to keep healthy?

Firstly, being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to

regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong

body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body

我一天的学习生活 My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

Today, my mother and I went to Xiaohe Gou, and we had fun.

When we got there, we saw that the fish pond in Xiaohe ditch was covered with ice. I want to go down to play on the ice, so I decided to try the ice thickness first. 一节有趣的新概念英语课

今天我上了一节有趣的新概念英语课。

我和覃淦、曾丽欣、李亮、常佩林首先开始了新概念课程的第一部分小组竞赛（以加分的形式），我们开始学第27课。学完以后，老师告诉我们，她要我们抢答几道题，我以5：3占了优势。

我们又开始了听写110课的百词赛。我一看，老师听写的词很简单，所以，听一个，就毫不犹豫地写一个。听写听了好多个词。终于，我忘了一个单词，这是最后一个单词。终于，听写结束了。

最有趣的是第二个环节大隆（英国人的中文名）的外教课。大隆老师首先问我们的名字（英文）。然后让我们分别问他一个问题，要用英文。他非常幽默。他又让他问我们问题了。他问我：Do you have money(你有钱吗？)我连忙说：No, No ,No 。（没有）曾丽欣说：我有。大隆老师说：给我。把我们都逗得哄堂大笑，这个老师真有趣。

接着我们玩了BINGO（宾狗）游戏。游戏规则是：老师在黑板上写很多单词，我们画表格，六个格子。抄六个黑板上的单词。然后老师报20个单词。要求六个格子全都对。我写了Policeman（警察）、Are(问怎样)、Ask（问）、When(什么时候)、book(书)、pencil(铅笔)，结果老师正好问了这些单词。我赢了！

最后，大隆老师给了我们每人一根棒棒糖。外教课结束了！

这是多么美妙的一天；这是多么有趣的外教课；这是多么令人难忘的老师。我喜欢外教课！

During the summer holidays， my fahter and I visited Beijing. On the second day after we got to Beijing， the guide took us to climb the Great Wall. On that day， it was sunny.
