第二天，一大早，我写完作业，又来到楼下苦练，这次我不着急上板了，而是坐在板上一边休息，一边偷偷观察别人是怎么上板的，看了一会记住要领，我来到一面墙边，用手扶着墙慢慢练习，一整天就这样很快过去了，我终于有了一点进步，能用手扶着墙跳上滑板，轻轻往前滑一小段路了。这个进步让我非常高兴。

接下来的几天里，我每天晚上都要到楼下练习。慢慢的，我可以不用扶墙在马路上轻松上板，并且能向前滑行一段，只是还不能很好的掌握平衡。一天晚上，我正在练习，一个小孩飞快的跑过来，我急中生智，灵巧的躲了过去，竟然没有掉下来，我高兴极了。不知不觉我居然能很好的掌握平衡了，我终于学会滑滑板了。

So it does because all of us have growing pains and also growing gains in our

lives.

Growing up is not a very enjoyable time. It means I have to work hard in

studying and in family. There’s always so much homework given by teachers and so

many arguments between the parents and me. The time is fair, but it seems it

gives pains three quarters and only one quarter to gains.

But gains give me power and confidence. Successes and friendship make me

谁知道，老师从天而降，为了抓住敢死分子，居然来个背后突袭，到所有座位后边地毯式搜索。5名敢死队员唰地一声，在同一时间内放下书，装起乖乖。只有敢死队员6号稳如泰山，而老师的目光明明瞄准了他，可老师却好像在放水一样，竟纵容他在自己眼皮子底下活动，真气死人了！而其他5位的敢死队员便无机可乘，只好乖乖停课，唯独6号占了便宜。

Nowadays, more and more students fall in love in middle schools that

worries teachers and parents. As for me, I don’t agree to puppy love. No matter

admit it or not, puppy love will certainly have negative influence on study,

because it takes much time and energy. But the most important is that middle

school students are not mature enough to operate a relationship. The favorable

impression to others may be the momentary impulse that will not last very long

time. The middle school students are so young and unthoughtful to take the

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

那是三年级的暑假，我去参加李阳疯狂英语集训营。以前，我不喜欢英语，觉得它很难，甚至不敢开口大声朗读，怕别人笑话，是疯狂英语让我改变了对英语的看法，课堂上"Never give up!""Dont be shy， just try!"师生不停大声的朗读，我的胆子也越来越大，现在可以开口大声的说了，那场面我至今仍历历在目，那读英语的声音还在我梦中萦绕。

在我家，吃饭的时候爸爸妈妈都不忘说说话，问问我们在学校好不好。尽管饭只是粗茶淡饭。

我家是完美的，尽管它不富裕。没有大厅堂。但，冬天温暖夏天凉。

游戏害人，人人得而咒之，然天下之游戏可以淹死所有人，人人都能从中找到自己可玩的游戏，亦真亦幻亦可恶作文。游戏禁不了，也不可能禁，但其害却深远之极。

随着游戏中“戏”的成分的增加，改编搞笑的越来越多，听说一款《梦幻西游》把其中的人物情节和故事全都搞得天翻地覆，不少游戏中也只有人名是真的，其它全是编造的，什么三国之类的，无俚之极。年轻人很喜欢玩，也喜欢看，觉得很开心，很搞笑，也很好玩，但我觉得丝毫没有可笑的味道，其中却有苦涩相伴。

孩子们本已欠缺的文化修养现在又有“歪门邪道”前来补充，其思想更是杂乱不堪了。好好的故事不是彻底颠覆了，就是全部新加了，人物不是现代化了，便是超神化了，反正所有内容都只为一个游戏的“戏”字服务，初中一年级作文《亦真亦幻亦可恶作文》。误导是可想而知的，孩子们虽然能获得一时的快感，满足一时的宣泄，但错误的影响却是历久弥深的。这不仅是对中国文化的亵渎，更是对下一代的残害。

不仅如此，那些“戏说”之类的文艺作品也当属误人之作。纯娱乐性、搞笑性的东西越来越多。《武林外传》看的人很多，但我直感到反胃，大概有这种感受的也不在少数。历史是不允许扭曲的，文明是不容改编的。那些穿着古人的服装，说在现在的网络语言的“有才”者们简直不把“人”放在眼里了，怎能不叫人捏一把汗呢？

虽说文化多元化是大势所趋，但我们更希望健康的文化带来正确的思想。
