啊,怎么办?

现在已经是晚上二十二点了,我孩子啊书桌前奋笔疾书。人们常说:“白天游门走四方,黑夜熬油补裤裆。”可我现在是“白天疯玩逛大街,黑夜熬油补作业。”

感觉眼皮在打架,困倦布满小脸,倘若有人在身边的话,一定会看到我特憔悴吧,好想睡觉啊!

可是,眼前还有摞得小山般的作业,尽管心中有着千般万般地不愿意,但是还得写下去。困得实在受不了的时候,想起古人“头悬梁,锥刺股”的精神,顺手也要来一下的时候,看看手里拿的是笔,扎在腿上怕是要染色,还是算了吧。抬头看看,雪白的天花板上,也没有“梁”啊!

于是,晃一晃脑袋,继续写起来。可是,欲速则不达,有时候居然会打盹,脑袋了大概是断片了,手上还没停,在作业本上画了一些猫猫狗狗的。

在夜半十二点的时候,尽管不是很尽如人意,但是好在还是完成了。

熬夜真不好受啊,我发誓以后一定及早完成作业,再也不熬夜了!”嘴里嘟喃着,再也顾不得别的了,一头栽倒就睡着了。

不知从何时起,我开始熬夜,不论做什么事,总要放到晚上。当然,作业在晚上写,玩、娱乐也在晚上。但白天却睡很久,常常睡过了早饭和晚饭。

正因为这样,白天总是萎靡,提不起来精神。

那段时间,我的口腔溃疡一直不好,总是一处地方好了,另一处又长了起来。我的爹妈一直以为是我缺少某种维生素,总是买含有维生素的补品,给我补这儿补那儿。

可是,口腔溃疡一直不好,没有任何效果。实在没法,妈妈就弄了半杯子的盐,兑上点热水,让盐融化。她拿出几根棉签,或者说一盒。沾了盐水,让我张开嘴。我照做,她把棉签伸到我的嘴里,触碰我那溃疡的地方。

一股被刀割的痛随传遍全身,直到心底。继而口中有了一丝血的味道,顺着我的嘴流了下来,我又闻到了血的味道。

我张着嘴巴,流着泪——我发誓,这是我从小到大第一次疼哭。在这以前,无论是被开水烫得皮肉皱起,还是竹棒把伤开“撕开”,暗红色的血顺着皮鞋直流不停,还是从双杆上摔到水泥地身体屈成虾米状,我都是只皱皱眉头,从未掉过一滴泪。

可现在,血顺着我的嘴流,泪顺着我的脸流。我痛苦,尝着血和泪混合的味道。

医生说熬夜会导致口腔溃疡。我后悔熬夜,原来熬夜的味道是这样的痛苦。

血流了,总该结束了吧。我想我是有些天真了,因为清洗完,我妈妈给了我两粒石子大小的药,说是维生素,让我含着,放在伤口上,过会就好。

我确实分不清那维生素是酸还是苦,不过我知道,味道是让人难闻,难以触舌的。有那两粒维生素放在那儿,伤口越发地疼,钻心地疼。我问妈:“可不可以不含?”

“不行!”冰冷地拒绝。

我忍着痛,我想分清那是什么味道,像苦的,又像酸的。

我知道了另一种熬夜的味道——分不清是酸还是苦。

两粒药终究还是融了,伤口也不痛了,只是觉得有此肿。

我想着:以后别熬夜了吧。

眼睑不由自主地打架,困意像潮水般涌来。

钟又不停息地转过了一个满圆,现在上面是三根针重叠的影像:十二点整。用单手支起沉重的头颅,努力睁眼看着面前的白纸黑字,那上面张牙舞爪的几何题似乎在耀武扬威。

这是期中考试前一个星期的某天晚上,也许是为了迎接考试吧,作业明显变多,几乎每一科都有一份试卷的份量。每次写完一门科目,看钟都会发现,又做了一个多小时。

我无奈地推开数学试卷,眼睑像是抹了502强力胶般地黏上了。困意和清醒在作着斗争,但明显是清醒处于弱势的一方。眯了一会儿,我重拾起水笔,继续读着最后两道几何题。

略一分神间,我发现书房外面还亮着灯。这是谁留的灯?我向外走去,爸爸伏案的背影跳入眼帘。听到我的脚步声,爸爸转头问我:“做好了吗?”我摇摇头,发现爸爸还在读一本专业书。我不禁有些羞愧。难道我连两道几何题都不能完成吗?

脑海豁然清醒了许多。去洗手间沾了些凉水在脸上,神智似乎更清醒了。我回到书桌前,揉揉太阳穴,心想:一定要做出来,不然不睡觉。我开始逐字逐句分析,把每个条件都画出来,再努力和要证明的靠拢,似乎逐渐出现了一条透明的线。尽管仍不清晰,但毕竟存在了。

在淘汰了许多方法后,我的脑海灵光一现。对,可以这么说,我找到了解题的关键。那条线就像一个特别爱躲猫猫的小孩,现在被我抓住了,再也逃不了了。

朦胧的视野依旧,但我的心告诉我的手去怎样写下题目的步骤。解完,站直,合卷。心里仿佛把一块大石头放下了,喜悦盈满全身。低头,再看钟,是零点四十分。

随着我走进洗手间,一直亮着的父母房间的灯也终于“啪”地熄了。等我从洗手间出来,已接近凌晨一点,自然是倒头便睡。

那是我第一次熬得这么晚,我为自己终于解出题目而高兴,但我也不会忘记,那盏一直到我完成作业才熄的灯。

In the first place, staying up late badly impacts on our physical health condition. The human adrenal cortex hormone and growth hormone, which are vital substances for human body, only secrete at night. The former secretes before the dawn facilitating the carbohydrate metabolism and protecting the development of muscle function. The latter only secretes after sleeping. It can improve the growth of the young and slow down the aging of the elderly. However, if people often stay up late, the secretion of these two substances will be gravely impacted. Finally, our health condition will be degraded. It can cause a variety of harms to human body. Normally, frequent staying up late will lead to fatigue and degraded immunity. People may easily get sick when the weather gets a little bit colder or hotter. In addition, it can also cause headache. People may feel heavy in the brain and dizzy for a whole day. Besides, the fertility of both male and female will be impacted. For women, it will affect the secretion of female hormones and the quality of ova. It also tends to affect the menstrual cycle. For men, both the quality and quantity of sperm will be impacted. What is more, staying up late can also damage people’s eyesight, skin and memory capacity, and cause black eyes as well.

Furthermore, it negatively impacts on the work efficiency. On the one hand, owing to the discomfort of your health as mentioned above, you may feel distracted from the work. What is also noticeable is that staying up late can bring about mental stress. Since your work efficiency is lower, you probably doubt yourself whether you are a capable person or not. You may think you are not so smart as others and even fear yourself that you can hardly get a good grade in your psychology examination, which makes you feel more anxious and upset. Besides, if you frequently stay up late, you definitely look tired and in low spirits. In conclusion, although we have a lot of work to do and various activities to participate in, staying up late is by no means a good choice for us. 睡觉时,我差点兴奋地睡不着。但为了有精力看球赛,我还是慢慢地入睡了。

两点四十五分时,闹钟“叫”了起来,老爸也随后“赶”来。我醒了,但是十分不想起来,要不是球赛深深地吸引住了我,我还真的起不来呢!我慢慢地走向客厅,打开电视。哇!球赛太精彩了!巴塞罗那的球员到处传球,让尤文图斯的队员抢不到球。一眨眼,巴塞罗那队已经攻到了尤文图斯队的门前了!一名巴塞罗那的队员传了一个漂亮的传球给队友,那个队员一脚就踢进了门!这时离开场才不到五分钟!尤文图斯队有一个“犯规小王子”,不知道他是太激动了导致经常犯规还是因为某些其它原因。上半场就以一比零的比分结束了!

我静静地守候在楼梯前,默默地望着远方,皎洁的月光洒在我脸上,星星与天空相得益彰,隐约听见匆匆的脚步声,只见一个人影:背着公文包一步步走来……

“哦!爸爸!”我大声叫道,却早已忘记现在是晚上十点多,朦胧的睡意消失得无影无踪……

爸爸见我,摆出一副惊讶的样子,又气喘吁吁地问:“这么晚了,为什么不休息?”

爸爸是一名技术部经理,几乎一周只有周六与周日在家,每次,我总是盼望着他快点回来,听他这么一问,我害羞地送上了一个笑靥,抢了爸爸的公文包,二话不说,冲上了楼梯。

“乖女儿,我来吧!”爸爸似乎很心疼,“不!”我装出一副顽固的态度,但心里酸溜溜的,我继续往上爬,可爸爸沉重的公文包却渐渐耗尽了我的体力,我咬了咬牙,拼尽全力地爬到了三楼,可离咱家还有两楼啊!我望了望爸爸又看了看目的地,继续向前冲,双腿像灌了铅一般,手臂也变得麻木不堪,心想:最后一楼,加油啊!

五楼终于到了,我打开门想好好睡一觉,可想到爸爸一定很累很渴,于是递上了一块湿毛巾和爸爸最喜欢喝的可口可乐,爸爸显然很纳闷,却惊喜地接受了。

十一点,我偷偷地观察爸爸,原以为他正在做美梦,可他却面对着笔记本电脑,不停地工作着……

“爸爸,该休息了,要注意身体!”我说完后悄悄地回到小屋,心里更酸了,似乎过了好久,我才静静地睡着了。

星期六,妈妈告诉我,晚上要和叔叔阿姨们吃完饭。于是,我便早早的遛完狗,高兴地准备和父母去聚餐。我们来到一家装潢很漂亮的烧烤店,到的时候,叔叔阿姨们都来了。阿姨们非常热情,她们让我先坐下来先吃饭。边吃边问我:“雅萱,你最近怎么样啊?学习辛苦?功课多不多啊?”我说:“都挺好的呀,谢谢阿姨。”

寒暄过后,我坐在座位上一边吃一边听他们聊天。他们则一边喝酒一边聊天还一边吃饭,简直就是工作、生活、娱乐三不误。在他们聊的开心的时候,我则坐在旁边无聊地等着,听他们说话。很快,已经八点多了,我心想:应该快回家了吧?”

渐渐地,他们不再说工作的事情了,叔叔们让服务员上了几个杯子和十几颗骰子,他们开始玩儿摇骰子的游戏。阿姨们则是聊哪位阿姨要辞职,然后去哪儿工作呀?什么美容、逛街之类的话题。

过了一会儿,突然觉得自己有困意。一想:怎么会呢?平常不是挺精神的吗?看了一眼时间,不看还好,一看吓了一大跳,原来已经十二点多啦!我跟妈妈说:“妈妈,已经十二点多快一点了,赶紧回家吧。”“是吗?!我都没注意时间呢!那再等一会儿啊。”妈妈也没意识到这么晚了,说,“很快哦。”

我等啊等,感觉就像度秒如年一样。终于,妈妈说:“该走啦!”我想,终于要走啦!感觉困死我了。刚站起来的时候,突然一阵眩晕与困意冲击,让我眼冒金星,差点跌倒在地上,我急忙稳住身子,表面装着若无其事的样子,内心赶快调整状态,怕被别人看到不好意思。回到家后,感到自己的意识已经到了极限,再不睡就要崩溃了。匆忙和父母打了声招呼,便躺在床上放松了一下精神,一下子就睡着了。

第二天醒了,发现自己晕晕乎乎,无精打采,整个人蔫蔫的,感觉非常不好了。早上吃饭的时候,没有一点饿意,甚至还有一点儿想吐,中午,看见食物也没胃口。下午,肚子还有点咕噜咕噜地响,但还是不饿。不过,幸好我体质较好,到了晚上,意识回来了,精神好多了,除了没有一点饿意以外。

熬夜这种感觉难受死了,我以后再也不想感受了。难怪,网上有新闻说,有人连续玩几天游戏机会猝死呢。熬夜这种事,以后还是少做啊!

熬夜有许多危害,他会让人感到头晕。如果经常熬夜,甚至以后还会有失眠的可能。我就有一次亲生体验,那感觉并不好。

那次是去吃夜宵我晚上3:00多才睡,早上7:00起床的时候我感觉头昏眼胀。做作业提不起神,做到一半便眼睛变有着欲要合拢的举动。我依靠冷水坚持了下来。可到下午上课的时候,我是不能用冷水的,所以老是听的话我一般一直耳朵进一只耳朵出。差不多10个字听个一字吧!学习状态大不如前,以前一倍的时间我现在要花两倍还不止。那让我很难受。老师当然也发现了我这种情况,别让我休息一会。可惜短短10分钟的休息完全不够,仅是杯水车薪。迫不得已,我只好请假回家了,可欲当我躺在床上的时候,发现根本睡不着。记得要颤颤巍巍地走起来,活动一下筋骨。看书,我以为这样就可以让我早点睡觉,可没想到看书的时候我竟提不起一丝睡意。这让我很苦恼,做作业吧,想睡,眼睛经常耷拉着。可就是睡不着,那时我以为是心理作用。你越想睡觉越睡不着。所以我索性不想了,看起来电视,这是一个很愚蠢的举动。要知道,看电视不仅不会让人睡觉,而且会使人睡不着。所以我依旧处于睡不着的痛苦的体验中。知道晚上,我才睡着了,那是我发誓,以后不熬夜了……
