有呀?考试、听写有没有把握?一定得考90分以上!真烦!

来到学校，我们像开飞车似的，非放学是停不下来的。你瞧，不是测试，便是朗读，还有听写。考不好，还得到办公室接受老师的“亲切接见”，无数个“为什么”“怎么会这样”让你想起来就一个脑袋二个大，好像我在学习上出点差错便是“弥天大罪”!真是黄连拌苦瓜——苦上加苦啊!

真期望时间过得快点啊，这样我期末考试的苦就会消失了。不然，这么熬下去，我会奔溃的。

到学期末了，我们进行了一场忐忑的期末考试。

放了几天假，要到学校领成绩了，试卷发下来了，我看了看我的错题，又看了看成绩，觉得这次期末考试成绩不是很理想，语文考了99分，数学考了97分，英语考了100分。

语文题我觉得错的太不应该了，居然抄错了字，下一次，我绝对不能犯这种低级的错误了，我要仔细读题，认真书写，用心检查，认真听讲，做一只像《龟兔赛跑》里坚持不懈的小乌龟，一定能考一个好成绩!

课程上我们早早就进入了复习期，把所有学过的知识从头复习一边，当时不太明白的在复习的时候我都要再问一下老师，把不会的弄明白，不能再学过的题目上面掉分啊。除了老师上课带领我们一起复习，做模拟试题之外，我们增加的自习课上，自己给自己的复习也是很关键的。不用跟着老师的节奏，可以自己突击自己不会的知识点，随时可以询问老师。所以自习课我的收获还是很大的。说道期末考大家都沉浸在紧张的气氛中，谁都想考个好成绩，这样过年长辈问起历年来必问的问题时，也能有底气回答。真不知道为什么过年前要期末考，谁规定的啊，不能改改时间吗。不光在学习上做准备，考试的用具我都早早准备好了，笔袋里面装了必用的笔和画图工具，准考证学生证，都放在了考试袋里面。就怕自己一时疏忽耽误当天的时间。虽然考试的气氛很紧张，但是我们的心里还住着一个小精灵，那就是期盼过年放假的心。只要考完期末考这个大关，我们就有的是时间玩耍了。
