这一天，汪老师又在投入地讲课。首先她在电脑上按出了这节课的内容，内容是让我们读出巧克力和花生小饼的英语单词。我们有许多人举起了小手，汪老师笑眯眯地请了我，我熟练地读了巧克力的英语单词，出乎意料的是汪老师从自己的小罐子里拿出了一颗巧克力放在我的桌子上当成奖励，我高兴极了。

后来，她又从讲台上拿出一罐的花生小饼，我们全班同学都高高地举起了56双手，汪老师又是高兴地让我们准确地读出了花生小饼的英语单词，每读一个就从手里掏出一个花生小饼奖励给我们。汪老师手上的零食都奖励给了我们，每个人脸上都洋溢着快乐，课堂的气氛真是好极了。最后，汪老师继续讲着下一个内容，她每讲一个内容都非常精彩、非常有趣，又能让我们简而易懂地记住句子和单词。

教室外面传来了下课的铃声，我知道这堂课又要结束了，恋恋不舍地说：“唉！怎么搞的，这节课的时间这么短，都还没过瘾呢。”汪老师的英语课真令人难忘啊……

他还十分喜爱打网球、台球。20世纪50年代，聂荣臻的住处与邓小平家仅有一墙之隔，连通两家的小红门从来都是敞开着的。在两家院子里，工作人员平整出了一个网球场，聂荣臻与邓小平经常在这块球场上锻炼有时。有时逢节假日，聂荣臻还会约上邓小平一家或是贺龙、罗荣桓、罗瑞卿等人到长城或十三陵等地郊游、爬山。聂荣臻特别喜欢约请钓鱼好手贺龙一起钓鱼。只要甩下鱼钩，他便沉稳地坐在渔场边，神情专注地注视着鱼儿的动静。他甩下的鱼钩就像撒下了天罗地网，再滑头的鱼遇到他的鱼钩诱饵也只有自投罗网了。每次钓鱼结束后，他都要与贺龙比一比谁的收获大。有一次，聂荣臻钓到一条5公斤重的大草鱼，一回到家，他便吩咐秘书将那条大草鱼分成几份，分送给罗荣桓等老战友，让他们共同分享这胜利的成果。

1956年10月，中央任命聂荣臻为国务院副总理、科学规划委员会党组书记，他肩上的担子更重了。在那段时间，聂荣臻连打网球、打台球的时间都没有了，甚至把台球桌交还给了有关单位，看球的机会也少了。但他始终坚持散步。无论是盛夏还是寒冬，他总要利用各种机会走一走、散散步。聂荣臻曾说过：身体是革命事业的资本，这个资本不能丢。他还以亲身体会向他人介绍散步的好处与方法。三年自然灾害期间，有一次，一些干部向他反映：我们的科技人员，甚至有一些老科学家，由于缺少必要的食品与营养，不少人得了浮肿病。聂荣臻得知后心情十分不安。他立即以自己的名义向海军、北京、广州、济南、沈阳等军区领导同志呼吁，请求他们尽快设法给予支援，调拨给国防科研战线一批猪肉、鱼、海带、黄豆、水果等副食品。这些食品以中央和军委的名义很快分配给了每个专家和科技人员。他自己带头捐款购买营养品分送给科研第一线的知识分子，还呼吁大家都来关心科研工作者的身体健康，并要求各级行政领导和政治机关工作人员做好科研人员的后勤工作，关心他们的吃饭、住房、小孩入托、两地分居、业余生活、体育锻炼等问题。他说：要把科研工作者的身体健康问题作为大事来抓，好身体是搞科研的资本，这个资本丢不得。

聂荣臻常风趣地说：“人生70而拐，80而车。我的体会是，人过了70岁，行动就离不开拐杖了，过了80岁，行动就离不开手推轮椅了。”然而，就是在这样的情况下，他仍然持之以恒、锻炼不辍。不能拄着拐杖散步，就扶着手推轮椅或由人架着散步。后来实在不行了，就在轮椅上、躺椅上、病床上做各种动作，活动四肢。

跑步，给人第一种印象大概就是大汗淋漓，一身的汗臭味吧。可我就喜欢跑步，因为它能带给我不一样的体验。

When I got to the field with my friend. I was both excited and nervous. When I saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat.

王一梅她胖胖的,身高1米91,我认为和我们班的李佳宸长的特别像,一笑起来都有两个甜甜的小酒窝,可爱极了!

王一梅姐姐不光可爱,而且还打球十分棒,她是世界排名第二的得分手,扣球力量大下手狠,有一次胖胖的一梅姐姐一个大力扣球一下把对方的运动员打倒了,那时我高兴的换欢呼,不停的为一梅姐姐加油,鼓掌!

俗话说:"人没有 十全十美的."包括王一梅姐姐,她的技术还不够全面.奥运会中国女排和美国女排打时,美国女排领先,然后经过中国女排的奋力追赶比分追至,22比24(局点),正好是一梅姐姐发球,本以为一梅姐姐发一定会让对方来个狗吃屎,但是事情并没有我想像的那么顺利,而且把球发到界外,被美国女排把这局拿下了,第3局一梅姐姐还是关键时刻发球,这回为了避免上次的失误把球发的比原来又轻了点,啊!太轻了!正好没过网?!我真是为她可惜,着急.唉!一梅姐姐真是还需要加强和提高发球方面的技术.

但这些都掩盖不住王一梅的光芒,在奥运会中古女排争夺铜牌比赛中,王一梅成了全场最耀眼的明星,中国女排近一半的进攻都出自王一梅一人之手成为全场比赛最佳得分手,为中国女排立下汗马功劳.

只有20岁的一梅姐姐潜力无穷,加油!我永远支持你!

我喜欢打篮球，打篮球不但可以让我长高，还可以让我的身体更健康。我为什么喜欢打球？是因为我从小看那些大哥哥打球，觉得打篮球看起来很像很好玩。一开始是我认识一位大哥哥，他教我许多篮球技巧，他说过，只要你掌握好篮板球，那你就赢定了！

打篮球是我唯一的梦想，我想成为灌篮高手里的流川枫，他很帅，又很厉害，他是我的偶像明星呢！有的人虽然不会打篮球，但是我们不能说别人很烂，他可能正在学习。我的篮球技术虽然很强，但我的梦想只有当上篮球选手，让世界知道我的名字，获得胜利的喜悦，得到成功的奖牌，成为NBA球界的队员，参加全国大赛，为海南尽一份心力。

我觉得打篮球是一个很好的运动，它不但可以让你长高、身体健康，更可以让你认识篮球的基本动作，也可以交到许多会打篮球的人，假日也可以邀请朋友一起打球，真是一举两得！

最近我常在下课时和同学跑去打篮球，我喜欢投篮，虽然现在没有投得非常精准，不过希望有一天命中率可以百分之百。我也很喜欢看电视上转播的篮球赛，尤其是有人灌篮的时候，哇！那真的是太帅了！如果我长大后也能成为职篮选手，那该有多棒啊！我要向第一个进入NBA的华人姚明看齐，希望有一天我的身高、我的球技也可以像他一样那么精湛。

[我最喜欢的运动的作文

金秋送爽，同学们盼望已久的秋季运动会终于在我校大操场举行了。我们为这次运动会做了充分的准备。运动会即将开始，各班的运动员都在做最后的赛前准备，他们个个磨拳擦掌，跃跃欲试，准备在赛场上大显身手。

今天，我们学校举行了“第三届田径运动会”。

早上八点多，我们就来到了体育场。我有两场比赛，都在十点多。我决定好好休息一下。

不知不觉就到了十点。我的第一项比赛就是二百米跑。我的心一直“扑通，扑通”地跳着，我深呼吸，并告诉自己：你看，参加比赛的有那么多短腿，你还愁吗?尽力跑吧!反正也不用垫底。

“预备——嘭!”枪一响，我就用极快的速度冲了出去，叶子欧在前面领先，我在第二位。

“加油，叶子欧，高岩!加油••••••”听到了加油声，我仿佛一辆加满了油的赛车，又提了速。

成绩出来了，我在乙组排第二，全组排第四。

十分钟后，我的下一项比赛要开始了：一千米跑!

十分钟前，我的另一场比赛——二百米跑让我近乎耗尽了体力，现在哪来的力量再去拼耐力呢?

比赛刚一开始，我就被落在了在后。我有些绝望了，几乎想走路了。

不知为什么，再跑过班上的观赛区时，我听到了同学给我的呐喊声，我想起了《奥特曼》中的一句话：“到最后一刻也不能放弃，将不可能华为可能，这就是——奥特曼!”

借着加油声，我大喊了一声，感觉又有了力量，便加快了速度，连超了三人!在最后一圈的弯道处，我又喊了一声，又超过了两个人!

在距终点几米处，本来在很前面的葛家豪不知为什么慢了下来。我用尽自己最后一点力气，超过了他。

刚一比赛完，我就躺到了球场的草地上。我差点没力气回观众台了。我是扶着墙回去的

虽然一千米跑我未取得名次，但却改写了垫底的事实。

“到最后一刻也不能放弃，将不可能华为可能。”这，便是此次运动会让我学会的。

For this reason, various city governments (e.g., Hong Kong, and Beijing, for a number of years) issued bans over fireworks and firecrackers in certain premises of the city. As a substitute, large-scale fireworks have been launched by governments in cities like Hong Kong to offer citizens the experience.

篮球是我最喜欢的运动,下课时我都会冲到操场上打球,虽然我的球技不是很好,但是经过每天的练习,我投的球也越来越准了。

五年级时,我看到了许多热爱篮球的人在操场上打球,他们神采奕奕的表情看起来十分愉快。我不知不觉的每天都和他们一起打球,一开打球我总是为拖累我的队友,让比赛都以六比零落幕,为了不在输下去我决定自己练球。一开我练二分球总是很少投进,不久之后,我已经可以十球进五球了。慢慢的等我抓到手感后,我就开是练三分球,可是刚开始都碰不到篮框,后来经过了我的朋友 的执导,我已经可以进很多球了。不过等我回去和他们打时,也还是很难赢,不过至少我的球技也进步了,而我有时候也会赢球。

我发现打篮球不只是靠自己的技巧,靠的的和队友的合作,才能胜利。
