泰伯如此三让天下，连被称为圣人的孔子读到泰伯的故事也拍案惊呼。在他看来，泰伯的品德已达到了几乎不可逾越的境界。

With the harsh competition in todays society, more and more people

complain about their stress in their daily life. Stress mainly comes from our

work, study and families. When we feel stressed, we often have bad moods on the

day and cant sleep well at night. Thats too bad for our health. To help ease

stress, some good ways are suggested. Firstly, we can chat with our parents and

friends. Maybe they can give us some good advice. Secondly, we ought to do some

exercise, which can help us have a nice sleep at night. Moreover, we are

Usually, the Valentine’s Day has no connection with the traditional Chinese

Family comes first of course. You should wake up a little earlier in the

morning, and help your mother in the kitchen. On the Lantern Festival, making

rice balls and dumplings are the traditional activities. Having a reunion dinner

with the whole family is also very important, so you need to show up and stay

with your family for the whole morning. Spend some time with your family. Keep

them company and make them happy. In the afternoon, there are maybe not so busy,

you can plan for the Valentine’s Day with your girlfriend or boyfriend, you can

have some snacks in 4p.m, and tell your parents you will hang out with your

friends at night and not having supper at home tonight. They would be

understood. Then you can take your girlfriend or boyfriend to a nice restaurant

I think everybody should find a balance between family love and lover’s

love. If I can only choose one, I will choose family love over the other.

Because I know my family never leaves me and my parents are aging. How many days

can I still be with them? So I really appreciate the days that I can still be

大家好!我的名字叫：李柯漾，今年9岁，是一名马上要上三年级的小学生。暑假的到来令我很高兴。因为可以放松一下，快快乐乐的玩一玩。可是当我在暑假里生活时，却没有我想得那么好。

我喜欢书法课有二种原因。第一种原因是这个辅导班的题目非常吸引人，名叫金九宫，这个题目还有一种有趣的解释：金九宫的宫格分为九块，每块都是皇帝住的地方，所以称九宫。那个金字呢?它代表着太阳，书法班的墙上写着一句话：金九宫照到哪里，哪里就发亮。第二种原因是我在这个辅导班中学到了不少知识，第一节课老师给我们讲了双姿(坐姿和握姿)，第二节课老师开始教我们点线练习和名称，教了我们四节课，老师才开始教我们练习写字。真是功夫不负有心人，我的字体大有长进。

今天，我在网上看到了了一个简单有趣的小实验，就想试试。实验是将筷子插入装满米的杯子，然后将筷子抽出来，你觉得会出现什么现象呢?

一开始，我觉得，当然是筷子一抽就出来了呗，还会怎样?可是，妈妈说：“肯定不会像想象那样理所当然的，你还是试试再说吧!”于是，我将玻璃杯中装满米，然后我一下将筷子插入米中，这时我就感到有些不对了，筷子插得紧紧的。接着，我抓着筷子向上一提，筷子和杯子竟都被我提到空中!这个结果和我一开始的猜测完全不一样，这是为什么呢?

由于杯内米粒之间的挤压，使杯内的空气被挤出来，杯子外面的压力大于杯内的压力，使筷子和米粒之间紧紧地结合在一起，所以筷子就能将盛米的杯子提起来。

这次实验不仅使我感到很有趣、快乐，还让我学到了科学知识，真是两全其美!

早上，天气晴朗，万里无云。小明的心情就像天气一样，他把准备好的礼物和卡片悄悄地放在爸爸看球赛坐的位置旁边，然后悄悄去上学。

晚上，爸爸打开电视机又看起球赛。当球赛结束时，电视上出现了一则祝福语“父亲节快乐”小明的爸爸才想起今天是父亲节，这才注意到旁边的东西好像是一份礼物。小明的爸爸拆开一看，里面装的是一瓶“补脑酒”，旁边还有一张卡片，小明的爸爸把卡片展开一看，里面写着“我爱世界杯，更爱爸爸，注意作息时间!”落款者是“您的儿子：小明”

在中心小学三年十三班，有这么一个女孩。她的眼睛又大又亮，睫毛长长的，眉毛细细的，头发短短的，个子高高的。

她非常热情，帮助老师和同学。她经常和同学一起帮老师抱作业本，这样做她感到很快乐。记得她才刚上一年级时，班上有个同学不小心把上音乐课的录音机弄坏了。录音机坏了，同学们怎么上课呀?而且，他犯了错误有可能回家会挨批评。她觉得她应该帮助他。回家后，她就跟妈妈说了自己的想法。妈妈非常同意她的做法，便给了她50元钱。第二天她把钱交给了老师，并且告诉老师她要帮那同学一起来赔学校的录音机。老师没有收她的钱，而且还表扬了她。

她的兴趣爱好是画画。她曾学过水粉画、儿童画、线描……她现在在少年宫学习水墨画，也就是中国画。每次同学们都会找她画一些小动物，她都爽快地答应了，而且按时完成了。

她具有同情心，喜欢喂养小猫、小狗。她曾给小区里的野猫买猫粮，给邻家的小狗“包子”喂水，还去动物园给黑猩猩吃山楂片。

她喜欢探索，自己在姥姥家的小区里种些花花草草。她在小区的土地里种过蓟县的花椒籽，种过木瓜，还种过大蒜，但是只有大蒜发芽了。她看到自己的成果很高兴……

今天，是我盼望已久的节日——“国庆节”。早上，我穿上衣服，和爸爸、妈妈一起旅游。

我们来到了位于长治市黎城县的黄崖洞，这里的风景美丽极了，湖水清澈透明。

进入大门，看到两侧崖顶欲合，仰视如一线天，有“一夫当关，万夫莫开”之险。再往上走来到了高山公园，公园四周奇峰异石，真是美不胜收。

继续攀登，我们步入兵器库遗址，兵器库洞深72米，宽18米，高25米，这里曾经是著明的“黄崖洞保卫战”遗址。

黄崖洞真是一个进行青少年爱国主义教育及旅游的好地方。

时间过得真快，一眨眼、快乐的寒假生活就要结束了，又开始了紧张学习忙碌之中回顾我的寒假生活，在我的寒假生活中，我过的即快乐、又充实，就是在春节的那几天里，我即能和亲人一块相聚、又能收到很多压岁钱、最令我难忘的就是除夕那天的晚上，爸爸老妈准备叫来朋友来家里吃火锅，我和爸爸老妈一大早起来就去菜市场买菜，菜市场中人来人往、熙熙攘攘、菜摊前面人们叽叽喳喳的讨价还价，经过半个多小时努力我和爸爸老妈终于买回来了新鲜的肉和蔬菜，然后又匆匆忙忙的往家赶，到家之后，我和爸爸打扫卫生，老妈摘菜，我们手忙脚乱的，终于忙完了，盼望了一天的晚上终于来临了，大家坐在饭桌前，一边吃着火锅、一边说说笑笑，我们小孩子就迫不及待的大口大口的吃着肉往嘴里送，大人们则漫不经心喝酒聊天，时不时的动动筷子，正吃着兴奋的时候，我突然想起家里还有加多宝凉茶和绿豆汤，这具有降火的功能，现在吃火锅需要降火，于是，我和老妈去堂屋把加多宝和绿豆汤拿来，大家吃的更开心了，我边吃边说；这就是幸福；就是我们大家没事坐在一起聊聊天，说说开心的事情，这就是我们每一个人所需要的幸福。

直到现在，回想起那天在一起吃火锅、还让我回味无穷，我的寒假生活发生了许许多多的事情，令我沮丧、开心或者幸福的各种心情，一切都会令我难以忘记，这就是我的寒假生活，你们的寒假生活是怎样过的呢。

Mid-autumn Festival is a popular and important lunar harvest festival

celebrated by Chinese people. The festival is held on the 15thday of the eighth

month in the Chinese calendar. There are some traditions in this holiday. For

example, people would have a big dinner with their families. After dinner, they

often enjoy the full moon which is round and bright. The other tradition of

mid-autumn festival is eating moon cake. Moon cake is the essential of that day,

which means reunion. As time goes by, there are various kinds of moon cakes, but

they are much more expensive than before. I like mid-autumn festival because my

families will get together and have a big dinner on that day.

The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually

in February or March in the Gregorian calendar. As early as the Western Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 25), it had become a festival with great significance.

This days important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperor heard that

Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from the cremation of Buddhas

body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha on the 15th day of the 1st lunar

month, so he ordered to light lanterns in the imperial palace and temples to

show respect to Buddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a

grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central

Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the

country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets,

attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns

to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is

an essential part of the Festival.

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the

lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out

and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will

get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in

the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of

wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also

called the "Yuanxiao Festival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is

small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean

paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling.

Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s

more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaning

reunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happiness for the

family.

In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern

dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and

beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent

lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks

from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local

governments will even organize a fireworks party. On the night when the first

full moon enters the New Year, people become really intoxicated by the imposing

fireworks and bright moon in the sky.

似乎是春节的狂欢还未结束，大街上仍然充斥着新年的喜庆氛围与还未卸下的彩灯。当人们仍然沉浸在新年祝福的愉悦中时，其实另一个节日已经悄然临近了。

“卖汤圆，卖汤圆，小二哥的汤圆是圆又圆……”当我走在大街上，听到这熟悉的音乐响起，心中一惊，突然想到原来已经到元宵节了。我拽了拽妈妈的衣角，小声地悄悄说道：“妈妈，已经是元宵节啦!”妈妈笑了一下，淡淡地说道：“好吧，原来已经是元宵节了!”然后便没有再说什么。我心中有些疑惑，元宵节不是该吃汤圆吗?我忍不住又问道：“那，能吃汤圆吗?”妈妈停住了脚步，“快到上课时间了，赶紧先去上课吧!”我没再说什么，大步走进教室。

两个小时之后，终于下课了。临走之际，老师突然对我们说：“对了同学们，元宵节快乐!”同学们纷纷回应“同乐”，然后又开始讨论游戏以及一些无聊的八卦。我忽而想起，这个场景好像已经出现多次，只是祝贺的节日不同罢了，其余毫无二致。节日啊，不知怎的，慢慢地就浓缩成了一句不经意才被人提起的话。

回到家，打开电视，随便调了个台，电视里的人唱着网红歌曲，台下的人欢呼着，看着屏幕右下角的几个赫然大字“元宵晚会”，我不禁觉得刺眼又刺耳。从冰箱里翻出之前没有吃完的速冻汤圆，下到翻腾的开水里，纯白的颜色，起起伏伏。盛上一碗，摆到桌上，往嘴里送一个，软糯依旧，滚烫依旧，却香甜不在。电视里的人讲着笑话，我望着碗里汤中倒映出的自己的脸，不知该笑，还是该哭。

我不禁看看日历，正月十五，没有错。日子没变，名字没变，可，节日怎么就变了呢?口中的汤圆，索然无味。

清明节快要来了，我们与小姑妈一家就来到了奶奶那儿包清明馃，准备过清明节。

我们刚到奶奶家时，爷爷奶奶就已经将包馃的工具摆齐了，值得一提的是那些工具全是爷爷一手制造出来的。我这儿瞧瞧，那儿看看，发现了两件新奇的玩意儿，一件活像一把木头勺，长柄，只是那勺子里雕刻着一只小凤凰;另一件四四方方的，是用两块大小一致的木板组合，两块木板间有一个轴，能够让木板自由移动，我百思不得其解：那些半圆形的饺子似的大清明馃怎么会用这两件东西做的呢?真是奇怪!

过了一会儿，大家开始忙着制作香喷喷的清明馃了。小姑妈负责和面，经过长时间的工作，那本来硬梆梆的大面团变得柔软而细长，爸爸再用刀将长长的面团切成小段，这就是馃的雏形。接着，爸爸再开始用那件四四方方的工具了。只见他先将一小段面团放置在一块板靠近轴的地方，再用另一块木板往下压，再把面团，不，是把面饼掉个头再压……经过半分钟的时间，一张又薄又大的面饼登场了，这东西就是给奶奶她们包清明馃用的。我见这东西好玩，便嚷嚷着要试试。爸爸一听，连连答应(估计他累了，正想休息)，便将这活儿交给了我。我照前面爸爸做的方法按部就班，果然做出了一张面饼，一股自豪感油然而生。接下来的许多面饼，全是我压的!

忽然，奶奶从碗柜内拿出了一碗黑芝麻白糖馅，说是想做糖馃。于是，小姑妈又拿出一团青色的面团，这就是做糖馃的材料了。小姑妈将它揉成长条，切为一团一团的，便成了“青”团。青团要比面团粘手多了，为了制作方便，我们在做馃时要在青团表面撒上一些面粉。奶奶见材料准备完毕，便开始做馃。她先将团子捏成碗状，再用勺子往里加满糖，最后用手把旁边一些青往中间挤，形成了一个丸子似的糖馃。这还没有完，前面提到的勺状的工具起作用了。爸爸先把球形的糖馃放在“勺子”的中心，再均匀的往下压，直到馃占满“勺子”时，再将馃敲出来，一个圆圆的、上面有一只凤凰的糖馃便做好了。我也试了几个，十分有趣，看着一个个自己加工的清明馃，我的心中感到满心欢喜。我想：这些清明馃是出自自己之手，一定非常好吃。

这一次上奶奶家玩，真是愉快，好像进入了一个“农家乐体验中心”，体验了做馃的快乐。
