当时初次读到这段话，觉得作者有点儿大题小做、危言耸听了，不就是区区的自由吗?只要我们想，不就随时可以解放自己?

可是，现在的我也长大了，亲眼看到了太多，也听到了太多，我的心，被现实的打击一点点捶下去，也才终于明白：自由，就像那耀眼的太阳，人人向往，却难以触摸。不是因为它的距离太遥远，而是，我们人类太可笑罢了。因为我们总想着自己，总想着一些遥不可及的目标，总想着飞黄腾达，这些东西，就如同枷锁，深深箍住了我们那颗自由之心。

所以，当爸爸告诉我这点之后，我也放下了很多。荣誉、赞美、成绩……都不重要了，只要心中有一片自由的天空，我就可以得到很多。

所以，身处纷扰中的人们，都醒悟吧：为了心中的自由，放弃争名夺利的脚步，停下来，欣赏路边最美的风景，你会发现：世界，本就对你不薄!
