中庭地白树栖鸦，冷露无声湿桂花……终于到了我期盼已久的中秋节了。每逢农历八月十五日，是传统的中秋佳节。这时是一年的中期，所以被称为中秋。在中国的农历里，一年分为四季，每季又分为孟、仲、季三个部分。因而中秋也称仲秋。八月十五日的月亮比其他几个月的满月更圆，更明亮，所以又叫“月夕”、“八月节”。此夜，人们仰望天空如玉盘的朗朗明月。自然会期盼家人团聚。远在他乡的游子，也借此寄托自己对故乡和亲人的思念之情。所以，中秋又称团圆节。

我家过中秋节，只需要准备柚子、莲藕、还有月饼。可爸爸妈妈告诉我，在其它的地方可是有“秋暮夕月”的活动。夕月，祭拜月神。还要设大香案，摆上月饼、西瓜、苹果、红枣、李子、葡萄等祭品。其中月饼和西瓜是绝对不能缺少的。还有的地方很讲究，西瓜都要切成莲花形。在月亮下，将月亮神像放在月亮的那个方向，红柱高燃。全家人依次祭拜月亮，然后将由家庭主妇切开团圆月饼。家庭主妇要预先算好全家人共有多少人，在家的，在外地的，都要算在一起。不能切多，也不能切少，而且大小要一致。

中秋佳节，人们最重要的活动就是赏月和吃月饼了。据说，我国自古就有赏月的习俗。《礼记》中有记载“秋暮夕月”，拜祭月神。在唐代，中秋赏月，玩月皮页为盛行。在宋代，中秋赏月之风更盛，据《东京梦华录》记载：“中秋夜，贵家结饰台榭，民间占争酒楼玩月。”每逢这一日，京城的所有店家、酒楼都要重新装饰门面，牌楼扎绸挂彩，出售新鲜加果和精致食品。夜市热闹非凡，百姓们多登上楼台，一些富户人家在自己的亭台楼阁上赏月，并摆上祭品，还可以安排家宴。团员子女，共同赏月闲谈。

看着月亮是那么的洁白无瑕，明亮透底。我情不自禁的说：“真美呀!”

Since we were born， many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. From the first day we appear in their lives， they give us all their love and care， but never expect anything in return. As long as they are there， we do not feel any difficulties， because they are always in front of our shelter， preventing us from difficulties and danger. 在教室里，坐着一个安静的小胖子，他是谁呢?

他长得胖胖墩墩的，白白的皮肤，一双月牙儿般的眼睛特别明亮，一对招风耳、一个高鼻梁和一张不大不小的嘴巴配合得那么的端正而又默契，别人都说他长得很可爱。

在一片广阔无垠的海洋里，住着一条凶狠的鲨鱼，它脾气暴躁，无恶不做，以吃海洋生物为乐。

XX is my good friend. She’s in Class1, Grade4 of Tianjiao Primary School. She’s a model student. She’s clever and she’s helpful, too. She often helps teachers and young students at school. She is good at Chinese, maths, English, arts and crafts, music and so on. She has a lot of hobbies. She likes painting and drawing. And she likes listening to music, having picnics with her parents. 今天的春游真让人难忘！

最近我发现了大人们都在玩手机，都成了手机控，低头族。每天都手不离机，机不离手。我妈妈也不例外，她拿起手机时就很少关注到我。

有一天中午，我从学校回家。看见妈妈只顾低头看手机也没有做饭。我让她赶紧做饭。可是她做饭时妈妈还继续的看电视剧。把菜都炒糊了。上厕所时妈妈在刷快手。做作业，我又不会的问题问妈妈。妈妈说：“宝贝，你等一下我在逛淘淘宝呢。”等了20分钟我问妈妈：“你逛完了吗?”妈妈说：“再等一会儿好吗?”我非常的生气。

我手机几乎成了妈妈生活的全部，这样下去可不行。如果玩的时间长，眼睛就会近视了。你是我的妈妈，提出了我的想法。我说：“妈妈你能把手机给我，在放学的时候我可以替你保管。如果你偷偷的看，就会罚你一个星期做家务。当然你可以接打电话。”妈妈同意了，其实他也很想放下手机，就是有时控制不住自己。

我和妈妈有了约定，妈妈就慢慢脱离了手机。妈妈陪我的时间就多了，我真为妈妈高兴。

Birthday

My birthday is on Sunday. My parents are going to have a birthday party at home. I invite my friends to come to the party.

At the party. They give me many small presents. Such as cards， picture books， pens.

They sing Happy Birthday to me. My mother makes a big cake for me. I cut the cake into small pieces and give them out.

We sing and dance.We have a good time at the party.

“嘿咻，嘿咻”小蜗牛拖着重重的壳慢慢地往前爬着。这时一只小兔子从身旁跃过，“咻”的一下就没了影，小蜗牛羡慕极了，心想：要是我也能变成“飞毛腿”就好了。

他遇到了一位老爷爷，老爷爷笑眯眯地对他说：“我可以让你去反相世界当闪电侠，但是必须在第二天的一点钟回来，不然你的法力就会消失，而且再也回不来了，你要去吗?”小蜗牛听了，兴奋极了，连忙说：“我要去!我要去!”老爷爷说：“好，我送你去!”

小蜗牛第二天仍然在反相世界走着，这时小蜗牛的法力已经消失了。小蜗牛碰到一只老虎，他耀武扬威地说：“老虎，我现在不怕你了，因为我比你跑的快!”老虎说：“那我们比一比。”结果小蜗牛被老虎狼吞虎咽的吃了。

小蜗牛尖叫一声从梦中惊醒。他突然明白一个道理：自然界中每个物种都有自己的本能，不能因为自己跑得慢就嫌弃抱怨。从此，小蜗牛过着知足幸福的生活。

According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education,

there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme

extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around

parents all the time.

Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the

most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they

enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.

Before I go to sleep, I like to listen to soft music, it can help me relax

and have a good dream. My mother tells me that before I was born, she listens

the soft music all the time, so I must be affected by her. Soft music is my

favorite music, it is classic and helps me to feel better when I am not in the

mood.

Yesterday is my six-year-old birthday. It is important to me as I can go to

primary school after my birthday. It means that I grow up. I got up very early

at that day. My mother just smiled at me and said nothing. I felt a little down.

But I recovered with excited soon and then I went out to play. Everything in my

eyes is so beautiful. When I got home about five o’clock, my mother gave me a

surprise. She prepared a party for me and invited all my friends. She also gave

a lovely schoolbag to me as my birthday present. I’m so happy that day.
