With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is

more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study,

work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

Mid-autumn Festival is a popular and important lunar harvest festival

celebrated by Chinese people. The festival is held on the 15thday of the eighth

month in the Chinese calendar. There are some traditions in this holiday. For

example, people would have a big dinner with their families. After dinner, they

often enjoy the full moon which is round and bright. The other tradition of

mid-autumn festival is eating moon cake. Moon cake is the essential of that day,

which means reunion. As time goes by, there are various kinds of moon cakes, but

they are much more expensive than before. I like mid-autumn festival because my

families will get together and have a big dinner on that day.

最近，我发现教室里的垃圾随处可见。同学们桌子下的纸屑很多，垃圾桶周围也总是散落着一些果皮、纸屑。但很多同学都像没有看见似的，从来不主动打扫，老师问起来，也都互相推卸责任，不愿承认错误。

我觉得这种现象很不好，教室是我们共同生活的家园，我们应该一起去爱护它，保持它的整洁与美丽。

所以，我在这里提几个小建议：首先，同学们都要养成不乱扔垃圾的习惯，看见垃圾要主动捡起来，扔进垃圾桶里。其次，每个组可以安排一位值日生，看到本组同学捡起垃圾，就可以给他的文明行为加一分，每周统计一次，分数最高的同学成为班级“环保小卫士”。第三，每天卫生值日的同学把自己负责的清洁范围划分具体一些，并且早、中、晚都要进行打扫。

我的建议就是以上三点。我相信：如果大家能做到，我们教室的环境一定会焕然一新的。

I am Happy

Today， the biology class is very different. We don’t need to sit in the

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so

excited and finish the task very carefully. It is a good way for us to learn

knowledge. I am so happy.

夏天轰轰烈烈地走去，在大街上，正在行走的姑娘们，她们身上的衣服款式新颖，几乎没有重样的，在市场里，吆喝声，讨价还价声，连成一片，热闹极了!看那紫色的茄子，撇着嘴，正对你笑呢!那紫盈盈的葡萄，黄澄澄的杏，红色的桃咬一口，甜丝丝，脆生生，酸溜溜的，夏天可谓是水果乐园，向日葵向着太阳开放，青蛙在尽情歌唱。

我爱夏天，我爱夏天的热闹，我爱夏天的美丽，我爱这夏天，这迷人的夏天，我爱吃缤纷的水果，我爱看婀娜的荷花，我爱享受冰激凌的凉爽，我爱这烈日炎炎的夏天，啊!我赞美夏天。

The shortage of housing is one of the most serious problems facing many big

cities in China. Though the government has spent a large sum of money on

housing,the investment has not been very resultful and a housing shortage still

exists. Two generations sharing one room and newlymarried couples finding it

difficult to have a house of their own are still common cases. Housing shortage

is a problem that requires an immediate solution.

Peoples attitudes towards the solution to the housing problem are

different. Some suggest building more tall apartment buildings; others believe

that we should develop underground housing areas. I am in favour of the former

opinion. For one thing, it is cheaper to build upward than downward. For

another, living underground for a long time will do harm to peoples health.

Above all,people are unwilling to live underground with artificial lighting and

they prefer to live normally on the ground to enjoy the sunshine.

Although there may be some other ways to solve the housing shortage

problem, I believe to build more apartment buildings is one of the feasible

solutions to the housing problem.

今天是重阳节，是全中国各地老人的节日，为了让老人健康快乐，所以我决定去看看。

昨晚我对爸爸说：“爸爸，我想去敬老院看望那些老人。”爸爸和颜悦色的告诉我：“你真懂事，明天我就带你去。”

今天为了让敬老院的老人们喜欢上我，我精心打扮了一番，然后对爸爸说：“可以走了。”

爸爸带着我东转西转，一会儿看那边的风景，一会儿看这边的风景，把我弄的晕头转向。我问爸爸：“还有多久?”爸爸不慌不忙的对我说：“不急不急，下了桥就到了。”

我到了敬老院，走进大门，上了楼。我进了一号房间，看见三位老人正躺在床上休息，我很有礼貌的向他们问好：“您们好!”老人们也吃力的对我说：“好，好，你好!”我看见他们骨瘦如柴的身子，面容，就觉得他们确实值得人去关爱。

我走到他们跟前，坐在椅子上，为他们讲故事，又为他们捶背。看看见他们脸上露出了甜美的笑容，我的心美滋滋的。

夜幕降临了，我的爸爸来接我了。我松开了老人的手，依依不舍的走了。

一次难忘的头疼

每个人都会有被别人关爱的时候，我也不例外。

在一年级的一天下午，一间宽敞明亮的教室里，传出一阵阵读书声，当曾老师走过我的身旁时，我的脑袋上出现了一丝微弱的疼痛，我初时觉得没什么。

过了大约二十分钟，我的脑袋像套上了一个金箍一样，有人在念紧箍咒。我心想：不会发烧了吧?算了忍一下完了，于是我忍了下来。

才过了十分钟，我的脑袋越来越疼，我急忙向同桌求助。同桌说：“快下课了，你再忍一下，下课我扶你去医务室”，我点了点头，心想：同桌真好!

又过了一会儿，我头又疼了起来，我都疼得流下泪来。我们组的人纷纷回过头，握着我的手，关切地问：“唐义诚。怎么了?”我不说话。组长没办法，告诉了曾老师，曾老师问：“唐义诚，你怎么了?”我说：“我……我头疼!”曾老师说：“你再忍一下，我打电话给你妈妈!”我点点头，心底升起一股暖流。在等妈妈的过程中，曾老师不止一次摸我头，过了一会儿，妈妈来了，带我回到家了。

这真是一次难忘的头疼

I like dogs, because they are man’s good friends. They can do many helpful thingsto us, such as guarding our houses, greeting guests, helping the police, and soon. Music is part of our life, nearly everybody will listen to the music, no

matter what nation they are from. Music is divided into many types, such as the

blues, the country music, the rock and roll. Once blues belonged to the black

people, but as time went by, music is accepted by all classes. People always

早晨，闹钟还没响，我就起床了。首先，我先把个人卫生搞好。在帮妈妈准备牙刷，牙膏。毛巾。脸盆里加好温水，让妈妈洗刷。接下来，我去厨房间，从冰箱里拿出六个包子放在锅里蒸一下。我拿出一个苹果，用刨刀把苹果皮给刨掉，再用水果刀把苹果切成一块一块的，放在盘子里，摆成花型。我再次从冰箱里拿出蜂蜜，把蜂蜜洒在苹果上，一个水果盘就好了。这时候，热腾腾的包子就出锅了，把这些包子放在盘子，也摆成花型。

就在这时候妈妈起床了，她看到我在做早餐，大吃一惊;“哇!我今天好幸福啊!能吃到宝贝女儿做的早餐了”我高兴地说;“这是我应该做的，对了，妈妈您快去洗刷吧!我都为您准备好了，早餐马上就好了!”“好的!”妈妈回答说。之后，我泡了两杯蜂蜜水，就等着妈妈来就餐了。

早餐开动了。首先，我对妈妈说;“妈妈，今天是三八妇女节，我祝您节日快乐!”妈妈感动地说;“谢谢!今天我是最幸福的妈妈!

三年级了，是一个新的开始，在这个新的环境中，我认识了一位同学，她是我的同桌。

早晨，每当我缓缓地走进教室，她就呆呆地望着我，一面无辜样，我问她干嘛，她总是把头摇得像波浪鼓一眼，耸了耸肩，说没什么，害得我丈二和尚――摸不着头脑。

她有时特好玩，记得有一次，老师布置了作业，她好像没听清楚，用着期盼的眼神望着我，我们俩好像已经心有灵犀，我一看到她的眼神，就知道她没听清楚，想问我什么作业，我无奈地回答她，这是回家作业，不是课堂作业，她似吃了兴奋剂，“嘣”地一声，站了起来，“啪”地一声，把本子一摔，又“嘣”地一声，以迅雷不及掩耳之势，把本子摔进了课桌里，她似乎察觉到自己刚刚侠女般的风姿，马上坐了下来，装起了淑女。我呆呆地望着她，她也盯着我看，似乎不明白我的意思，突然恍然大悟，“扑哧”一笑，摆摆手，说“啊呀呀，别看了，别看了，人家会不好意思的吗!”。

呵!这就是我的同桌，一个可爱的小女生。

傍晚，我们早早吃过晚饭，就准备好了月饼和一些碎了的面条。我们去到文化广场的人工湖一看，哇!喂鱼的人好多啊!我们赶紧找个地方坐下来，拿出东西喂鱼。

好多鱼啊!它们都争先恐后地来抢食月饼，鱼儿们好像也知道今天是中秋节要吃月饼似的。观看的人看到此景都欢呼起来，高兴极了。

等到我们把手中的食物喂完，就去儿童乐园玩了一会儿。回家的路上，爸爸说：“今晚月亮太高兴了，好象喝了点酒，所以现在给人晕晕的感觉。”“哈哈哈”，爸爸说得太好笑了。

今年的中秋节，我过得真开心!
