期中考试结束了，当试卷发下来的时候，让我大吃一惊，在这次期中考试里，我犯了很多不该犯的错误。

首先说说我最喜欢的语文课吧，我一向语文很好，可是这次鬼使神差的，语文竟然错了很多不该错的地方。经过我的仔细反思，我想这和我阅读题目不认真有着很大的关系。在我做错的阅读题中，其实只要仔细的读读那篇文章，我就可以做对了，可是我太不认真了，使那两道题残忍的减掉了4分，我连组词的一道题都做错了，实在是太不应该了。因为我的不认真，致使我的语文成绩只得了92分，不应该啊!

再说说数学，看图列式我因为没有写“解：设······”扣掉了4分，最后也是只得了93分的成绩!于是，我想出了几个办法来提高我的数学成绩：1.解答题时，不要急于下笔，要先在草稿纸上列出这道题的主要步骤，然后按照步骤一步步做下来，不忽略每一个细节，尽量把每一道题都答得完整;2.平时多做一些不同类型的题，这样就会对大多数题型熟悉，拿到试卷心中就有把握;3.适当做一些计算方面的练习，让自己不在计算方面失分。我想如果我能做到我以上提到的这几点，我一定能把考试中的失误降到最低。

至于英语呢，就更不理想了，尤其是阅读题，对词语不理解，又扣掉了2分，听力部分也是，最后我只得了90.5分。

虽然这次考试我都上了90，但是这不是我的水平，我本来可以考的很好的。通过考试，我终于明白山外有山，人外有人。考试技巧贵在练习。我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习，平日生活学习中学会积累，语文积累好词好句，数学也要多积累难的题目，英语则是语法项目。对做完形填空等练习题也是提高英语的好方法。

这次不是期末考试，如果我再好好学习，还是有时间，有机会的，下次考试。我一定认真复习，不再让老师、家长失望!

I have some habbits, some are good, but some are bad.

I like reading very much. From reading science books, I get a lot of knowledge. From reading novels, I lose myself in the stories. I like doing sports, too. It helps me keep healthy. Also I never put todays work till tomorrow. They are all my good habbits. They help me a lot in my daily life.

一学期总是这么快，随着课本的结束，期末考试也接踵而来，这次的考试是新初中的第一次期末考试，也可以说规模比较大！生物，地理，历史，政治，也当作主科来考。考试要持续一天半，这可是我经历过最长时间的考试了！原本以为，反正是坐着，时间长点没有关系，可谁想到，本来信心满满的进入考场，一天下来，也不知道是怎么回事，觉得精神倦怠，再也不想进考场了。呵呵，还好第二天只有2科，不然我就崩溃了……

先发一下这次的考试顺序吧！按照我们以前小学的规矩应该是先考小科，然后在考主科，可是初中就是初中，考场变，考号变，顺序变也是很正常的！

不过，我还蛮喜欢这个顺序的，哈哈！

上午的监考老师是我们的丹丹老师，她就坐在我后面。

早上进考场的时候，那可谓是精神饱满啊，分你一半都不成问题！但是，时间真的很考验人啊，我考英语的时候，真想把凳子砸了，然后跟老师说我站着吧！真是不能小瞧时间的力量！这次的期末考试呢，题还是比较简单的，但对于我这个大马虎来说，就更要小心了，老师可不是好惹的！可算挨到了中午，哨声一响，没等老师收完卷，我们就都冲了出去，幸好有中午这段休息时间，吃完饭，我们拿着试卷对了一下答案，还不错，祈祷考出一个好成绩！

下午的考试还算顺利，一想到考完试就要分开了，很长时间都见不到同学了，还真有点不舍，但是不去想那些让人伤心的事，还是像往常一样，跟通校生出去爽玩一下吧！把烦恼都丢掉，放假了！

偶然，记起一个伟大的人来。他给我感触很深。

星期天的早晨，阳光普照大地。我和妈妈心情愉快地到花园散步。

突然，远远地，走来一个人！低垂的头，蜡黄的脸，破旧的布鞋，混浊的眼珠。额头的一道皱纹刻出了他所经历过的人间风雨。“唉，他这种人！”我不无悲悯地想。他向我们走来，妈妈迅速地把我拉到一边，好象怕我感染上什么病毒似的。

就在转身的那一瞬间，我看到了他的眼神。心，猛地颤抖了一下。

那是怎样的眼神啊！

透着哀怨，透着凄凉，透着绝望，透着无助。我的心，顿时我的心像被割了一刀。我赶紧背过脸去。一边无奈地想：“人与人之间，就是不同啊！”

然而，命运安排我们擦肩而过，是不是另有目的？我仿佛听到了树叶飘落的声音。

“钱，钱掉……了。”

期末考试过后，我独自一人闷闷不乐地坐在一边空想，一点儿也高兴不起来，因为怕期末考试考砸了。所以整天就只想着自己不会出错、粗心大意，分数要保持原有优势等等。

最终，成绩出来了，真的不出我所料，幸运女神并没有降临在我身上她只对我说：“一分耕耘，一分收获。所有的一切，都是你一手造成的，要不要亡羊补牢，由你自己决定。”接着，把失望和后悔留给了我——比上学期总分下降了70多分。

我久久伫立在原地，把目光投放在试卷上，一次又一次地漫湿了我枯干的心灵，这一结果无疑是天打雷劈般地打击了一朵正在成长的花朵，使他失去了往日的色彩，信心与自豪，使他将要与其他失去光彩的花朵永远长眠于地底深处。

为了拯救这朵懦弱的花朵，必须唤醒他的信心，而成功恰恰是唤醒信心的最佳方法，所以，为了成功，必须有一套好的学习方法和学习习惯，为此，我决定;做到以下几点：1、课前预习。大致看一下当天要学习的内容，不懂的问老师或同学，有一些实在不懂的地方标上记号，做到心中有数;2、上课认真听讲，把思路跟着老师走，如果还不懂，可以等下课问老师同学，在认真听讲同时还要把自己认为重要的地方勾画或抄下来。3、课后复习。把当天所学的内容和所做的笔记整理好，好好复习，把该背的背下来。4、独立完成作业，认真完成，不抄袭。5、订正，严肃的对待每一次考试。

期末考试成绩终于揭晓了，成绩真的出乎意料，语文83分，数学92分，英语105.5分,政治77，历史86，地理84，生物85。通过这次的考试,我了解到了我的不足之处。

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。

3、学生作业拖交不交，上课不带上课要求带的的资料。前者前者说明学生自主自立的能力稍差，责任感稍弱，心智年龄较小。这一点我们应该好好的反思，动手就是动脑，我们平时对孩子的成长机遇剥夺太多，爱要有度，溺爱就是一种伤害和弱化。生活中让孩子过的过于优越，过于顺利，可能有的家长说：“现在条件好了，为什么让孩子受不该受的罪，应该让他顺利长大”。这种思维我个人认为要不的，如果这种思维指导我们的做法，我们的任何一个教育行为都和“困于心，衡于虑而后作”。

(二)教师的具体行为反映教育信息。

1、让家长写一封对教师的建议。一般情况下是班主任在孩子犯错的情况下让家长写，聪明的家长会想,其他教师的课堂，班主任不能全面的掌握孩子的学习状态，班主任是班级的管理者建设者，孩子在班主任的课堂上都出现一些不应该出现的现象例如：学生的书写潦草，作业没有修改的痕迹，学生作业拖交不交，上课不带上课要求带的的资料，传纸条，说话等。其他教师的课堂上，学生的表现可能已经很是问题了，用这个机会好好教育自己的孩子，并和老师好好的沟通。

2、学校发起的活动对学生思想建设作用很大。这学期活动较多，我个人认为最有意义的就是给学校已经毕业多年的学生于娟捐款的活动，今天学生在学校学习是学校的学生，将来有一天学生离开生活四年的学校，他还是这个学校的学生，母校不会忘记从这个学校毕业的每一个学生，学生的捐款时严肃的场面往昔如昨。这一点要给孩子合理的引导，这是孩子思想发展的契机。

(三)学生成绩高低波动幅度反应的具体信息。你可以提前给班主任打电话预约，到学校来听课，想老师了解学生的学习情况。

1、基础题失分是态度问题。

2、能力题失分是分为两类：一是学生的具备这方面的能力没得全分数，说明学生的能力还需提高。二是学生根本不会，这是孩子的基础决定的。

1、培养学生学习主动性。孩子不主动学习的原因很多，重要原因之一就是家长太主动，以至于剥夺了孩子的主动权，使孩子失去了主动性。孩子习惯了一切由父母包办，再加之为了不引发冲突就听从家长摆布。他已经被剥夺了主动的权利。这样的孩子，恐怕不只是学习不主动，生活中的一切都是被动的，因为他已经不属于自己，这是典型的管的太全面太精细。

家长还要尝试从以下几方面着手：

①明确学习目的，培养正确的自我意识。让孩子懂得自己的成长、进步，都跟个人的心理和行为直接有关，别人和环境只是间接原因。只有目的明确，才能积极主动地参与学习。

②引导孩子在集体中主动做一些事情，担当重任，培养自信和责任感，并将此迁移到学习上，对培养学习的主动性是很有帮助的。

③让孩子懂得做事情都有两种态度：主动和被动。前者是积极的，是充满创造和快乐的;后者是消极的、痛苦的。多鼓励孩子，引导其在主动学习中得到收获和快乐。

2、对孩子的要求要合理。家长不切实际的高期待下，孩子心理压力往往很大。大多数孩子知道自己身负重任，他们会尽心尽力读书以回报父母。学习成绩好的孩子，父母却要求做常胜将军，所以孩子怕别人超过，丝毫不敢松懈。这种情况下，孩子容易紧张焦虑，产生逆反心理;而成绩差的孩子总觉得不如别人，拼命想追却又追不上，心里痛苦不堪。这种情况下，孩子也容易产生自卑、自责心理，成绩往往不升反降，家长的努力适得其反。

家长还要尝试从以下几方面着手：

①绝不能盲目攀比，更不能拔苗助长。

②在客观了解孩子基础上对孩子的学习、生活和未来做科学规划。

3、要有耐心。育人是慢的过程，需要爱心、耐心和细心，育人要扎扎实实，要不得浮躁和虚荣。

In most schools and colleges the examination is used as a chief means of deciding whether a student succeeds or fails in mastering a particular subject. Although it does the job quite efficiently， its side effects are also enormous.

The most undesirable effect is that examinations encourage bad study habits. As the examination score is the only criterion for his academic performance， a student is driven to memorize mechanically rather than to think creatively. Examinations do not motivate a student to seek more knowledge， but to restrict his reading; they do not enable him to study consistently throughout the semester， but to induce cramming during exam week.

Examinations also lower the standards of teaching. The giant panda is known as the national treasure of China. The panda was a kind of ordinary animal in China long ago. However, for some reasons, too many of them have been killed. So the number of them is falling quickly.

At present people are taking an important measure to save pandas. People want to find a home for them, and recently, they have set up a nature park for them in Sichuan Province,which is called "Pandas Home. "There pandas can enjoy their life happily. There is a bamboo forest near the Pandas Home. So the pandas can find bamboos easily which they like to eat very much. .

Because pandas are well protected now, the number of them is increasing every year. We hope that one day we will have enough pandas to set them free and let them live in the wild again.

Pandas are good friends of man. Man should try to protect them and ]et them live in the way they like!
