It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were pided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Play ground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

The game was easy, but some of us were still asked to perform. Some of us gave others a hint. Then he asked us to stop and told us we must obey the rule, or the game couldn’t help us. He also told us something else about it. I think what he said was quite profound. I felt happy to know him.

This evening I went to the KTV with some of my good friends.

This was the first time that I had been to a KTV and at first I didn’t want to go. I had been in a bad mood the whole afternoon because I didn’t do well in the math exam. At the KTV, everybody sang his favorite songs very happily except me —I as only one of the audience . I dare not have a try because I was afraid that I couldn’t sing well. 今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

Today, my sister and me to a dirty dog take a shower, sister to bring

water, then used washbasin and soap, we first make the dog water wet, and then

rubbed with soap and rub a rub, finally washed with clean water! The dog is
